inner critic and some people's are louder louder some are louder than others yeah and so like I feel like that I mean I've gotten a lot better um but the thing I appreciate so much I want to like bring this blizzard no you're fine the thing I appreciate so much about it is like the part when he's talking about the pendulum like it's not David versus Goliath Goliath I've always thought like okay I have to beat my my mental health is you know there's a way to beat it and then I'll be good yeah but it's not you it's not something you beat like it's just some days are really great and some days are not and and I think that's really what I learned from that and I mean I've learned a ton from this and he's just so inspiring and the guitar playing his voice like yeah and when he stood up and then started talking about Hope like just the message in that like really hit me yeah hard yeah as I mean he was obviously talking about like you know Satan and the snake and Eden and then you know he stands up and he's hope and that reminds me of faith and God and so yeah yes it was just man that doesn't get old ever no oh I'm so excited he's almost to a million subscribers that's awesome
