Full Episode- McFolley vs. Cross: Need For Speed

today on divorce court I'm at divorce court today because I'm ready to get married I've been with Jaylin for seven years and I feel like it's time to be married I just want you know better communication skills and her attitude needs to be fixed when jaylen stays out and he acts as if you know he doesn't have a family or girl friend I feel it makes me really really angry I want to lash out all hell breaks loose with jacquees good man it's just like a storm is hitting and you better take cover jaylen I need you to go ahead and step up and be a man start communicating star come in call more time and I need a ring divorce Court is now in session the honorable judge lynn toler presiding good day ladies and gentlemen I'm here today with jacquees McCauley and Jalen cross yeah the two of you have been together for seven years and you're only 25 years old you've got a three-year-old at home and you cooking one right now yes and you're about seven months along I can't even believe that you look great you love each other there's no cheating but you can't get down the aisle this is a before your vows I had you fill out my compatibility test and you're gonna tell me what the problem is so I can tell you whether or not I believe this union is wise MS mcfarley I'm gonna start with you what's going on judge we're here today because like you said we've been together for seven years we do have a child and we have one on the way but I'm trying to figure out what we can't get down the aisle I'm it's been seven years and that's the whole thing mm-hmm is it he's dragging his feet yeah and I think I have a lot to do with my reactions to a lot of stuff but that's what he says but well what is your primary concern with him what is the the thing that bothers you the most his communication right and the way how he stays out late and well tell me how he stays out late what's that all about so I can give you an example he has friend had a blowout a couple weeks ago and he went and picked his friend up he catapillar on side of the freeway and when he told me he was on he was gonna drop his friend off and he was coming home like three four hours go by I don't hear from Jalen and then all of a sudden he on its way home and say oh I don't remember telling you that and I'm like we just talked at 12:30 it's going on 4 o'clock in the morning what do you mean and it's just like he just always does it like whenever he gets intoxicated his time to me his time just goes out the window it don't even matter do you tend to you do you tend to lose track of time when you're out with your your friends and tell her you're gonna be back and then kind of drift in a long time after that sometimes I do but most of the times it's like I really don't because the day she talking about I was like I had the blowout on the freeway but right before I left the house she it was like you know states they go as long as you want you know just because I had to blow out she you know got mad so she trying to tell me come home now and I'm telling her like you know we already had established I think I see what you're saying you're saying you said go out have fun then your car tire blew out now since that happened she wanted you to come on back home ya know why can't I continue on my way right judge that's not true I never told him to go out of have fun I don't mind him getting out but it'd just be like sometimes like I feel like when we met my son we won't get out the house and we'll stay in the house but he gets the privilege to be gone for five or six hours out the day while we give me another example of a time where he just drifted off um I can say well we were with him this past Tuesday but this past Tuesday he got intoxicated again and made my son sat at his friend house for seven hours it was a get-together so I was like family and friends but we sat there for seven hours but he just goes back to he never knows when to leave so while we sit there he gamble all the money all the way well and then when we left how much did he lose it was probably about I know he had $500 on him and he's $500 I did it wasn't actually 500 it was like 470 you've got that kind of money that you could lose $470 it don't make a difference I got told her like you know this a couple of days I can get it back you know and then he told her story that his brother had bar because I was like you know where it's all the money yet this before I had even went crazy I migrated all the money yet another reason why I won't marry you I'm glad we're in here and so oh you know my feelings was hurt because I'm like you know you always say the way I react and I was kind of whispering every time I call this attention like you know can we leave can we leave he just kept like please you know like just thanking me and I'm like I'm ready to go what are you thinking me for so this is the stuff he do when he get intoxicated and then he told a story that his brother has $200 and then I have to go be detective and takes his brother acting like I'm him like you know can I go get the money tomorrow his brother like you know you to drunk you know go to bed you know I'm doing getting ain't get no money from you and he finds they finally he told me he didn't ever give him the money mr. cross I heard a lot of liquor in that conversation do you drink and when you drink do you drink a lot and when you do drink do you tend to make bad decisions when I do drink I do make kind