through together we are going to stand let us pray as we come before you lord jesus it is with open hearts we present your words you always have words for your people even when the words seem dark you have some light to shine and to stay alone you have called us to shine the light in our places so i pray that as we look on your words that we will be empowered one more time so many things happening around this world so many persons dying but lord we know that as your servants we have what it takes for persons to recognize that there is talk to your man's servants praying especially and as i speak our hearts will be blessed in jesus name the book of daniel is written by daniel and daniel is from the hebrew tribe the bible tells us that there was a king his name was a nebuchadnezzar he was seen as want to be feared he was a world ruler at the age of 25 years old he knew what it was to win battles some say that he was ruthless he was truly he had no heart in other words in jamaican terms see this king called nebuchadnezzar he took zechariah he's telling them he pulled his tongue from his mouth and he made it to his stream he took the empire's two sons and he beheaded them jerusalem because he wanted god's people to know that i am not afraid of no one i am but he had something in mind what he had in mind and it is the field of the babylon the greats he said to the hustlers the mass history to take some of the captives back to babylon but i don't want you to take anyone you feel like taking i will make the recommendations he said to him i want you to take some of the king's seat he was princess he wanted children in whom was no blemish he wanted them to understand science quite well and that thought had the ability in them to stand in the kids so what he wanted them to change names it does something to the mind for example you have some persons around and they have some nicknames and when you really listen to the nicknames and you look on the interview you want to get the person's description you see i remember in 1995 when i was just in my late teens and i was working in montgomery there was a man on the work side his name they called him got it when i looked on this man good and but while i was here how many of us will call our sons or many of us would name our daughters jessica we would not because we know that names play an important role sometimes we hear some nice name and we give it to mother father so he said i don't care what is in their mind what i know is that i will give them new means so he changed the names that would say something about dear god now he gave them my belongings today which means they are disciplined and maybe he got this name because some scholars are saying that the prosperity lies that daniel is approved from jerusalem they gave him this name means that he is the slave of the people irrespective of the names that they wanted to give these eagle boys what is the diamond said to him ah we just needed i'm just give us pause and pray but he turned it and he said listen if i do that you would look in our jamaican terms you would have whisked the question then after three years taking you to the king he will kill me because you are the type who said to come into sinner and now because of what you are requesting you look so mad and wishy-washy i can't do that you will have my head for it but daniel said to you okay don't worry we will partake it is far from three years so if you don't see any change in us for 10 days then do whatever you want after 10 days the bible tells us that they were more up in the ways of god that is what god can do when we decide to stand for him church is that our god is in control and nothing takes over god by surprise all we have to do take our step how many of us have were they doing these boys were captives they were in a stranger but they still decided that we will stand on the principles of aurora the bible tells us in chapter 2 that the king he had a dream but this dream did something to the king you know sometimes we call these dreams and nightmares i remember i had a dream i just had my first daughter one child in the house and i dreamt that we were at a hotel and we were eight doors high and my daughter being two years old he was here on the outside of the balcony and he was all alone and he was letting go and kept i saw her with her it was just we have dreams at times that will cause us to get up out of our city nevertheless he had his dream the bible says this thing was gone from here but nevertheless of being the king and since he cannot see he decided so that they can give me things that i don't know her so he called on a wise medium and he said listen i have a dream and it is gone from me but i want you to give me the dream and the interpretation because i know it has something to do with mine they turned to when they said okay listen you don't understand what is happening you need to i said it is gone for me no i want to tell the truth and give me the interpretation they said okay what you are asking no man could ask in other words we never know us you are wicked tell us a dream but the king recognized that he was paying these men on a bald protest so now he was angry he said listen i'm giving you a short time to tell the dream and interpretation if not i will put all of you to death the thing was made known to the hebrew boys they are trying to seek help from persons who they believe should not have any part in otherwise how many times we have encountered these type of things in our lives but when he went to daniel and his friends that that said tell the king not to be in so much jesus give me a little time he said this is a serious business and then don't worry the king said you will get the time daniel and his friends they consulted god but it was repeated today now daniel knew the god who we serve and that is god was healed and we have to believe that our god is able even when the circumstances and the situations around us tell us that god cannot help i want you to know that whatever you are going through our god is requesting of us is just done so that then he lifts up his borders and he went to the universe he knew that i am going to a man made king but i am representing the king of kings you see sometimes when i remember this story about daniel my mind has flashed back to that time when president obama was making his entrance again i have never met the man but just to see the man and hear and speak i can feel our thoughts and hope i don't know about you but i can feel it and when it was coming i'm sure that many of us in this church today our eyes were fixed to the television because we go out when the play came i saw persons walking around then i saw a lot of posts to the stairway right at the entrance of them someone opened the door came out he wrote looked around and then i saw president obama standing and waiting i said this man has so much to myself if this man should ask any of us to do something we will be more than willing to do it even you know who just took my hand we respect the mind so much but then my mind comes back to reality when i start looking on my life and i said to myself steph how would you treat jesus jesus said if we drink the many times we score respect of people we can see and they don't even know a thing about us they don't know where they are they don't know when they are hurting they don't know when they are going through our struggles but the one who gives us alive the one who says even the very fears of your