[Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] okay well welcome thank you all for being here today we're thrilled uh about uh what today represents uh for all of our crew members we put in so much time and effort and hard work to get to where we are today um of course uh while it's the uh it's the end of one chapter it's the beginning of the most important chapter of our journey and this is where we start finding customers around the united states and we couldn't be more thrilled to start today in burbank avello's purpose is to inspire travel and today we begin that process of making it easy and convenient and affordable with everyday love fairs for customers to be able to choose us and apart from that i hope you'll find that we have a sole service our our crew members are here to take care of our customers i think you'll see that every step of the journey whenever you interact with us and over time i hope that is the single biggest point of distinction that we bring into the marketplace on youtube you guys would like to say a few words before we begin the safety portion of the announcement so if i can have everyone seated thank you so welcome aboard everybody and uh thrilled to have you it's great to see an airplane that is almost full uh we're gonna pack them in over time but uh it's a great first day i want to introduce you to our crew we have a wonderful crew here uh in the left seat and the captain's chair is captain tony typey he is ably assisted by captain shady hagab uh and then captain abelardo molina is sitting in the jump seat uh as a third pilot today we thought we'd bring three today to celebrate i'm going to also introduce you to our wonderful cabin crew our flight attendants we have here audrey lee our lead flight attendant audrey has a lot of experience uh with another big airline and this is now a lot more fun and she gets to kick this thing off today with you all uh but you'll be in great hands with all four of these uh these individuals hiro king here to my left that's just you i know she's our most junior flight attendant uh and in the back we have nasomi foo who joined us back in the fall welcome hey tommy how you doing buddy and then george stump george how are you thank you george and you guys are all great so let's get out of here all the time thank you all day of celebration here for everyone uh behalf of uh andrew levy and every single one of our investors partners and crew members at a velo i'd like to welcome you aboard our inaugural flight to santa rosa in our flight time exactly our weather is beautiful we do expect to have a rather smooth ride and please enjoy your flight this is this is an amazing moment and we're very very happy to have every single one of you on board today a life vest is located under your seat the safety information card in your cpac pocket details the use of the lightweight test it may be used for floatation please locate the exit closest to you keeping in mind that the nearest exit may be behind your tabling or destroying any lavatory small detector may result in a sign once again just please ensure that all of your handheld devices are in your play mode and let's have some fun on this first flight for bellow [Music] yes we're gonna race the southwest um um so so this is um um his items may have moved we should be landing in santa rosa in about 45 minutes as we approach uh santa rosa i will uh provide a weather update for the time being easy to your flight oh i know that most of you are probably on your way to enjoy whether it's an afternoon or a weekend in our famous california wine country so as we were thinking about a celebratory toast well you know we're not going to try to compete with the great wines that you're going to experience in napa and sonoma but we are going to feature a toast and ask you to join us with some local california sparkling cider from watsonville california and i just want to add that on behalf of all of my colleagues so many that are a part of this group this morning thank you for giving us the privilege to serve you it's our honor we couldn't be more excited welcome aboard we'll pass a toast thank you thank you [Music] is oh ladies and gentlemen in preparation for our landing please please your seat bags three tables should be in the upper end lock position and file arm rather lower for these customers sitting near a window we have to please open the window shade for landings um oh there's a helicopter um and welcome to santa rosa that was a wonderful landing by our chief pilot tony taipei oh yes this time you please remain seated with your seatbelt sensor those at least keep down clear of any carry-on luggage until we are safely parked at the gate and the seatbelt site has been turned off at that time please check in the overhead beds and around your seats for any personal warranty that you've brought on board with you we have to choose caution when opening the overhead bin as luggage tends to shift during landing a few of you have asked me if you can leave items on board today while you go to your luncheon unfortunately we cannot do that the pure craft will not be attended by anyone and it's kind of against the rules anyway welcome to santa rosa and we all hope that it's in the future your plans call for air travel you'll think of us here at avello [Applause] um thank you very much