of bad decisions but I don't drink a lot when you say not a lot how often in a given month will you find yourself intoxicated just like like a family function where like get together how does he drink like on the weekends and like a family function that's another thing like he gets with his family and I'm ready to go we've been there for five hours me and the baby got to sit there and so he ready to leave final evening two o'clock in the morning we be there since 6 6 o'clock p.m. and then when we get to his family house he ain't ready to go yet cuz now he want to drink and stuff yeah me me and what I'm so sorry but I'm working on your behalf here maybe he come from one of them families your honor me they got affect some families their whole structure is we get together and we chill and they chill and they chill and they drink and they argue and they fight and then their kids they make up then they tell stories about the last time they got together and got drunk it was fire then and I did that's his thing that's his family structure so you gotta meet him where he lives you can't get mad that he's a child of that kind of environment you have to understand how to deal with it that's just a little bit of knowledge on my part now I'm gonna ask you mr. cross what is your main complaint about Ms McCauley I just feel like miss MacFarlane she just see that for starters she the queen is stupid tax the queen of stupid damn queen mr. mr. cross I'm gonna ask you to explain to me why she is the queen of the stupid tax when I got home you know it was just like you know I'm a big shoe collector go ahead over it like her shoes and she like like I come home he's 70 pair of shoes on on the fluff pop pour it on him cut up you so mr. cross why is ms mcfarley the queen of the stupid tax just because like this like it was like a day where my friend passed and we you know usually do like a little get-together no for him because he committed suicide so we just you know hang out no for him for his birthday so you know we hang out whatnot and you know like she said she want me to come home at a certain time but we're not sometimes when I drink you know I just like to hang out sometimes you know especially doing on that day but you know she had other plans for me so she decides to you know go Instagram and look at people who know all my friends that's down there stuff back you down yeah so so she so she just did her thing she kami it's about time for me to go now go get in my car I'm but I'm looking for my car and she in the car you know riding around doing like donuts and C roll the window down they get somebody you know I'm drinking I'm like in my car just doing doughnuts like you know it's her she rode wounded I told you to be at home this time just did that nut dry my car home she pulled off so I get her car come home cuz I was about to come home anyway so I get home drinking and driving but okay no I wasn't drinking I wouldn't know lovin I want it was like 2:30 in the morning I was drinking like earlier than the day so I see cuz she know I calm down before I get in the car anything I'm calming down here for a couple hours and no didn't but be careful with that okay but when I got home you know it was just like you know I'm a big shoe collector you know I had over it like 100 200 pair of shoes to a shoe and she like like I come home it's 70 pair of shoes on the flow pipe poured on them cut up like you just 200 pair you just tap 70 pairs there's 200 pairs of shoes yeah I did and I I do tend to react that way because my feelings be hurt I know it don't make it right because I know he always say you watch George leaning you do the queen of stupid text but that still react that way you know because I'd be feeling like I try to hurt him where I'm hurting right right right all right right you know Prince of stupid tax with 200 shoes I want to tell you that right now you ain't got it like that you don't have that much money you got two children do you know how expensive these people are what if somebody needs some braces what if somebody you know what I mean to eat technical school college all that kind of stuff these people are expensive right I I tend to save for my kids you know they can no I mean I do I say I say for my kids you know you can actually I do I do everything is in you are not in the taxi I would that was before I had my kids dog for the kids you know do that anymore no does he stop that nonsense he don't he by foot here tent here buy her stuff em stuff and deer and it puts them in the bag tomorrow yeah don't be a funnel from one dude to another dude he's a you know Louis Vuitton or whoever and you know what I mean it's just one rich guy getting other rich guys money that just slides through your hand on the way don't be that dude you got to maintain and keep summit for generational wealth yes that what I'm telling you I understand your temper is quite a problem so that's what we're gonna talk about next what did she do she jumped on top of the car understand we'll see and you not going nowhere I got you yari gave me a great story about our temper you have another another flamer for me yeah it's a couple but give me the best one the best one no she would this was she was no just found out she was pregnant yeah and like I we got into a heated argument where you know seeing like something I did or whatnot so I decided like you know I'm just gonna leave because you know I ain't went back and forth so I get in my car she tell