all right here we go again uh we're going to be creating Theo inside this building right here move things out of the way because you won't be able to select what you want and this is the Dra Ball we're looking for export search for the name export the materials make a folder somewhere it's easy to find and then export to XML uh move all the images all the DDS files from where they are to next to the other files inside that folder so you only have D XML and folder named uh after d XML uh let's get the occlusions one big chunk add to project and with that uh Cube selected uh the lead box then select uh sa save uh save the y map on the stream folder where you're going to be uh streaming on your server side resources and stream let's get the Collision the the uh collisions usually High uh you'll be able to modify in a way that you not going to be needing blender but some the Collision files you won't be able to so we we're saving the file names right now to see exactly which one to export which one to work with I think that is one more there different this one so we have one draw ball and three Collision files for this uh we do not need Cod Walker anymore for this because we already have everything we want yeah we have everything we want and let's export the collisions and the last one so we have the draw ball and a folder where we move the Collision files for a blender General uh this is solns if you do not see this panel just press n and I'm not going to teach you how to install a plugin uh just search on the internet but if you do not see this panel uh just press in import go to the folder where you exported the drawable that's the first file we're going to be working with and this is it go to edit mode and then make sure the face is on and select those uh triangles in here and press delete and select faces then select your uh first menu in the hierarchy right here export code buer XML your file is going to be exported on the folder that you have set up in set up in here have a RPF in the mods folder make sure you edit mode drag and drop the XML from from where you exported from uh blender into RPF Explorer and then into the stream folder next to the Y map that has the occlusions uh let's do the collisions now and most likely they're going to be far away from where the SC is uh if you just install blender you're going to be really confused about what's going on you're going to be seeing a lot of lines and just deselect this option here this is relationship lines origin bones motion just have have the screen uh display exactly the same options like I do and then go to the FR this modify the High first right so click uh hold shift and click the ey to hide what we're not going to be modifying and then on the high expand one of those collisions selected in the list move the mouse over this three View and press dot on a keyboard if you have a full uh full size keyboard I do not know what's for laptops or not a fulls size keyboard what's the what the what's the the shortcut key and I think our file I'm not certain which one is it so let's unhide some some other stuff in here oh this is the dble andh high a different Collision what giving this a hard time yeah this is it hi the other stuff it looks like we only have one block uh for this particular f file so select that this is part of the AP1 uncore 01 uncore bore 6 just select it and delete press delete um let's do the high so right now we have everything uh displaying shown then uh s the uh the face the box that blocks the the entrance and press delete and the last one is going to be a bit more difficult is going to be composed of multiple uh boxes so select the first one you can hide the other stuff if it's easier to to look at what's going on so select the first box actually we do need to look at it because we need to know exactly how much to cut into it and with this box selected press tab to enter edit mode and then press shift r no I didn't mean to get out of it anymore so make sure the the faces are selected here and press control R to Loop cut probably probably is not visible in the video but there's an orange uh loop cut line edge around the the box so click once and move it next to where the door is the addresses we mostly interested into moving this Edge close to the door like so and we're going to do another loop cut press n to hide the toolbar and then control space to hide everything and we're going to do another loop cut in here so control R you're going to see The Orange Box and move the mouse almost to the end of the uh the faces in here then make sure you're still in you're still selecting faces select those two faces pay attention that you need to cut you need to remove only we're not removing the the we're only removing this side of the cube uh of the uh the Box we're not removing those to the top and the the side uh the top the side is going to be part of the uh building so if you remove those most likely the player is going to be able to walk through the wall so don't do that so with those those two faces selected only two faces right here tells you how many faces you have selected two if you do not see that just go to this area in here and select uh statistics and text info and with those two selected press delet and select faces press control space to enable the the sidebar again and n and on collisions make sure you have selected uh which one is it got to look into my tool bar it's already bound poly mesh uh if you do not have this toolbar just get it from my uh Discord it's free so we go to bound poly mesh for where is that option I do not know where that that option is on the on the solum I CR did my own stuff and I don't sit in here all right here okay so again with this box selected that I just removed the faces from um make sure you're not an edit mod mode in object mode and then select set Solem uh type and make sure the uh poly mesh is on and then let's move to the to the next uh box in here repeat we're going to be cutting a loop cut uh so we can remove the bottom face and the side face edit mode controlr move the mous over the uh the C center of the Box click [Music] and move the whole thing next to where the door is I'm going to change it to local nice so and then do another cut and then select face this and this hold shift to select both of them press delete all uh select faces then exit edit mode to to object mode not with this one selected set solemn size and then the last one that we have to modify in here is this box controlr edit enter edit mode controlr move the mouse over that stuff then get it close to the door and do it again in here then select face delete this time we also have to delete the uh the back face so without that face select uh without face I can select the edges uh do control R again select this Edge move it closer to the other wall like so and then press number three or uh click that button select the face like so and press delete face looks like we still have one so do not get out of this set solum type once more and then select the other box uh while you're in object mode um looks like this may be the last one hopefully controlr edit mode first controlr face select those two press uh faces select faces from the drop down and then get out of edit modes set solum St okay so this is part of a different thing all right so we now have edits all the collisions from for this interior so we can just walk in but not yet uh we have to export every single one of them minus the one that we already exported which ends inside bit uh that's D dble so just going to hide that select the first Collision on top the first file and remember you're going to be saving it on your desktop right here if that's what you have in here selected in the same as me this where is going to we're just going to be saving it and once again select the file export coder XML select the second export CER Cod Walker XML and then the last one and now you should have three extra files in here uh with the uh RPF Explorer open drag and drop those three again you need you need to have a different uh RPF to drug and drop it into and from the RPF Explorer into the stream folder where your server is right here so we now have the drawable uh let's test it in code Walker so you know exactly if what you've done so far uh has any value so open your code Walker and use the option that says open folder we do not work with files directly right now we work with folders so open folder and navigate to the folder to this directory where you have all your files selected so from the address bar just copy uh copy the uh the link the path and put it in here press enter and then select folder and you should see all those files uh that you have in the Stream folder into into code Walker project window this is the project window for code Walker so we now go in we going to be looking at the uh the changes we made select anything in here so we can go fly straight in there and our building should [Music] be right here the door is missing exactly the way we wanted it and then it go to selection then from the drop down menu select collisions and the path should be open and the side geometry should should be missing exactly the way we we we needed it because the room we're going to be creating is going to be quite big like where real big all right uh this video is already 25 minutes uh see you on the next one
