[Music] it's fatty charred meat you can just pick this up and we do like a rib [Music] good morning I'm at the solar resort here in Manila Philippines and this is why I filmed the dim sum buffet video the last time I was here and they had another buffet that I couldn't get to the last time I was here but I came here this time just for that all-you-can-eat lobster seafood buffet but before that let's go grab a special lunch I'm about to go and eat the cooking of celebrity chef Justin Kwok one of the most renowned chefs all of Asia this is gonna be awesome what a wonderful day House even started yet but I already know it's gonna be great [Music] the lunch is gonna be held at a familiar place where I had a lot of good memories [Music] hey chef Justin really nice to meet you no thanks for having me such a pleasure like two great chefs I'm so excited thank you this is the the cappuccino with mushroom it smells more like mushroom soup than anything else but it is very frothy on top and they serve it with us just a little brioche with some chocolate on top oh those of you who love coffee even loved us because you did that nice aroma from the cappuccino it's not overly strong you don't get a lot of the bitterness it's just glorious mushroom soup that's incredibly aromatic combos I never thought whatever exists surely one of the most uniquely delicious danger drunken crab with salmon roll this is really pretty it looks like a paradise island on a plate how's this choking like drunken crowd would you get the crab shrunk literally got the crabs drunk he's soaked it in sauce for three days this is like Chinese herbs and spices and a lot of soy so I'm expecting a bunch it's just great will mommy flavor it I don't even know what to eat first I'm gonna try the scallop seviche hmm slightly sweet oh you can taste that ginger flavor on that little flower hmm well that's like lunch I can't wait for this drunken crab Wow you taste that great will mommy flavor from the crab well then you can start getting these little bursts of flavor when that little salmon in rows start exploding your mouth you taste that a little bit of that drunkenness but nothing is overwhelming anything else oh my god okay the next one I am just I came and articulate words this is something I didn't even know I wanted in my life but now I see it in front of me it's Oh everyone okay frog wha soup dumplings that I asked him like how should I eat this cuz normally soup dumpling you drink the soup first and then you eat it so they recommended I can do either way I can pop the whole thing in my mouth which I love to do or I could drink the soup first I'm gonna do one that's why I let it give me two so one of each so let's drink the soup in one in the other one I'll just pop it in and see what it tastes like as a whole by the way I just want to say it's the perfect puncture mark because I am I am a soup dumpling vampire so I had a lot of practice at this a little a little nibble it doesn't hurt it much but it gets to work done gets the juice flowing if you know what I mean oh my gosh okay right away you get a huge hint of black truffle the soup is light it's not literally fatty like a normal shape dumpling you got to try this he combined that the creaminess of the frog wah with the chewiness of the pork they hit that with a slight vinegary taste from the black vinegar a French soup dumpling right here I'm gonna try this on one bite all the flavors of stairs pop a nice exploding tastebuds happy jumping up and down and then the foie gras just salutes everything over that's something like the banana what Squinkie of the dumpling world I mean it looks all Asian on the outside but it's a that's all French this is a salmon dish and I kid you not as soon as I saw it my mouth started watering it's beautiful the salmon is cooked in low temperature fried garlic looks like on top and inside on the bottom of some soy oil that's salmon it just melt it's gone heads is melted with something so delicate that's why there's a lot of different textures in here so we got some crunchiness from the cucumber from the fried leeks our sauce on the bottom they're so amazing as well there's something soot you're seeing here this is like a magic carpet right of flavor next lobster dish look at it it's covered I thought this was like fried garlic in the beginning but it's actually Cambodian white peppercorn mmm-hmm that poppers are saying it's got a nice floral flavor it's really making there's Lobster even more aromatic usually with this much pepper it might be a little too much but well this is a perfect with that sweet lobster meat alright get myself on these peppers there's a little bit of juice left in this lobster tail yeah that's not going to waste it balls iPhone is one of my favorite favorite dishes in the world when it opens up all you smell is that amazing truffle flavor in the lob cheong the richness of the flavor there's no comparison I mean every single grain of rice is like anoint it by that holy