welcome back to my channel! Today, we will make pork chops! Lemony pork chops, very
juicy... I will cook them to perfection. We will add some potatoes, some olive oil,
some honey, some mustard, and of course a lot of lemon to infuse this pork chops
with lemony flavor! And let's start by preparing the marinade, the most important part of the recipe! I need a blender and I will add
all the ingredients inside. Extra virgin Greek olive oil, I will add two chicken cubes, the zest from two lemons... and the juice from two lemons. And I have a
very nice tip at the end of the video, how you can take most of the juice
out of the lemon, you can watch it. Now, it’s time for the mustard. One clove of garlic
and honey. Blitz them… and look at this consistency! Perfect! This consistency is because of the mustard
and the cubes. Now, I need a pan and I
will pour all the marinade inside. It's time for the potatoes! I will cut into cubes... and put all the potatoes inside the pan! And, now it's time to prepare the pork chops. I have to explain you some things about the pork chops. Pork chops are
actually two different meats... This one and this one. This is the pork belly, it's
fatty and hard to cook it but this part here... the loin is very juicy, very tender,
and this very lean it has no fat inside. So, we have to cook it at the same time.
How? Just score the pancetta here... and the fat of the edges of the lean meat. This way, we will hook the pork chops to perfection. I will carry on with the rest. And now it's time for the most fun part of
this recipe... we have to make a mess. Put the pork chops inside... add some herbs, I will add some oregano and thyme. Some pepper... and mix the meat and the potatoes
with the marinade. And now you have to take advantage of the tray. So, take the pork chop and put it at the edges of the tray so the fatty part will touch the pan, so they will become crispy. Do it at all of the pork chops, like this. Now, if you want to cook them straight
ahead, you just add the water and inside the oven. If you want them to marinate first, you have to leave it like this inside the fridge, at least for 12 hours. Now, I'm not so patient, so I will cook them straight ahead. So, I will add the water... aluminum foil. And my oven is preheated
to 190 degrees Celsius set to fan. I will cook one hour with the aluminum foil,
then I will take off the aluminum foil and I will cook for thirty minutes to one hour until the pork chops become golden brown and nice. And my Sunday roast is
ready! Oh, my God! This pan is bursting with flavor... Look at that! It is amazing!
And it's time to serve. Look at this golden potatoes... amazing! And can you see that? The meat actually
falls apart, look at this! It is cooked to perfection. It's time to make it look a bit sexier. How? Just simply add some of your favorite herbs and, automatically, it will become very tempting. Just a drizzle of Greek olive oil. Voila! It's time to taste a bit of my pork chops. Look at that, it just falls apart! You don't need a knife for this meal. It is so tasty! And the potatoes, so
crispy on the outside, so tender on the inside. The meat is so lemony is so nice! This is one cheap, because actually it's cheap, lunch you can have any time. It is so easy to prepare and everybody can do it. And now guys, I want to ask you something.
