they see it's up to you now all right I want to take our friends over a tropical smoothie making sure we get all these ingredients and of course my friends over at pumice they're taking care of us here now smoothie action tell me what's going on here what do we got well first chance to put your hair back that will ruin any kind of food you eat okay okay don't leave mine just like this okay all right yeah don't have your food and then wash your hands course already okay then I think we could start with probably because you want you don't want to get well it's okay to get chunks of this so it's not like you're never going to lose but put the fruit in the bottom so that it gets it pretty good I think I'm gonna mix it all together this is a fresh strawberries and bananas you know I will say is that a lot of this stuff is organic stuff we don't you know mess around yeah I know that you're in the health healthy yeah so it's organic everything else I kind of kind of just like fall in the middle of that it's so gooey this is organic peanut butter you know that stuff kind of it's it's just peanut butter but what's it about between organic peanut butter and like chunky that looks pretty like gooey it looked almost like a syrup well I think there's less ingredients I don't think they're sugar in this yeah there's no sugar in this peanut so peanuts are basically ground up yeah okay no it's like more chunky in that gotcha and if you have like if you have stomach problems smoothies are always good but if you want to use peanut butter you can use almond butter that's better for your stomach almond butter what I usually use but I love this flavor of peanut butter okay but you can't this is so good that almond butter will work in this you know vanilla yogurt isn't alligator that's a moss yeah vanilla yogurt okay it's so delicious now how many scoops just two scoops that all you do what about three oh yeah cuz we don't have milk so yeah we you know that we can we do the things buy them here the we fly by the seat of our pants here we forgot the milk syrup okay that's syrup okay okay I'll just check out the guy that's syrup okay maple maple syrup I'm assuming yeah there's not a lot of sweet sweetness like like this I said the peanut butter doesn't have sugar everything is healthy I feel like I've lost weight to have any meeting yeah but it's actually 100% pure maple syrup that you can get off of for true so it's like good free in that but right 100% so I talk to 100% graham crackers just give an awesome flavor and put in the I always add cinnamon did you just do this yeah okay that's that's the beauty of the show you can just do this there you go so it wasn't her fault there is no fault now it's all perfect we have mouth touch like it in there no like wouldn't go that all right no this is what kind of milk this is vanilla soy milk again vanilla soy milk this isn't like you know you're you know 2% levo gallon it's vanilla soya milk we're gonna just keep more weird in there that's good ray vitamin C lots of vitamins - yeah no wonder you look so good man you know you know good so the thing is that I don't have measurements and it's always hit or miss so we're gonna see how it's turned out that's the beauty of this it's hit-and-miss there's no there's no mistakes all right here we go I'll see all right we got going here do we need a spoon spoon or something how to find a spoon I'm sure I can find a spoon somewhere around here hey there you go won't you give it a little little sample taste to see what you got going all right all right you getting of course you're gonna get the first thing you're gonna thank me in jail you're gonna get the first day no it's awesome my favorite it's your favorite there you go Lacey from Flyleaf its smoothie thanks our friends at tropical smoothie good stuff you ready Thomas you got online you signed up you didn't think that you were gonna be hanging out having us some dinner with your friends can fly like did you no no no I don't eat this stuff all right I'm gonna take let's all take our let's take our bite and see how Jared did here here we go let me get started we there's a local music scene there that all this mint shows and we're in different bands and starting different bands and then you got each other's band when i hook ours our bands broke up or whatever reason joined up together and we've been together ever since it was magic like the first practice now when you first met Lacey and you saw off you know five feet of you or four foot did you know she was gonna have such a powerful voice no no can you believe the pipes on this chick I mean pretty amazing stuff there kid good stuff yeah and you know what's so funny is when I first met you many years ago in fact I got a little treat here you guys remember this remember this thing yeah years ago I met you guys in Knoxville Tennessee at a little club called blue cats y'all came up in a little van and you showed up and there was a song called I'm so sick and I'm expecting because I don't know who you guys were