sauce and the aroma from the lap Cheong and the truffle just completely overwhelms all your taste buds let's ball that profession for sure I'm so happy after this flourless souffle this is this might be the most beautiful thing I've seen all day today you know why I love a souffle because of his dancing skills so tickly is though if you just let the spoon go it just sinks right in and look how delicately beautiful the souffle is it just looks like a little floating cloud it's mesmerizing and on the bottom look at that lychee I'm pretty sure I dreamed about this before this is not just east meets west this is East meets West meets heaven you've gotta try this it's something that should mean exists on this earth that's how heavenly this thing is as soon as that enters your mouth it's just treason to missed a lychee flavored mist this thing is so light I feel like after I eating ham I become lighter I don't even know if I need to go to gym anymore after this I think I think I lost weight eating this house an amazing meal by Chef Jeff Simmons I never had a fusion of Asian dishes with with French endpoints soup dumpling I think that that was a highlight but I really fell over the first step of that mushroom cappuccino all the flavors are both explosive and subtle and I think there's so many things going on there's always a good mix of what I'm familiar with in the Asian cuisine and also you can definitely taste the French of those as well big shout out to chef Justin thank you so much amazing me I gotta go hit the gym a little bit because I got about food coming up in about three hours [Music] first glance this buffet looks amazing alright lobster cooked a bunch of different ways massive prawns crab and you can have your seafood cooked to order ah don't even know where to begin alright take a deep breath like I always say a good buffet is like a great story let's start at the beginning [Music] this is crazy they got lychee juice and milk tea on the tap you can add some grass chili in there this buffet already just even before taking a first bite I'm loving it here there's so much good quality selection it looks like let's start a little salad you know just kiss my mom watches the show every time so I just wanna make sure she knows I am eating my salad although it is a watermelon salad so mmm was like a little sesame oil in here so it's like really free grant you wouldn't think sesame oil lettuce and watermelon goes together look at this it's like hello hello igloo sushi mmm I thought it was just gonna be like a bunch of rice no flavor boy am I ever wrong that thing I'm going back for that have you ever come here you gotta get it it's got a little awesome some top oh mike is so spicy I think there's a male in there a little sesame seed I'm so happy I got that and then mounds of pork belly oh that is perfectly cooked pork belly and then change to skim the char on the meats part that that renders down Harleen meat a little chewy and juicy yeah normally I don't like pasta but this thing looks so inviting seafood pasta mac and cheese I think I actually should have started with the seafood because everything is so good getting some mac and cheese and pasta early in the game you cannot be able to stop eating that freshly fried tempura perfectly crunchy right out of it loyal little tempura sauce oh that's worth the burn on your tongue you're not gonna find a fresher tempura than there's anybody in the world I've never seen someone just like sitting there frying tempura out of that such a delightful little crunch on the outside of this Prime and the sauce is lettuce as well just highlighting the subtle sweetness and juiciness of the prawn [Music] licked by the fire got a great flame ghost of taste to it they may not look as tender as you think but trust me that's all tenderness right there Nietzsche juice and rope team does that travel along just shares myself Cheers oh yeah milk to a grass jelly that goes perfect with my steak all right round two so this station might just be my favorite ever so you can have this grilled you can have it fried you can have it salted whatever you want I'm having a grill they ask me if I want a garlic butter or a lemon butter that's if I can have a garlic lemon butter and we're good herb crusted baked sea bass oh that is juicy pepper crusted sea bass mmm where have you been on my life it is the most melt-in-your-mouth piece of meat perfectly flavor with some crusted pepper and salt and does sauce be some kind of mayonnaise-based sauce with a little bit of citrus inside I got a piece of the garlic lobster sweet buttery and with that white sauce anything is better with that white sauce that's crayfish just slips out of his shell does my lobster being done thank you freshly prepared lobster made to order round 3 and this is a doozy this de lobster thermidor so it's grilled cheese with lobster meats and bell peppers and onions inside it's basically a stuffed cheese lobster that's nothing not to love about this slightly