Guided Meditation - Manifestation Acceleration Programming

[Music] welcome to the reality revolution i'm your host brian scott the purpose and intention of this meditation today is to accelerate your manifestations by mentally programming your mind using binaural affirmations a lot of times you have things that you want to manifest but you put them way way out in the future and your subconscious is creating a reality and oftentimes you don't get what you want because you put it so far out in the future you need to experience it in the present moment and you need to have a belief that things can happen easily and quickly so this is designed to reprogram your thinking through affirmations and suggestions done while in a meditative state so you can mark it here for the next time that you do this meditation begin to make yourself comfortable [Music] take in a nice big deep breath [Music] and as you exhale allow yourself to let go of any tensions you may be experiencing take another deep breath feeling the muscles in your body relaxing [Music] and softening and as you exhale you release all anxiety and frustration now taking one more deep breath filling your body begin to let go noticing how good it feels to relax and then gently exhale once again begin to allow yourself to fully let go you notice the rhythm of your breathing relax and drift away all my words go in and out of your awareness these words make positive changes that desire in your life and as you drift your mind is going to go to a beautiful place and anything you can see on the screen of your mind you can manifest in the material world [Music] just allow your body to sink into a totally relaxed [Music] state imagine that you are standing [Music] under a peaceful waterfall of love and light this beautiful lavender light is a healing and creative energy giving you the ability to unveil your authentic self use your imagination begins to gently flow through your crown of your head by cleansing anything that needs to go it circulates through your entire mind totally clearing the things that no longer serve you positively bring your awareness to your body and notice this love and this light is moving down around your face and down to your neck now tell yourself to relax it swells through your shoulders down your arms and out of your hands all relaxed allow this lavender light to flow down into your chest and your back as the soothing light moves through you you become more more relaxed your body sinks into the space it's in in the most comfortable way this healing light moves down into the waist through the hips and into the pelvic area and feel this creative energy moving down into your legs and feet you have nowhere you need to go relaxing nothing you need to do [Music] your everyday thoughts drift away easily this is the time for you to create what you desire for yourself as quickly as possible and as this beautiful love and the light moves through your mind it becomes clear your entire body is cleansed and relaxed [Music] you can feel your consciousness shift as you allow more of the light to move through you your level of awareness is expanding because you have entered the creative world where you can manifest anything you want this is where all creation begins you're a powerful creator you are now in perfect harmony with the law of vibration the feeling of abundance begins to fill your consciousness and an immense sensation of love washes over your entire being a new tranquility moves through your body this lavender light turns to white light it purifies your energy centers anything that needs to be healed flows up to the surface to be washed away every molecule of your being becomes strong and healthy your emotional body is comforted peaceful you are fully aligned with the universe recognize that you are a unique expression of the creative power you're powerful your imagination begins to take your pure white light that encompasses you and turns it into images in your mind harmonizing these images
