hey what's up guys Brady from R Ali Pro here and today I'm going to show you how to stop your apps or games from crashing immediately on launch like here this happens for me with in shrouded if I just press the play button it'll say like that and then it'll pop up with this error saying that a crash was detected a mini dump was created so I'm going to show you guys how to stop that so just close out of that you want to swipe up and you want to go to your set settings and then from there you want to go to apps on the left column and then you just go to installed apps and then from here you're just going to want to look up the word open type in open and this one's going to pop up here open CL open GL and Vulcan compatibility pack all you're going to want to do is click on these three dots next to it and click uninstall and then uninstall once again now give it some time and it'll disappear like that now if we close this maybe just close steam just in case and I open this back up okay Armory crate is still installing so we're just going to go and open Steam itself here so I just open up steam and then I click play on in shouted again the one that was crashing originally boom now the game is working as you'll see I'll let it load in here just to prove to you guys that it is not going to crash there you go the game has now launched and I can actually play the game again in still instead of having to be stuck there and that's how you fix your crashing games on the r Ally as of January 29th 2024