sweet peppers stuffed over loaded with cheese's lobster singaporean oh my gosh yes you're too awesome this is too awesome thank you so much Thank You chef it's basically a chili crab but instead of crab you got a lobster it's a chili lobster spicy a deep very Singaporean this is my garlic lemon butter lobster and these are smaller much more localized lobster I feel like they're sweeter than typical Maine lobster and dese to it this is like us this is called us sweet and sour st. Peter's fish the ground nice sweet slightly sour perfectly fire still returning a little crunch from the skin doesn't a grill tuna belly if you think pork belly tastes good try its tuna belly there's a lot of fat in China and you grill it it just becomes a whole lot of Awesome this is the craziest thing I might've cognos professional father I didn't even know what this was my first saw it it's that tuna then they grill and it's hired tuna thin for you to this monster of a fin but this is so awesome it's fatty charred meaty you can just pick this up and you didn't like a ribbon no mix of fatty lean tuna meat there's crusted with pepper with a little lemon juice this is a tuna lover's dream I don't know how life gets better for me from here I really long tours I'm sorry the prawns cousins the crayfish you can have it butterfly which I did you can see all that good stuff including the best record but guts the brains snus one of my favorite things here oh my goodness do it get it butterfly and get a grill all this little salt and pepper things just that smoke and fire out of this world I've been life everything here all my god these are beautiful oh come here baby look at these monster crayfish burning hot crusted with pepper charred perfectly the head is enormous oh that's thing got a bigger hit than I do look at this this this was all about that juicy head right there that's so juicy I'm rich and besides the head the massive piece of juicy sweet meats unbelievable I still like the butterfly version better but if you want to slurp a prawn head you got a dual like this all right let's go see what else we can conjure up whoa this is freaking adorable got my little panda and my little porcupine everyone I got some noodles just because it's just a neat old time with a buffet you know add some chilies in here hmm this broth is so rich this is called the tea no la monarch and look at this it's stewed with chicken long peppers spinach it looks like this is one of the most soul filled bowls of chicken soups I've had in a while hence the ginger a little pepper a whole lot of salt this is comforting this is like sitting at home watching Disney movie on a stormy Sunday afternoon wrapped in a blanket in front of a fire comfort this is just way too adorable I didn't know pandas and porcupines could be friends don't look at it just you know it's still delicious you're gonna forget it was kid up on Planet you guys you guys want to know why I love pandas here's their the most international of all animals because they're black white and Asian yeah sorry little buddy well this is so good it's like a soupy chocolate pinned a bun it looks like a bit the back of a panda head and now it's like leaking chocolate rings everywhere that is good mmm I gotta get some more of that that is delicious hey I brought a bunch of his friends back again just a warning it's gonna get a little graphic I got panda horror movie okay no I don't you guys can see what was inside but they're so delicious I apologized to pandas everywhere who may have been watching that clip all right for dessert gotta get some movie ice cream this is like an egg hide and this is a unit on my ease which is basically a sticky rice pudding and then a couple pastries I'm not really sure where they are let's try it oh this is so good this is like a cassava like a solid cassava pudding kind of things it's just kind of cleaning hello milky hmm just fantastic Oh miss rice putting essential a little popping form [Music] oh there's a crime that's thing on top is I got almost like a chewy orange Canyon this is so good take some of this some obey ice cream mmm what a wonderfully sweet ending to this amazing food that started out with amazing lunch by chef Justin and then finished up here at one of the best all-you-can-eat seafood buffets in the world unlimite unlimited massive prawns sorry crayfish all that have more roast beef steak everything $140 this is definitely one of the best buffets I've ever been to around the world I mean just the amount of quality stuff here for that price tag is beyond compare and of the buffets I've had in Manila of course everyone being the legendary spiral buffets which cost I think around 60 or 70 dollars if you had to choose between those two I will come here I mean for the quality the selection the price you're gonna be very very happy coming here any nuts buffet guys as always all the informations all the plays I went to list it down below for you thank y'all so much for watching till we get again
