Fix Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Error Your Operating System Windows 8/7 Is Not Supported

hello guys welcome to my channel so whenever you try to launch Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 game on your Windows computer If you're receiving this error which says unsupported operating system your operating system Windows 8 or Windows 7 is not supported we recommend upgrading to Windows 10 Version 9 1909 on new so if you're receiving this error then you can close this and then you can close steam so if steam is open close Steam now once steam is closed now type in Steam in Windows search box and then make a right click on Steam and then click on open file location now make a right click on Steam once again and then select properties now go to compatibility Tab and then uncheck the box which says run this program in compatibility mode for uncheck this box and then click on apply click on open okay and now you can launch steam now once you launch the steam you can launch the game and then check still you're receiving the error message in that case you can go to the game installation folder so wherever the game is installed open the game installation folder so you can go to steam and then go to library and then make a right click on the Call of Duty game over here make a right click select manage and then click on browse local files it will straight away take you to the game game installation folder make a right click on the game exe file so scroll down over here you can see the game x file make a right click and then select properties and again go to this tab and if the the option which says run this program in compatibility mode for if this is checked you can uncheck this box then click on apply click on okay now scroll up and then open this sp23 folder and then find the game exe file scroll down and here you can see the game exe file make a right click select properties and then Al over here also uncheck this box once you uncheck it now click on apply click on okay and then launch the game also make sure that your windows is up to date uh so you can go to Windows update and then click on che check for update once all the updates are installed restart your computer and then launch the game and make sure that you play the game on Windows 10 or Windows 11 which has the latest update installed and then restart a computer and then launch the game so that should help you to fix the error so that'll be all thank you so much for your time and please like this video And subscribe to my channel
