water on my toes and under my feet i can feel this cool refreshing water filling my feet as i enter the river i am feeling the slight crispness of the water as it moves around my waist and up to my lower ribs i feel like the water is flowing through me i lay back with arms stretched out hands open feeling the sensation of the water as i rest upon it and the coolness on the back of my head i float i float on the river the water moves through me and i'm still supported by it it holds me there is no difference between me and the water i am the water we are one i am one with the flow it's not really and most of it is in my head anyway any feelings of resistance have come from my mind wanting to control the situation any resistance has come from my little self so i am letting go i open my arms and release my hands i soften my jaw i take a deep breath [Music] i'm stepping into the river as i enter the river i can feel the cool water on my toes and under my feet i can feel this cool refreshing water filling my feet as i enter the river i am feeling the slight crispness of the water as it moves around my waist and up to my lower ribs i feel like the water is flowing through me i lay back with arms stretched out hands open feeling the sensation of the water as i rest upon it and the coolness on the back of my head i float i float on the river the water moves through me and i'm still supported by it it holds me there is no difference between me and the water i am the water we are one i am one with the flow floating down the river i am free to move and look around in appreciation of all the great aspects of this time in life i can tap into whatever i want i can stop and breathe put my attention on the spirit aspect of myself [Music] i can feel it in my body and around me [Music] like energy flowing and when i put my attention on it i have a definite feeling of it when i stop and listen i can hear my inner being i can ask my inner being anything and it answers me i can feel the resonance with its voice i am able to understand its messages [Music] i am ready for what it has to share with me it feels so great to listen to hear or feel it i am in alignment with my inner being and i can feel the communication happening now my body tingles and vibrates slightly as i feel into my inner being it is also a very gentle energy i know that my life flow is directed in this way i can feel it i can feel how happy it is with me i can feel it is happy to be seen and heard i am joyful in this communication i feel at ease with it like i am connecting to my highest self i can feel how loving and accepting it is toward me and my experience i can also feel the non-judgment and non-attachment it has to anything in particular like i can't do anything wrong it is all accepted but i can also feel the joy that comes from aligning to this energy aligning to its vision to sources vision to being content to be whatever it wants knowing and trusting that my life is about more than me it is an expression of the infinite i trust that there is more joy ready for me as i align my thoughts and feelings to this greater perspective i can feel that the greater perspective simply wants me to express my joy there is joy and there is also some kind of intention i trust that its intention will unfold in my life at the perfect time and in the perfect way trust that i am held and supported in every step i take i trust in the flow of life to happen and include me in it i am life i am flow i am spirit and i trust myself i trust my higher self to guide me to the next perspective at the perfect time and in the perfect way [Music] for me to receive it i am clear i am clean my vision flows from my higher self i am in alignment with source i am in so much gratitude for every moment i feel this connected to life i am so grateful for every moment i feel this at ease with myself i am so grateful for every moment i feel this flow i am so grateful for every moment that i am in concert with my inner being i am so grateful for every moment i feel it's wisdom either with words pictures or blocks of thought i honor my inner being i bow to its magnificence i allow myself to flow from this space i am humble in its wisdom i flow with its thoughts i am my inner being i am that i am it feels like intuition like intuition is my soul speaking to me [Music] i listen to the gentle whispers of my soul speaking i'm so grateful for every moment i can feel or hear my soul speaking to me i'm so grateful for every moment that i hear where it wants me to go next the next thought the next step the joy it feels in each moment i'm so grateful for every moment i can feel that joy flowing through me i love letting it take the lead in this wonderful life it is so fun to have some form of insight and then watch it play out ooh that is so satisfying i'm so grateful for all the people that i get to share this life adventure with [Music] i'm grateful for the
