Fix Minecraft Bedrock Edition Error Drowned We Could Not Sign You In To Your Microsoft Account

hello guys welcome to my channel so if you're receiving this error that is failed to login we could not sign you in to your Microsoft account error code is drawn so if youing this error with Minecraft Bedrock Edition game then please follow the steps shown in this video so first of all type in services in Window search box and then click on services and then scroll down at the end you will see all these Xbox Services 1 2 3 4 Xbox services so you have to make a double click on each Xbox Services make a double click set it to automatic over here click on start if highlight it and then click on apply and then click on okay again make a double click on Xbox Live authorization manager and then set it to automatic click on apply click on start if highlighted so if start is highlighted click on okay again make a double click on this Xbox Services set it to automatic click on apply click on start if highlighted and then click on okay again make a double click make a double click on this Xbox Live Network networking service set it to automatic and then hit apply click on St highlighted and then click on okay now you can launch your Minecraft Bedrock Edition and then try to login still you are unable to log then go to Google in Google you can type in gaming service repair tool and then go to this Microsoft website which says Xbox support gaming Services repair tool for PC and then on this page scroll down and then you will see downloadable version so click on downloadable version and then scroll down here you can see download the gaming Services repair tool for PC and then run this exe file click on yes to allow and let the process complete this may take couple of seconds or maybe few minutes and once this is complete you will see complete complet it successfully and once you see completed successfully then you can launch your launch your game and then try to log in so here you can see completed successfully now you can launch your game and then try to log in you should not receive this error but still you're receiving this error then please follow the rest of the steps shown in this video so to fix it first of all open windows settings now go to accounts and then go to signin options scroll down under additional settings here you can see the option which says use my signin info to automatically finish setting up after an update if this is on turn this off and then check still you're facing the problem the next step is to try Legacy version of Minecraft launcher for this copy this link the link is provided in the video description open this link in a browser it will take you to Minecraft website over here scroll down here you can see download Windows Legacy launcher so click on it and then run this exe file now click on next next install it now once the installation is complete now you can try to log in and then check now still not working then run this command this commands are provided in the video description so type in CMD in Windows search box and make a right click on command prompt app and then click on run as administrator make sure that you open command prompt as an administrator click on yes to allow and copy all these three commands one by one and paste it over here so copy the First Command paste it over here hit the enter key now run the second command and then paste it over here hit the enter key now run the last command paste it over here hit the entry key now once this is done now you can check now still you're facing the problem then go to this location so open File Explorer go to this PC open C drive now open users folder now open your username folder now open app data folder if you don't see app data on the top click on view select show and then put a check on hidden items and then open app data folder folder now open the local folder now open packages folder now in the list find Microsoft Xbox identity provider folder so scroll down and keep scrolling down and here you can see Microsoft Xbox identity provider underscore some alpha numeric character open this folder now open the AC folder now open token broker folder and it delete the content of this folder so select everything over here you might see accounts and cash folder so select everything over here make a right click and then click on delete once this is empty now you can check now still you facing the problem then please follow rest of the steps shown in this video step is to repair and reset Minecraft launcher so type in Minecraft launcher in Windows search box and then make a right click on Minecraft launcher and then click on app settings now scroll down here you can see the option which say terminate so click on terminate first and then click on repair and once the repair is done open Minecraft launcher and then try to login but still you're receiving the error message then click on reset reset and after the reset open Minecraft launcher and then try to login do the same thing with Xbox app and Microsoft store so type in store in Windows search box and then make a right click on Microsoft Store app settings again it will open Windows settings and then scroll down and then again click on repair and if that does not resolve the problem then reset reset do the same thing with Xbox app so type in Xbox app and then again make a right click then click on app settings and again do the same thing repair and reset and then try to open Minecraft launcher and then login now the next step is to run WS reset command so type in WS reset in Windows search box and then click on WS reset and this will open this black screen do not close this black screen this black screen will go away and it will open Microsoft Store once Microsoft store is open open Minecraft launcher and then login now the next step is to close Minecraft launcher so if Minecraft launcher is running close it then open Microsoft store on now once you open Microsoft store on the top right here you can see a profile icon click on it then click on sign out then click on sign in select the right account and then click on continue now over here it will be asking for your PIN or password over here so enter the Pino password over here now once logged in now you can open Minecraft launcher and then try to log in now the next step is to make sure date time time zone and and reason is correct on your computer so on the bottom right here you can see the date and time make a right click on date and time then click on adjust date and time make sure set time automatically is on over here also make sure set time zone automatically is on in Windows 10 you will find set time zone automatically so make sure that is also on in Windows 11 select the right time zone from here then click on sync now and once this is done try to log in now also make sure right region is selected so from here make sure right country is selected over here now the next step is to make your gaming services and Xbox identity provider is installed on your computer so copy this link the link is provided in the video description so open this link in a browser it will take you to Microsoft website and over here you will find Xbox identity provider click on get it will prompt you to open Microsoft store so click on open Microsoft store then you will find Xbox identity provider over here if this is not installed you will see the install option or get option in my case this is already installed now the next step is to uninstall and reinstall gaming services for this copy this command this command is provided in the video description type in power cell in Windows search box make a right click on windows power cell then click on run as administrator make sure that you're opening Power Cell as an administrator now click on yes to allow now paste the command over here hit the enter key this will uninstall Microsoft uh gaming services from your computer and once the gaming Services is uninstalled now run the second command so copy this command and then paste it on the power cell window hit the enter key now this will open Microsoft store and then you will see the install option so click on install click on yes to allow and let the download complete now once the download is