head are all loving i am with you always times if we would be honest with ourselves we should be treated when i looked when obama was at a hall in the university of the west indies everyone dressed if you don't dress a certain way you will be turned god but how many times we dressed at this first time how many times many times instead of studying for what we believe we follow the problem sometimes some persons live jamaica and the way they live overseas and they just go to visit he's a different person from when they are back because the pastor is not there to see no member there to see they do anything they feel like what i want us to know as a church that god is with us always he says yes you saw a great image it has different elements the head was a gold and of course it represents you back around the grapes but to see the chest and the arms they are of silver it is inferior to the gold and god is saying that someone or some kingdom will come back to his mind and he said you must be rewarded but in chapter 3 it tells us that what he god something opposite daniel said to him an inferior kingdom will come and we overthrow but he made an image of gold saved he will last forever so now the three hebrew orders must be put to the test he never mentioned anything about tanya because he was now one of the biggest thing in babylon therefore the story centered three hebrew boys that were about to be tested so he made this unit of good and he said this anytime you hear the music you should fall down and you see there is something god has made our bodies with reading when your ears started music if you don't want to move it allows your body so they said music worship music will allow everyone to bow when the music was played where everyone should be bowing and i don't know how personal i think when persons all their faces are to the floor but what bible tells us that they were someone recognize that these three hebrew words were standing and sometimes persons will behave like they are with you when they are not with you then you just saved all the wise man's life from the wrath of the king but now these same man who has gone to hell turned to the kingdom didn't you say o king that anyone who disobeyed you should be put to them he said of course they said hey it's really evil boys that you having the wreck of the wise man bring them before me i am going you don't understand what is happening here so listen we're gonna take you to school and we're gonna give you a history lesson you see okay we are god's people we were in abundance for 400 years we were involved in a city called they had a great king he was the greatest king but then his name was like you and by the name of god to deliver his people was okay his heart was hard but when moses said to him the god of abraham the god of isaac the thought of jacob said let his people move his he wanted to recapture us but we are talking about our god once we are free we are free indeed so why we were traveling we have made ourselves in front of us we have the carolina vibes it is the right to see beside us we had a mountain behind us we had our enemies we have nowhere to go but god said to his servant moses stretch to the sea and moses told his people stand by and see the salvation of the lord when he set forth his word to see pardon or kill you don't understand what water was they were coming moses straightforward is wrong with them and we see them no more often you don't understand we are not here but we are here is your king we have our enemies and these enemies are known to have a great city a big wall called jericho's we wanted to get into the city okay but the gates were closed god said to us we need to march around it one time for six days of the week we did that but he said on the seventh day you need he thought he was a champion but david all he had was just five stones in his fire you see the three evil boys they could take their stand yes to show god be personal if we cannot know jesus in these little crisis that we are christians or can three they never break life they were fired by enlightened elections so when they were connected to the source of power they never had a conservative the bible tells us that the king he was furious in other words eagle really upset he said you need to leak the furnace one several times but you see when it comes on to a christian a christian would be fearful of the furthest thing he said several times hotter but you see when it comes on to a child of god a turn of god would not fear about your heart the fire is because they know that the heart of the father but i want you to follow me through your mindset as we journey into heavenly places as we turn and we reach into the throne room of god god is seated on his throne and he called an emergency you meeting we have a situation on planet earth in babylon with a great king called nebuchadnezzar i have my sons there and they are taking their staff when i look on them i am so proud of them for they see i am going to deliver them not because they are special but because i want other persons who are called by name because the father tells us that jesus is father the bible tells us yes and he and today brothers and sisters i want us more here are persons that we have to serve the thought of the heroes and when we serve the god of the hebrews the way that wants to serve but before we can reach to that level it is time he knows what is our call for jesus today what is our answer for in this time of crisis i know it's going to be rough that whatever your life was before today you want to make that change to stand for jesus and you want to recommit everything that's going on to jesus the hebrew boys told the king plainly that our god is illegal but if he decides not to save us but they had such a relationship with jesus we all have struggles but today is the day to let god one minute made friends with god's children and those who are weak for getting in nothing businesses to see we just want to thank you for reassuring us oh god that you have never changed you are the same yesterday today and what you have done in the past you can still do it again many times oh god we believe that it's only in the bible those stories that you are revealing yourself to your people but only if we are the highest to see in other places where you are the different people so that we pray that as a church we will hold our hearts so that we can be used lord we thank you for the example of the young three hebrew words because we know that young people have been faced with peer pressure but even but lord we pray that as we recommit our hearts to you we will try to build that relationship with you and the only way we can build that relationship with you is to allow you to be the center of our lives the time we fall short of your glory is this time when we have those free times and we do our own so help us lord to just understand the times but we know that you will be with them because you will never forsake us so i pray that you will comfort your hearts even at this time it is not easy to lose a loved one but we know it is all the plan of sin but we look for that day when we shall return glory to them until then i pray that he will keep us faithfulness in jesus name just one of them for that encouraging message stand up no matter what the lord will deliver us you will deliver us so with that you're gonna see our closing song stand up stand up for jesus the soldiers of the cross six one eight this time oh oh oh so oh
