FIX FIFA 23 NOT LAUNCHING PC STEAM & EA APP (100% WORKING)

Today we are going to fix fifa 23  not launching problem. Before moving   on to the video don't forget to leave a like. The first solution consists of five simple steps.   These five steps are completely reliable  and each one has solved the problem for many   people individually. I have combined these  solutions for you to create a definitive   solution. At the end of these steps, you  will have completely solved this problem.  The first step is to disable our  anti-virus program. To do this,   we go to the Show hidden icons section. After  that, we right-click on our program and close   it. Also, make sure to disable cheat protection  programs like Faceit Anti-Cheat. Ensure that these   programs are closed when you launch the game. Second step is to change Fifa’s compatibility   settings. To do this, right-click on  FIFA and then click on Properties.   After that, click on Compatibility. Then,  tick Disable fullscreen optimizations.   If the run this program as an admin option is  ticked, unticked it. Then click Apply and OK.  Third step is to update FIFA's certificates.  To do this, right-click on FIFA and then click   on "Open file location". After that, find the two  files named “EA anti-cheat game service launcher".   Right-click on the file and click on "Properties".  Then click on "Digital Signatures" and select EA   from the signatures list. Click on "Details" and  then click on "View Certificate". After that,   click on "Install Certificate". Then  click "Next" to install the certificate   and click "Finish". We have successfully installed  the certificate. We will do the same steps for the   other EA anti-cheat game service launcher  file. We have updated the certificates.  Fourth step is to uninstall and reinstall  EA anticheat. To do this, we scroll up and   double-click on the Installer folder. Then  we open the EA anticheat file. After that,   we open the EA anticheat installer. Then we  select FIFA 23 and click Uninstall. We have   uninstalled EA anticheat. To reinstall it, we  click Install. We have reinstalled EA anticheat.  Fifth step is to clear FIFA's cache files. To do  this, go to the search section and open Run. Type   %localappdata% into the search bar and click Ok.  Then, delete the EA Desktop and Electronics Art   folders. After doing this, you also need to  clear the cache files of the program you run   the game from. If you are playing from Origin,  you need to delete the Origin folder. If you   are playing from Steam, you need to delete the  Steam folder. After doing this, you can check if   the problem is solved or not. If the problem still  persists, we will move on to the second solution.  The second solution is to open Fifa23 from its  file location. We do this because sometimes   shortcuts may not work properly. Right-click  on Fifa23 and click on 'Open file location'.   You can try opening Fifa23 from here. The third solution is to uninstall and   reinstall Fifa23. Sometimes uninstalling  and reinstalling the game can be helpful   in solving such problems.