complete now open Minecraft launcher and then try to login now the next step is to delete xbl login credential for this type in credential Manager in Windows search box and then click on credential manager now go to Windows credentials scroll down and find entry that is xbl grts device key you might find xbl device key or xbl grts device key or you might find both the entry so expand click on xbl device key or xbl grts device key and then click on remove then click on yes to allow now close windows credential now restart your computer now after this restart is a must so make sure that you restart your computer and after the system restart open Minecraft launcher and then try to log in now the next step is to restart start all these services so type in services in Windows search box and then click on Services Now find IP helper in the list make a double click on IP helper make sure startup type is set to automatic then click on apply click on start if highlighted then click on okay now find all the Xbox services at the end here you can see all the Xbox Services make a double click on each Xbox Services set it to automatic apply click on start if highlighted automatic apply start if highlighted select automatic over here apply click on start then cck click on okay automatic apply start okay now find Windows update in the list make a double click on Windows update set it to automatic apply click on start if highlighted then click on okay now find gaming Services make sure gaming services are running over here now if it's not running make a right click then click on start if it's already running then stop it so make a right click then click on stop and then again make a right click stop and then restart the service so make a right click and then click on start once again start Now find Microsoft Store install service make a double click set it to automatic click on apply click on start and then click on okay now open Minecraft launcher and then then login the next step is to uninstall Minecraft launcher restart your computer and then reinstall Minecraft launcher for this type in Minecraft launcher in Windows search box and then make a right click on Minecraft launcher then click on uninstall uninstall now after the uninstall restart your computer and after the system restart open Microsoft store and then in the search box type in Minecraft launcher now you can install Minecraft launcher from Microsoft store or you can even open Xbox app and then from Xbox app you can install Minecraft launcher now the next step is to uninstall Minecraft launcher so uninstall it once again make a right click then uninstall uninstall now after the uninstall restart your computer and after the system restart go to this website and then it will take you to Minecraft website here you can see download for Windows 10 and 11 so try to download it from Minecraft website and install it and then login now all you can also try it try this Windows 7 and 8 version so first of all uninstall the launcher once again now after you uninstall restart your computer and then install this windowss 7 and 8 version so if nothing works this should help now this has worked for many user so it might work for you so try to install Windows 7 in eight version of Minecraft launcher now the last step is to run this command this command is provided in the video description so copy this command type in poell in Windows search box and then make a right click on windows power cell then click on run as administrator click on you can see get updates option click on get updates once all the updates are installed now you can check now still you receiving the error in that case the next step is to remove Microsoft account from Windows account settings and then try to login now you can go to Windows settings and then go to accounts and over here click on email and accounts and you have to remove the account which you use to log to your game so make sure that you remove that account which you're using to log to the game or log to the Xbox app so click over here and then click on remove account but be before you remove it make sure that you have the password for it click on remove and over here you please read this prompt if you agree only only then you can remove it are you sure you want to remove this account email and content associated with it will be removed from this device if an organization manage his device other store data may be removed by organization so if you agree only then you can click on yes so I'm doing it I'm sure about it so I will do it now once done you can go to Xbox app you can launch the game and if it tells you to log in login with your email account and in Xbox app I will just log out if log logged in then again click on sign in over here now select your Microsoft account over here and enter your email over here the email which we have just removed from the windows account settings now it will be sending a code so you can get now once you enter the code it will be asking for your uh Windows hello pin or password so you can enter your PIN or password over here now once logged in uh you can launch the game and then you can check that should fix the problem but still you are receiving the error in that case the next step is to create a new local account so in that case you can open Windows settings go to accounts and then scroll down and over here you can see other users click on other users then click on add account and then you can I will create a local account so I don't have this person signin information click on it if you don't want to create any other account add a user without a Microsoft account you can name it whatever you want this is just an example enter the password if you want answer the security questions this is just an example you can select your security questions and answer your security questions click on next and once the new account is created you can click on the down arrow and then click on change account type you can set it as administrator over here click on okay and then you can switch to another account so this is the new account which I have created test to you can click on it login and then you can go to Xbox app and then launch the game now the last step is to update your Windows using media creation tools so if nothing is working you can update your Windows using media creation tool if you have Windows 10 copy this link if you have Windows 11 copy this link Windows 10 users go to this website here you can see media creation tool click on download tool now and then run this exe file then you will see the screen click on accept by default upgrade this PC now would be selected click on next it will start downloading Windows 10 along with the latest update now this process will take some time now once the download is complete before the installation you will see this screen which says ready to install and by default the option to keep personal files and app would be checked when when this is checked you will not lose any data on the computer so click on install and once the installation is complete log to your computer now for Windows 11 users go to this website here also you will find media creation tool click on download now and then run this exe file click on yes to allow now this will load WIndows 11 media creation tool now click on accept by default Windows 11 would be selected click on next select ISO file then click on next you can save the location you can set the location as desktop and then click on Save over here now once the download is complete click on finish and then go to desktop find Windows ISO file make a double click on Windows ISO file then run the set of file make a double click on setup file click on yes to allow this will load WIndows 11 now and here you can see install Windows 11 click on next it will check for update then click on accept again it will check for update now before the installation you will see the screen which says ready to install and by default the option to keep personal files an app would be checked when this is checked you will not lose any data on the computer click on install after the installation log to your computer so one of the steps shown in this video should help you to log in successfully and
