Fort Myers Beach metal detecting part two, Red Tide couldn’t keep us away!

okay guys so like this is a test test on the mic Mike Mike hi Mike back out on the beach um I got all excited we came out here for the low tide but unfortunately the waves and the wind are so strong that I can't get out in the Deep to check it out so I'll have to try it on another day so we're gonna stick in this main strip here where the folks like to lay around and drop their jewelry and James so stick around and uh we'll see what you can find okay guys more effects of the red tide this big beast just couldn't make it um it's really sad to see all these uh wonderful creatures that God created just wash up dead I'm sure but that's the way it goes um I don't know what kind of fish this is if I was back home I'd say it's probably a carp so if any of you out there know what this is leave a comment and help us figure it out any signals here guys I just came across one that's probably a pop top but it's the same sound as a gold ring as well so you can't pass these by oops have to take a look clump somewhere in there [Music] it's a metal popcan I just said the change location he's really quiet this is a terrain that I've got to master and figure out um as you can probably see I have not found anything of significance yet that's worth talking about area here that may produce so two discovered so finally I gotta scream and Target here you can hear that I don't know uh it's a high tone 87 uh I don't know I guess it would be a regular quarter but I'm hoping a diamond ring or a tennis bracelet or a necklace or something of the likes let's check and see what we got here as whatever it's a signal yeah it's a low tone here but like I said earlier those low tones at about 50 that uh is the gold ring so you can't really pass those up oh no just a male and when I give a clean so it must have been dropped through the recently 2016. but by uh a piece of Jamaican jerk chicken if I could gather enough okay guys good signal here a couple different tones one's low one's High they're kind of matched together so let's get in here and see what's going on maybe like a modern coin because of bottle cap probably oh there's there's our coin look at that close call [Music] definitely a lot more action down here where the uh waves have obviously erode to the beach so hopefully there's some jewels in here someplace and we just got to work our way through all this clad and Goofy stuff like this piece of goofy aluminum that sounded really great but probably just more hurricane damage three floating around make its way oh definitely a coin yeah what kind of coin I don't know I guess we'll find out in a second something spectacular and there it is still in the club that looks like a regular penny I love that what a beautiful look and it's a regular Memorial better luck next time there it is another dime climb up the charts fast what is this is this a foreign coin this does not look American to me so I don't think this is a regular time which I initially thought let's give her a wipe uh that's definitely a goofy looking guy looks like uh he's wearing a hat and um it almost looks Spanish to me there we go there's a good look that's pretty cool what is this let's give it a wipe here see if it's more detail anyway simply wore my good shirt out here and wow what is this oops monster and there's the reverse Shield uh an eagle by the what that man is wearing I would like to think it's Spanish but um I'll give it a clean up and we'll come back yeah maybe French here it is guys this uh Memorial a one swipe Memorial I have nightmares about that sometimes oh kind of tight here oh it was just if there was no red tide I wouldn't care but I don't want to get all that stuff on my feet skis look at this Beast I think big catch ah let's get out of here oh it's the beach goer they always like to come and check out and see if you found anything good or not what your best find ever was no yeah oh man what was this answer oh yeah Plenty of Fish we're gonna have sushi tonight I think for free that means I I don't have to chase this clad so this one wasn't really that great of a signal and then I popped it and it got really strong so strong I thought it was a hop can but it's out of the hole and I think it's a coin so let's take a peek I guess it could always be aluminum there it is I think my producer saw it first does that mean she gets to keep it yeah yeah a beautiful quarter State quarter so this little washout here is a super nice signal right there it's gonna be jewelry or a memorial oh it's out of the hole it doesn't sound as good as it did when it was in the hall screaming here there it is right in the club that's my favorite especially when the real old silver coins and they're still in the club and they're just bleeding it's fun you know this is going to be there's Abe Lincoln again and I was assuming it's another Memorial but to clean it up uh Signal's still in the hole here in the degree the plug I sound like a plug oh I just completely miss it I guess I just put a nice scratch right across the face of my first gold coin over here okay my gosh this didn't give me such a hard time it looks like a giant quarter almost looks like bigger than a quarter but it's not stay quarter you know the state quarter is always three if you're Loop because you give it a wipe like that see some beautiful swan and you think maybe you found something in a different country but it's just a state quarter whose state quarter has a swan if you guys know leave a comment I don't even know rock solid 50 which is a low tone which is the pull tabs or the gold ring and I just can't resist so let's have a look there it is it's actually a coin um when it's a 50 and a low sound like that it's also usually a nickel I have to say that part but I don't know what this is going to be something to find an old V nickel out here that would really make my day but this is just a regular nickel and it's been here for a while you can see the Jefferson Memorial on the back maybe it's a war nickel we'll see first nickel today who was thinking your thoughts that's the thing are you thinking your thoughts nothing another high tone here guys another coin signal um oh no my hole just filled up in water it's way down there sorry guys foreign so I got a beautiful signal here and it's bouncing around as if two there's two real nice high tones side by side usually what the deal is it's a modern quarter it likes to bounce around like that for whatever reason but it could be two coins it could be whatever so let's just find out what it is I think I feel like I say that all the time what's going on down here oh man there it is something different regular penny don't give me a hard time here it is looks like a regular dining possibly just regular diet kind of dig them all because we're on the beach so the next one's gonna be a diamond tennis bracelet oh there it is in a clump regular penny they call a polo wheat cent out here you know something different Maybe someone's got a lot of crud on it oh it's a dime yep regular dime really I'm sorry sorry okay guys I'm doing a wrap up my morning coffee is still working its way through my system but my producer wants to get this wrap up done immediately so I feel a little unprepared but I'll try to do my best um this concludes the beach hunt and um the red tide situation so come on and take a look and see what we found so you got a bunch of clad here um about a quarters a lot of the coins are crusted with sea sediment which also deteriorates a coin I found and the coin actually starts to break apart itself I think I found some kind of a Old Bell it looks like maybe part two of ship a couple copper pipes those are screaming out the charts um battery cable that sounded really nice um got these screws and nails out of the beach so nobody steps on them I found a really cool egg it um ornament type thing it's probably hanging in the window and reflected the sunlight through it as our guess and then this Native American feather piece maybe South American and the two unique finds um this coin we're still in the process of identifying we believe it's from Panama based on there and then on a reverse it has a shield Eagle I think we'll put some Stills up if we haven't already and then this coin I still don't have a clue so if anybody knows what this is please leave a comment so we can figure this out the date was 1956 I reckon and on the reverse we have the eagle with the snake in its mouth as well so it's always fun to find you know if you don't find old coins to find something you just don't know what it is makes it kind of exciting and um sure beats finding modern clad to say the least oh yeah I found this big Sinker I really like this big Sinker too this thing is huge uh number three whatever that means but um thanks for watching and we'll catch you guys next time be good
