Guided Meditation Everything Is Working To My Advantage

welcome to the reality revolution I'm your host Brian Scott today we're gonna do some mind programming it should come out to about 30 minutes but I think it's really important and you will find this incredibly helpful I would not consider what we're about to do basically as an meditation but you can call it that and it's not really an affirmation it's more of a programming so let's take a brief moment to explain what we're actually doing the advantage method is one of the most powerful and effective methods in reality creation it is very simple you can listen to my episode on how obstacles become opportunities that work to your advantage in that particular episode I discussed the dynamics of this wonderful technique when you have things happen in your life oftentimes it's not what actually happened to you that's the problem it's your reaction to it your reaction causes a massive change in your reality it had nothing to do with what actually happened maybe you have a flat tire and you get so stressed out about the flat tire that you blast out waves of fear and then something else happens in your reality maybe you lose something or something happens or there's an accident whatever it is something that appears to be something bad happening in your life maybe you lose some money or contract or a client or something and then your reaction you're over reaction what happens and you start in your mind to think of all the possibilities of bad things cascading and you start to use these things as examples and you start to think of all the bad things that have happened in the past and you may end up sort of programming yourself we don't want to do that what I am teaching you is a sort of mental karate so I want you to consider that it does not matter if you know about the advantage method if you fail in using it the secret to using it is not in understanding it it is in your programming if you read many of the books on reality creation vadim zealand will explain the same concept so we need to learn to program our reactions just like a martial artist does when they have a certain punch they will have a certain defense to that punch and it's not effective unless it's automatic so just like in karate kid' wax on wax off he had an automatic response that had been trained neuromuscular li into his body we need to train a certain reaction into your mind and when you do this it is just as powerful as the large sums of money meditation that I have trained you on in another meditation the idea is you instantly will tell yourself that everything is working to my advantage that something wonderful is happening for me now that my world is taking care of me everything is going according to plan things are working out perfectly and we'll continue to do so with ease we're talking about six lines and let's break them down everything when I say everything that means all things not just this one thing but everything is working to my advantage and something wonderful is happening for me now I have another meditation where I say something wonderful is happening to me now and that's wonderful and when one something wonderful happens it's always what a wonderful thing but when something wonderful happens for you it's even more wonderful and then we say my world is taking care of me it gives you ownership of your world you're seeing that it's my world you're saying that my reality is taking care of me not somebody else's reality nobody else is taking care of you you are and everything so the word everything is always important the word the thing which denotes all things and has a certain level of ambiguity so you can apply it to whatever you're thinking about at the time everything is going according to plan things are working out perfectly if you've ever had something worked out and it works out perfectly maybe it doesn't seem like it works out at first perfection means there's no mistakes and we'll continue to do so with ease is the most important line at the end it will continue to do so it's not just this one event that's happening now it's continuing to do so and it's easy it's not hard what is happening in the universe for you is happening to ease your situation and with ease so say you do have for instance a flat tire perhaps if you had a flat tire in that place you avoided some major car accident or being stuck in a certain neighborhood or having something happen in a certain area you don't know what's happening oftentimes we have something happen and we don't know that what happened could have saved our lives you may be alive right now because of something that you are not happy that happened but in the bigger picture your higher-self or something your soul or you protected yourself through that event so it's hard to do because some things are really tough some things are really tough it doesn't make sense why did this happen to me is a question that you will ask yourself check out my episode where dr. Joseph Murphy tries to answer that question why did this happen to me and part of that is being proactive in creating your reality but you can only create your reality so much when you're visualizing and doing some of these techniques the hardest part is your reaction we must program our reaction and so that's what we're doing in this meditation I will repeat this phrase after putting you in a relaxed meditative state and I want you to think of it as programming as with all affirmations you can think of the opposite of any affirmation so what you're thinking and feeling is just as important check out my interview with 20/20 where we talked about affirmations I do believe there is power in it because you can create a state and feeling but you must know how to do it when you're delivering these lines and when you're listening to me say it make sure that you're speaking directly to your heart the largest mind in your body that's where we're trying to deliver this message so that you have an instant reaction in the future to some event that may seem unfortunate to you in assuming that it's working to your advantage I've designed this meditation so that there's a binaural delay this technique is particularly important because we're speaking directly to the subconscious mind the subconscious mind is in control of your reaction process oftentimes we don't have time to think and the subconscious will program a reaction into us sometimes these reactions are due to faulty programming and we're going to change that today so I want you to find a place that is comfortable for you if laying down is easier than do it but you can sit down just as well give yourself some time and the next time you do this because you want to redo this on a repeated basis to program your mind then I will have a marker for the beginning of this meditation get comfortable in your chair or wherever you're at and feel your body relaxed letting go of holding on to gravity and just sinking deeply into the seat that you're in make it your intention to eliminate all strain in your body and take a deep breath breathing and feeling the air in your body as it expands and moves throughout your body see it going up into your brain and down into your stomach flowing down through your legs and arms out through your fingers and feet place your thumb and forefinger together and take a big deep breath and breathe in and feel the light coming into your body and then breathe out and all the negativity and that circuit in your body is being released down through your feet and into the earth move your thumb to your second finger and breathe in deeply and at the top of your breath evenly breathe out and as you do see all the negativity in your body leaving your body all that programming that you had before in order to recreate this programming we need to clear out the programming in the circuits in your body not just your mind move your finger and your thumb and your third finger together and breathe in feeling this circuit of energy running through your body and then breathe out letting all the negativity run out of your body moving your thumb and pinky finger together as you sit there or lay there you breathe in filling with light and then see all that negativity leave your body out through the bottom of your feet bring all the fingers and the thumb together engaging all the circuits at once raising your eyes upward even pulling your eyes inward a little bit crossing your eyes slightly you point them up at your pineal gland both of them kind of crossing and looking and then as you breathe in you pull your eyes up and as you breathe out in the same motion you breathe out and you roll your eyes straight down still cross looking down and feeling an electric circuit in your spine and let's do this for a couple of times as you breathe in you pull your eyes up extending your chest outward expanding your chest and then breathing down looking down with your eyes down directly down through your perineum into the earth and I want you to do several breaths just like this right now aligning the electric circuit in your prana tube right now [Music] is my intention to clear all programming in my body of reactions to all events to create new programming designed by my freewill into my subconscious mind now as you say this and as you listen to it and as you think about it I want you to really become this mindset let it become a layer over everything that you see over everything that you do program this as a part of your identity for a brief moment I want you to go back and think of any time that you reacted incorrectly you overreacted you didn't see the advantage you got scared we were fearful if something terrible happened or you got angry and it was from a reaction I want you to edit your script edit what happened revise the memory as if you didn't react in that way that you reacted as if everything was advantageous for you take a few moments to revise anything that you can think of in your memory they'll say this to yourself think it say it out loud or simply listen to it feel it allow it to enter deeply into your subconscious and speak it directly to your heart with love everything ever is working every my advantage working to my advantage wonderful has happened someone wonderful is happening for me my here in the near future as you move out into the world and you're gonna remember this meditation if you forget and if you have a reaction or something happened then you forget it's no problem just come back and do this again and as you do it you'll get better and better just like a martial art your training your mind it's a mental karate it's one thing to understand the theory it's another to understand the practice of it so I recommend you do this until you know that it's locked in as a reaction feel yourself coming back take it big confirming deep breath I should come back to your body you can open your eyes now take a look at this beautiful world that you're about to create because there is a wonderful snowball effect that will happen now you begin to respond in the perfect manner
