hello everyone and welcome to another tutorial video today I'm going to teach you how to fix a very annoying issue that some windows 11 users face the Wi-Fi option not showing up this can prevent you from connecting to the internet and accessing online services but don't worry there are some Simple Solutions that you can try to fix this problem I'm going to show you three methods that you can use to restore your Wi-Fi option and get back online so let's get started the first method is to enable your Wi-Fi adapter sometimes your Wi-Fi adapter can get disabled by mistake or by a system update this can cause the Wi-Fi option to disappear from your task bar and your quick settings panel to enable your Wi-Fi adapter you need to go to the control panel the control panel is a place where you can adjust various settings and options for your computer to open the control panel you can use a shortcut press the Windows key and are at the same time on your keyboard this will open a small window called run in this window type control and hit enter this this will open the control panel alternatively you can also search for the control panel in the windows search box the windows search box is located on the bottom left corner of your screen next to the start button click on it and type control you will see the control panel app appear in the search results click on it to open it once you have opened the control panel you will see several categories of settings click on the one that says network and internet this will open a page where you can manage your network connections and settings on this page click on the link that says Network and Sharing Center this will open another page where you can see the status of your network connections and change some network settings on the left side of this page you will see a link that says change adapter settings click on it and you will see a list of all the network devices on your computer these are the devices that allow you to connect to the Internet or other networks such as Wi-Fi ethernet Bluetooth Etc look for the device that says Wi-Fi or wireless network connection this is your Wi-Fi adapter it should have a green icon next to it indicating that it is enabled and working if it has a red icon or a gray icon that means it is disabled and not working to enable it right click on it and select enable from the menu you will see a small window that says enabling wait for a few seconds until it says enabled you should also see the green icon next to it this means your Wi-Fi adapter is now enabled and ready to use you can close the control panel and check your taskbar and your quick setting panel you should see the Wi-Fi icon appear on both places the Wi-Fi icon looks like a signal bar with a DOT on the top if you click on it you will see a list of available Wi-Fi networks that you can connect to select your preferred network enter the password if needed and click on connect you should be able to connect to the internet and access online services this is the first method to fix the missing Wi-Fi option on Windows 11 if this method worked for you congratulations you can skip the rest of the video and enjoy your internet connection if this method didn't work for you don't worry there are two more methods that you can try let's move on to the second method the second method is to update your Wi-Fi drivers drivers are software programs that allow your computer to communicate with your Hardware devices such as your Wi-Fi adapter sometimes your drivers can get outdated or corrupted which can cause your finds any updated drivers it will download and install them automatically you will see a window that says Windows has successfully updated your drivers you may need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect click on close to exit the window after updating your drivers you can check your taskbar and your quick settings panel you should see the wifi icon appear on both places if you