me you ain't going nowhere I say just no she's standing in front of cars today you're not going over i'm Broadwood i say just go ahead you know I'm trying to leave you know we can come back right what did she do she jumped on top of the car she jumps on top of the car look at look up understand well she and you not going nowhere this our fight but it's not even fun [Music] because you see this yeah I see the picture clearly Miz mcfarley why don't you tell me the story about the fake proposal so I think Jalen sometimes uses that like I'm a proposed here you gonna be my wife or not you know my fiancee to get me to like do what he won't hurt him to stay out so this particular time we he proposed to me in the car he was like I don't have the ring yet but I want you to be my fiance so you know I was telling my mom we were at church I'm like mine you know I was you know everybody like my fiance my thing I was so happy and then a month later because me him got into argument he said oh we ain't getting engaged no more we're not gonna be you know we ain't to get you know we're just gonna be boyfriend and girlfriend but my you can't take the proposal back like that you know you posted stick witty and they even promised me one time we were gonna go look at rings like what that make you feel better I'm like yeah you know the ring you know looking for a ring that would help me you know realize that I'm getting somewhere and we never did mm-hmm that's called being strung along that's what that is whenever your air pocket he dangles the proposition of marriage before you because he knows that above all else is your goal and so he pulls that out to either shut you up calm you down bring you back stop you from doing what you're doing you will need to understand that so you can't hear that from unless he actually got a ring his finger in his fingers and putting it on your finger don't believe it he's stringing you along but stringing her along oh it's not fair hey listen listen listen listen listen I know exactly what's going on here I know you two love each other I know I know you too I hope you two end up together I know you care about her and he can't and she cares about you but your main problem well you got you got a few the underlying function is two things your age and the community and you're young your head started having babies let this one be the last one for a long while you don't do this again until you are married and grown but you've taken on adult responsibilities at a time when you don't have the maturity level for it having done that already you know made these babies so I'm gonna give you my best to give you an opportunity to make a life together that doesn't look like a circus you [Music] being a husband and being a father is the business of a solid individual you got to be all man through and through solid to hold things down this man here is still liquid he's behaving like a 25 year old he's running and gunning and drinking and carrying on because that's what 25 year old boys do I've had six of them I know he's going to remain liquid for a while the question you have to ask yourself is am i woman enough to ride out the liquid until he can get solid and not lose my mind in the interim okay you lost your right to remain liquid when you're not there up the first time and now you've done it again so you have to be in a position to deny yourself what you want and what you can get your children will be as secure as the mother that holds them up if you're if your way of conducting business is running and gunning and drinking and doing all that which is perfectly fine when you twenty-five in single it is not perfectly fine when you have children because it makes their mother crazy and you don't want to have children of a crazy mother so you have to decide though you are able to do all of these things you're going to stop doing them slowly but surely pull it in now in the interim you got to stop being crazy you have to have things that you do instead you have to have passions and pursuits and something that gives you peace of mind that is unrelated to him I remember I had to do he was trying to break up with me one time and I was reading a book and he called up and I said well what is it well what is it what what is it he said well I don't think we go I said okay fine I still got my degrees on the wall I don't know where he is I know he ain't got a TV sotto I'm gonna give you a book called my mother's rules believe it or not I was shy retiring I was afraid to date I didn't date till college I used to hide in the closet wouldn't go to parties I mean nothing I didn't get kissed too the first time until I was 18 because I was that shot and that's scared of people and look at what I do for a living how does that happen it happens when you've learned to act in opposition to how you feel and yet there is that there's a process by which you can learn to act in opposition to how you feel and I wrote it in here in Chapter 7 so I'm gonna give you this book and I want you to read it because it's all about emotional recovery you have the right to feel the way you do but you have the ability to feel any way you want and once you learn how to do that you'll own the world do the right thing this matter is adjourned this made me feel bad like I feel like I can do more you know I just feel like I need to be there for how much time to give up now we're never I'm just I'm just gonna go with the flow now images whatever happen
