[Music] hello guys welcome back to my channel ITP well today we will learn in this video how to join or how to solve domain join either so just I'm going to show you if you are getting this error message during domain join so just you need to check these things and you can resolve this issue so this is my client we see this is my client machine which name is desktop j0u e97 and you can see that this machine machine is in workgroup and i want to join this machine in a domain so my domain is hyper you are dark line so if we going to join this yes you can see an Active Directory domain controller ad DC for the domain IT for you r dot land could not be contacted ensure that domain name is typed correctly if the name it name is correct click 4 click details for troubleshooting so before joined domain what you need to check just you need you have to check IP details and so I freakin figuration is correct or not so in my case my Dominus this domain type II is 10.10.5.3 you can verify from here this is my server manager and I'm going to open Active Directory users and computers ad and write it very well darlin so this is my domain server in which we have to join the client machine you can just expand it if you see there is no any computers and one day one domain controller tgc so let's go on client machine so as I have already told you you have to check IP configuration so either you have to type and see particular neuron or you can open from here just right-click on the land property changer after setting and this click on properties' i'll kill before so you can see here use the following DNS server address the preferred DNS server IP is 10.10.5.3 s server our domain server is trained out 10.10 so just you have to change the IP 10.10.5.3 your domain name click OK yes now you can see here it's asking for username and password so I'm going to enter password you can see you know it's a job welcome to the iPod Orlando man just you have to click OK close and restart now if you want to verify you can check your domain server just refresh it you can see here so that means this computer has been joined in our domain so if you are getting that message means EDD years already drawn controller header DC is not contactable which I have already shown you so just you have to check these things so let's request you to please subscribe my channel and share with your friends thank you [Music]
