[Music] breakfast lasagna a French twist on an Italian classic delicate homemade Crepes layered with the Flavors of Italy next time we buy this stuff okay so let's make these Crepes first though whisk whisk yes so 1 and2 cups of ganza bean flour or chickpea flour and one and 1/2 cups of water I you want to start whisking yeah so I'm making this um breakfast lasagna and um I thought I'd make it gluten-free okay just for fun instead of using pasta layers Crepes for a little bit of probably not going to be sweet right oh no go not sweet right up my alley nope not sweet Savory Crepes and um we're also going to add for a little bit of richness 1/3 of a cup of extra virgin olive oil perfect there we go so if you want to start adding the salt and the pepper in there so we're going to add a little bit of spice to these Crepes so C now we make it exotic yeah cumin and coriander I like it cuz it's very warming especially during the holidays I love it let's not tell Buzz oh does you like it uh he says he doesn't Okay half a teaspoon of cumin and a/4 teaspoon of ground coriander so now I'm going to turn on the stove and put a little oil and I'm going to start making Crepes while you if you don't mind can um start making the custard custard yes all right so now that bowl eight eggs in yeah I need a third of a cup and I want them all to be [Music] uniform you want to add two cups of milk and I take a little bit of time to do here I got it for you and then we'll add some salt some pepper some thyme some basil and my favorite sunr Tomatoes you just want to make sure that the side SES get nice and cooked all the time and all the basil like a crepe Factory around here so we have almost everything here so why don't we start with this do it a little bit of the custard first on the bottom so things don't stick so a little bit of the custard on the bottom I am going to love this dish so I have eight Crepes then uh more custard cheese and panch yep just like that so it's kind of like an egg bake and uh yeah pchan cheese perfect nice crispy Pan about 12 O of p and I just made it nice and crispy Fontina melts beautifully and the cheddar has a nice bite to it two more Crepes even if the Crepes break a bit it doesn't really matter because it's all going to get baked together 375 for about 30 to 35 minutes until everything is cooked and the top is nice and golden [Music] brown
