[Music] hello and welcome back to my kids lytic today I will show you how you can build this class you I begin with cutting the base panel to size and cut off the edges [Music] the middle panel got 225 degree Devils starting fall centimeters from both sides of the center [Music] the outer panels continue the bevel and have a 35-millimeter cut out at the front [Music] [Music] the two inner supports were positioned under the middle panel to serve as a mounting frame for the mCP later [Music] [Music] the outer support get a seven degree angle at the top [Music] as you've seen I've clamped these little pieces here while I was grooming and nailing them but these pieces has a 70 degree angle here on the top and whenever you drive to clamp feeds with manga like this straight on a surface like this here it will tilt and to prevent it from doing this I've made these small chimps here and these chimps have also a 70 degree angle and I put them between the clamp and the work piece and now I can bring a pressure straight down to the surface here and it won't till I added two wooden blocks with a 7 degree angle to connect the middle to the outer panels after that I cut a steel plate from an old angle iron - plan to attach this ring and to the base here was to use another block of wood here with a 7 degree angle but then I remember that I saw many pictures in the web from the LTP and the ether who are very long in this direction here and with a block installed here like this there would be no more room for the electronics here so I decided to use from this metal plate it will be installed here I will try to bend it to a 7 degree angle and support this wing and it is very flat and so there will be left enough room for the electronics pendant the plate in a vise and tested for fitting against the block with the same angle [Music] after our test fitting in this construction I saw that this metal plate and even the true build a new gap here between the support piece and the middle right here so I have to make here a little cutout to bring this piece down again so it will read flush on the support the cutout can be made with the coping saw some layers have propellers in place for chewing them with an additional school [Music] the glare wings were made from four layers of 12 millimeter MDF I've printed out a full-size template to draw a rough shape for a first cut [Music] then I connect them with some double-sided tape to make the final cut on the scroll saw you [Music] [Music] before removing the template I mark the edges of the cutout [Music] when I glue the pair's together I think this could have been done earlier instead of using the double-sided tape [Music] [Music] I decided to make the motion problems here two centimeters wide and what would be better to remove most of the material then a 20 millimeter false limit then [Music] [Music] [Music] here marked the approximate curve on the Apple Leia [Music] [Music] I rounded all the edges before the last gluing [Music] [Music] you keep the links removable I installed them with metal angle therefore I drilled a six millimeter hole through the angle and two ten millimeter holes to the wing to receive two threaded dolls [Music] and well at the end it was look too difficult to build us but I had a hard time planning this thing especially you have to look after how much room you have to leave for the MTP or this is here which angle it must be down here and which Heidi sponge must have resistance of the MTP from this level here and so on so you don't need to spend that much time planning it because you can download the Sketchup file from our website and if you like what you've seen then subscribe to my channel to stay informed about any upcoming new video from me so I hope we'll see a soon back on Atlantic
