Goodbye vlog

all right hopefully this one works better let me know guys okay reason number two we live out in the boonies internet connection so hey guys so if you didn't hear I'd I know there was a lot of glitching and stuff so Jenny and I decided this is going to be our last vlog which were really legitimately sad about yeah we've made almost 200 videos this year so we had a super fun time it's nothing I mean it was just a decision made because we lost our editor and then we just the channel hasn't been growing which we don't blame anyone for but ourselves but it just yeah we've decided it's Jason I mean we both have other jobs that were really passionate about and I think we just want to pursue those more than YouTube yeah and we've made - how do we feel like we've done a lot of the things that we've wanted to do with the vlog we've hopefully been able to reach you know quite a few people and tell Alice's story show her a journey as she's progressed but now we're kind of looking forward to just being able to be a little more private private with our family lives but we do appreciate we seriously appreciate all of you guys all the comments the mail the letters even though it's been a relatively small Channel we do feel like there's been a ton of love we felt like very connected to people I feel like it's been all love which is very unique I think I think a lot of other vlogs were people I don't think because people are so mean and so judgmental and I feel like on ours everyone was just so nice right which made me really happy we have so anyways we'd like to answer a few questions if you guys have any I'd love to hear from you also we got to show you our Christmas tree how cool is that I we splurged and got went to Home Depot I'm actually a big fan of the fake trees and this fake tree looks super real because it has like look how real those look like the one I had growing up was like paper and this one's anyways super cool tree I made Jason buy it he was good he didn't he wasn't gonna get a tree this year and I made him do it cayron Kenan Eric says I totally understand your decision but I'm still crying oh that's very sweet and we appreciate the understanding we know it's hard like I remember you know I've had channels and stuff where they say they're leaving it's always like hey that's like you can't leave like hey I watch your channel I you know you feel like you have some ownership which I feel like everyone should feel ownership with our channel and we know it's it's hard but it's the best decision for our family right now what was in the Festival of Trees oh yeah so the studio see tree that we did we just did there was all ornaments pink ornaments and there the studio C logo on it and then the presents were filled with memorabilia from sketches we had done so like that had the lobster bisque glasses so the person who won the bid for the tree got all these like actual sketch memorabilia I would like to know if people actually knew so I don't know if you saw the Studio C tree so it looked it was funny because it was like the same color ornaments on the same color tree this is kind of an optical illusion okay well this is actually good cuz I want you guys just say goodbye to Alice come here but anyways so it had all of these beautifully blue boxes beautifully wrapped in blue boxes underneath and it looked very fake I had no clue so hopefully whoever got it understood Studio C references otherwise they have the weirdest presents under their tree okay so a lean Mac rush ask question where do you guys plan on doing next so we're gonna keep doing studio C it'll be for writing for season 9 so that'll happen I also was involved in a pilot last week that will hopefully air potentially on vid angel that I'm really excited about it's got kind of a psych bromance vibe too it's really fun show so anyways and for those just joining this is not some like weird clickbait thing we really are ending ending the channel oh excuse me is a polite word Nick listen I'm not trying to spam but can we still send fan mail yes you guys can if you want that would be but don't I think so yeah that's true that's true the kpo box so send it to Studio C go to BYU broadcasting we get all the mail there so that is that I'm glad Jenny brought that up the best ways to send any letters you want to send to BYU broadcasting let's see Emma the fan grass you'll leave up the vids right yes we will leave up all the videos there's 200 of them I'm sure most of you haven't seen them all so hopefully you can go back and watch the ones you haven't yes seriously Adelaide drew asks why are you stopping for those of you just joining it's mostly just yeah that's the best thing and we have had a really good time and don't doing it we've done it for almost 10 months now we've done overt or almost 200 videos it's just kind of the best yeah it's been a positive experience it's um I was getting uncomfortable with Alice kind of being raised in front of a camera yeah and it was getting a little bit hard just sharing our personal lives were both kind of introverted private people and we actually really liked that so it just felt like the right thing for us to do so they said what someone asked what was your favorite vlog my favorite vlog it's funny Anna Lorenzo said it my favorite is when you guys went sledding with DES and that was my favorite vlog too I had a really good time doing that yeah like it's funny we actually did a good one for once Jenny what was your favorite vlog I really liked that one I really liked I doing the movie theater necklace therapy thing with Alice hmm I just really like the idea of Alice being able to go back later and seeing things that she wasn't able to do then and just activities we were able to do together to kind of help her out and how far she's been able to grow so that was a fun one Alice did you have a favorite vlog miss diva she's very into that this shoulder look this is Alice's two year anniversary today can be furry so two years ago today was the scariest day of our lives and that's amazing how far Alice has come even though she was sick last night she's just using righty more and more playing games like Candyland by setting things up by yourself Alice can you say hi to everyone she's those of you asking about quick blast we can't still play quick blast what I'll probably do is just use my Instagram account and I'll let you guys we'll just do an Instagram live and we can do quip lash on there you'll have to play you'll have to grab two phones everyone has two phones well they're borrow your mom's phone oh you got Jenkins family shout out to you guys yeah we do want people know we are doing well this isn't because like there's been like some family tragedy we just we've given a lot of thought and things and we just feel like it's the best for right now to move there there were a few things that were a little scary like people that knew Alice you know which we love that people and we go out public but then people would be like hey Alice and then she'd like run up to them and even though they were strangers and that always made me feel a little uncomfortable we don't want people to say hi yeah it's just you know potentially scary for those who are asking where can you send sketch ideas to I'll still have my Instagram account so you can DM me or you can comment you can send ideas into BYU just right to Studio C Facebook will still have my Facebook page so you can send in ideas for sketches there behind the scenes with Studio C