Call of Duty MW3 on battle.net & steam crashing and not launching issues FIX! Fully Explained

hello guys welcome to another video on my YouTube channel uh well let's get to the straight to the point that I cannot access the Call of Duty I mean it is crashing really bad look at this I'm just launching it and it will crash now I'm going to show you that how to fix this now look uh right right here this look at this now it'll crash really badly so there's a fix for this that is let me show you um go to AB data oh app data and uh uh before uh this folder there's app data and go to the local and there is AMD if you are an Nvidia user then find for the NM and Nvidia and uh Delete the dxc cachy folders files now control a and shift delete yes now I'm going to put this folder to the desktop okay as shortcut I have created so I'm not going to do it again this one is my uh Shader caches folder so now I'm going to play it then it will be played look at this now now I'm playing it it will be played it will it will not crash no minimize let's check launching [Music] no boom not didn't crash you can see it's working now I'm going to tell you that what is the uh if you um if it is launched properly then you if you uh start the match and get into the match you will not be able to play that because it will lag too much because Shader cachy is gone we have deleted that so we have to restart the Shader cachy for this so I'm going to restart the shade um shaders preloading okay so in the settings menu I'll be doing the oh sorry sorry for the bad [Music] language well wait for this restart now this error H cause uh it causes are that you have fault in your memory memory sticks I mean RAM sticks or you have bad sectors in your hard drive or something like that or and last one uh if you have Shader cachy problem I have here Shad cachy problem so I I delete it and I again uh pre uh reload that uh Shader cachy then it works for me um go on I have I don't have any dedicated graphic card it has integrated uh Graphics I'll show show you later now if I start the match right now it'll uh just crash it'll uh the game will crash or just hang up right here so I'm going to what okay I'm going to the graphics and then restart shaders preloading I will restart it then I'm going to restart the game pressing escape then again Escape again Escape uh quit to the desktop yes this it'll crash again if I hit play on here play here if I play again it'll crash again so I'll have to go to that that folder again dxc cachy AMD uh control a shift delete yes and then again I'm going to play it now it will play and uh the cachy uh preloading preloading will be started I'm going to show before that I have already uh uploaded an uh video similar to this but that is uh there isn't any uh more much explanation in that so I am uploading another video so thanks uh nothing I just get panicked now see I'm going to escape it and now it will uh show here that Shad is preloading just wait for it go on shaders look boom shaders pre-loading 0% on the left uh left top corner corner of the screen you can see shaders pre-loading and after that if when he is 100% you're good to go you're good to play you're good to go I mean I you you can play any match uh without any issues when you are going going to quit this just remember to go to graphics and restart shaders preloading if you in case you are going to face again that issue so be careful for that um okay that's for it thanks for watching
