you like me to get you over why is it myself okay you seriously charge $300 to teach people how to make that crap yes yeah chef I feel like I need some plastic wrap on my ass it was extremely difficult to stay on there and to keep my mouth shut I teach me on our sous chef so yeah okay please Miss Manners off back in line clean are these your pupils now you're talking to them like your cookery school north train to Dulles why have you got so much spaghetti going how long does it take to cook spaghetti taking a long time no they said you're not cooking it properly if there wasn't so much spaghetti in there cook quicker oh look at it all and there's more down here as well you put it in the bin no wonder you're confused I am a lot older than most of these kids so I'm not quite as Gordon Ramsey is the role model of every "foodie" that has never worked for a toxic chef. They think it is entertainment, but really that horseshit is exactly why people perform so poorly, they are uninspired, because doing a great job will still be met with ridicule, so why bother?

This is what we like to call "old school chef" in the industry. When sous chefs are looking for a job, they know who to avoid. Reputations of arrogance, and abuse spread fast and now days, this attitude gets you shut down in a matter of about a year.

Ramsey knows this, and this show is essentially a spin off of Simon Cowell telling people their voices are shit. But in the past 5 years Ramsey has really rebrandsed himself as someone you would want to work for.
