Daddy Y and was also the head of games development here at Game Grumps for a couple years mzl man obviously left on great terms to do greater things and one of the great things that he did was the murder of Sonic the Hedgehog he's my hair brother uh he is the lead designer on this game um so hats off to him and much love and I'm very happy to see that he's doing amazing [ __ ] yeah how cool is this I mean that's why the UI looks so awesome too just he's amazing at it um so let's let's find out a little bit about the murder of Sonic the Hedgehog yeah oh this is us please please Aaron okay handle anything you throw at it for a kitchen we've had a lot of adventures together me and this train it's not not like the Mirage Express it's not easy to leave after 32 years I don't blame him for being wistful I'd be sick of it too this train is exclusively used for events it's not a passenger train events like murder events like me retiring I remember that from the interview what's the event today murder a murder mystery party nothing better than some Thrills to end my tenure as conductor wait this is all set up kiss will be funneled here to the dining car as a home base so to speak I is required for it is my birthday tails you will play Sonic Sonic you will play Knuckles Knuckles you will play espo of course birthday girl makes the rules Sonic you are a ship captain and you'll be stationed in the conductor car I'm already shipping a couple characters on this train well hope I don't [ __ ] any thing up all right see you naturally that's where the captain would go tails you are the detective you'll be in the dining car indubitably Knuckles just you can sit around I don't know you the sheriff around these parts you'll find that we'll find you in the saloon got it rou your a business tycoon and Blaze your a Titan of Industry none of you are important enough to have your own screen both in the casino I'm pretty sure this was set up so dudes who are in love with all these are you and how did you get in here uh and last but not least me the most important character the journalist reporter I'll be moseying around with everyone did you all get that yes I was listening in hope that's okay more than all right you can help ensure everyone's following their rolls oh that reminds me Sonic's dead I who killed him I have a match for each of you a map I don't know why I said match everyone's station is marked on this map as well how convenient the rules of the game are as follows one someone dies two then you die there is a murderer amongst you all the murderer can kill a single participant however they choose but they must physically be present with the victim for its account and they have to really murder them everyone else must collect evidence throughout the train and use it to interrogate fellow passengers to figure out who done it there's a time limit cuz we all have to figure out who the murder is before the police come to arrest the murderer for the actual murder that will be taking place make the train go fast conductor the murderer will lie to get out of being accused so inspect everything you can find Clues and interrogate I'll set a timer for 1 hour so everyone can mingle and the murderer can do their thing is everyone ready sounds like everyone's excited to murder everyone to your stations all right and I guess we'll uh deal with this murder kind of a spoiler I mean we're like 30 minutes in still don't know who's going to die but I know cuz it's going to be Sonic let's see what happens okay you don't know that maybe it won't be son he was an hour before going out and scoping the place this was my idea this way there's always a neutral party makes sense to me seems as though Amy's more excited about deciphering the mystery anyway what why has Shadow been locking doors Shadow walked through the library car of the saloon car indoor voice when Knuckles and I were playing games he insisted on showing us up at Super Monkey Ball I got so engrossed by The Rolling monkey action as I often do don't take that out of context I hardly noticed when Shadow left the saloon car I guess he walked through the library car to the casino car again locking the door behind him then returned to the lounge car where he was meant to be stationed when Victor came back we realized Knuck locked the door to the saloon car we were stuck in the library car that's when the train sped up we were worried about the bookshelves falling on us but we got through it all right we sat trapped here until Amy arrived asking questions to too many questions she's the one that told us someone murdered Sonic we took the news well and yeah that's all that happened with all these locked doors it seems vector and Espio couldn't have left the library car or the
