like this I just put a piece of a white-owned and right here just to all the lobster doesn't lean to side and turn over when I'm going to be doing it the next thing you need to get some lemon lemon is very important for the lobster all right what we're gonna do you want to put a piece of a lemon right here and even right here like this and next can simply put a piece of lemon on top of it and a piece of lemon top of it just like this so now we're going to put this in a lab stuff a ruffle ball in the oven for about 15 minutes and a medium-sized it does to make it cook a little bit more cause remember we already done sir so I'll take off the lobster meat so all we need to do is just put it in a get nice lovely cooking on the flavor what we'll do next I will just get a little bit of pinch of the Jamaican for the season and the simple sprinkle it all over on it like this that's they're bringing I love the flavor seeing where there's a little bit pinch more of the Jamaican Valley season all right and also I have some time also for flavor the beauty is that you don't need to use all this that's it that's the red pepper and garlic never gonna put a little bit of the all-purpose seasoning on it like this I know so a little bit of the jerks is not too much I don't want to be too spicy regular you know little bit of all sort of fish Caesar and what you can do again and I use olive oil are you at the unfit about quiet reserved a you finally like to use guys got a little bit to pile on it not too much simply give it a little bit like a start because it's just on a few all right these you don't wanna overcook them too much the car you know I when they overcook is like they get shrink you just want to keep them really nice and lovely and super so the rich per price just