the cool thing with that is actually studio C's filming more behind the scenes this is from autumns Adventureland so there will still be behind the scenes with Studio C they'll just be a lot more professional-looking and better put together so yeah I don't know if they're gonna do the Studio C react so much is just showing cool behind the scenes things other sketches so kind of like the making of Alice what do you want to be when you grow up this is from Alison alder what do you want to be when you go a princess she can marry Prince George anyone can do it that's right she's marrying a prince don't tell her she can't Abigail Sharon says I will miss you guys so much had some ideas for worst-ever sketches seriously send them you can still we're still will still check out comments on our vlogs and stuff so you can still comment like on this blog if you have ideas and also like Instagram like I've told before thanks Alley's sosnovske she said tell the other studio C members to vlog I agree it's about time someone else pick up the slack James did it for like a but that just kind of shows that shows how hard it is especially if you don't have an editor to vlog it's just it's a full-time job so if you already have a full-time job and trying to vlog and edit it's just too much Gambhir pochi says do you think you'll return to this channel in a couple of years we'll never say never you know it's like it's like Michael Jordan retired not that worth of Michael Jordan of vlogs we're more like the guy who never made it as the NBA of vlogs but we'll never say I mean I'm never gonna say never but we will definitely take an extended break Matt should really vlog I agree especially because he's moving his stuff he'd probably have some cool stuff but he's a pretty private vlog which one was the car vlog was that the one where ice oh cool that one was funny I didn't know if his that one or well there was one during the flop and the car where I had to sneeze or I had the hiccups and I couldn't stop I thought that was pretty fun just cuz it was like so like organic quit blast those have been really fun seriously was so cool because usually before when we did the vlog we'd play clip quit last worth like eight people ten people tops and to play with 200 like was just a blast the solar eclipse Nicholas Richards we loved the solar eclipse there was such a cool experience so we actually yeah well I know you guys saw me ugly crying a lot that week because it was the solar eclipse and then Alice going to preschool no shame it was cool beautiful Oh a lot of people were like hey we couldn't be there and we appreciate you guys blogging so it was cool chocolate chip vlog kids throwing up vlog oh the would time that I made my nieces and nephews yeah still haven't forgiven me for that one they still make fun of me all the time for that so many memories thanks Jason painting animals I needed I need to do that all definitely like still following yeah I'll take pictures and put it on my Instagram so you guys and still still follow that will have little updates and things on my Instagram I love the first day of school that was a good one that was sad I love the food fight one that was a classic with the cake at the Rec Center with the Meeks and the parries see this is why one reason we're really glad we did the vlog because it's like a document it was like a video journal which is basically what a blog toddler negotiations I was hoping that one would go viral because it took so much work but Alice did such a good job maybe I'll do one of those on the future and put it on my Instagram or something because that was really fun can you do your Batman impressions on us thank you guys for watching never though it really meant a lot to me I know it sounds sarcastic when I talk like Batman but I'm serious it was it great are you thinking I made it up people really did ask Jenny please we need a house tour with furniture with furniture Rebecca oh well it hasn't changed much yeah we still need furniture Becca something sorry the scrolling thing just Rebecca something asked if Jenny can have a public social media outlet I do it's my Instagram account it's green eyed grey where I still post a lot of stuff that Alice and I do Jason occasionally makes an appearance mm-hmm but you can follow me and Alice on that you want to Rebecca something team Potter or wait no Jessica widrick if you want a house tour we do have a house tour vlog so just do amazing graze and do high house we haven't done anything noteworthy since we did besides the Christmas tree it's so cool cuz you can stand up here on the banister and put on the star from the here I'll show you guys Jason originally wanted a oh I shouldn't can't cover up the camera Jason originally wanted a 16 foot Christmas tree but we couldn't find one we'd have to special order it oh here we go [Music] he went from saying that we're not gonna get a Christmas tree we'll save for one which is always a good thing to do but like we're gonna wait till we find the perfect 16 foot cream is Christmas tree and then I made him go get this any success to a bit and it's pretty great be quiet someone asked if I considered doing voice acting I would love to do voice acting voice actors have it the best because they get to be on cool things but then no one knows no one knows who you are my dream job on the cartoon show like spongebob you know something that lasts a long time and you could just use your imagination I would think that you'd be at this angle I look like I don't like what this is this is the worst angel you guys aren't gonna miss this Oh more questions I look like Elliott from et right now what do you all want for Christmas Jenny already got her Christmas present I did I picked out my Christmas present I wanted a new hiking backpack because Alice hates the current one that I have [Music] a really nice hiking backpack so I can tote Alice around what do you want for Christmas Alice I would like a brand new just kidding I want a power washer for our house cuz we're in next to a farm so it gets pretty dirty so a lot of yen wind storm so I'd love a power washer it says well Studio C continued doing live sketches and tapings we don't know yet how it's going up yeah I thought I don't make those decisions I do miss the live performances I really loved the audience feedback but I don't make those decisions there's there's pros and cons to everything okay that one won't count we'll still do two more questions okay what are the if if you guys are just joining go back when this ends so we don't have to keep explaining but we love you all how do you get a good let's see let's see what's going on Christmas Christianity says I'll miss you guys so much we'll miss you too Christian we'll miss all you guys seriously I know and it took us like 10 months to come up with the name crazies or to finally finalize it and then we and then we speaking of names those bums we were hoping to call it a war like making fun of our face masks clogged yeah that's how they they trolled us they never TP to us which was sad alright last question oh here's a good one to say is Jason quitting Studio C - no I'm not quitting seriously we need that job that's the job that pays the bills but I will I am looking forward to more opportunities next year we're hoping that maybe we can do a studio C tour and I'm working on another TV show so hopefully hopefully that will work out but anyways we love you all thank you all so much for being part of our family this year we
