storm I mean from the northwest it looks like we're about to get about to get drilled by a tornado so what we're thinking is it's been nice and sunny all day long and I wanted a fish but we were busy doing other things and then also boom it crossed my mind let's evening fish on the brand-new Island that we built in see if we can catch any fish um so that's gonna be the goal first things first sitting here yeah you're right that kind of looks like it like I feel like I would have I'm down here every day I think I were to see in the egg that you see how big that frog was that was like this big anyways folks we're going to we're gonna get to fish in here get to dangling I guess oh my dangle sticks are right here right there we got the old three dangle sticks Bonzo's gonna be ripping that little straight tail worm I have a Texas rig with that little tube slash crossing in the old fashioned top well I mean oh it's starting to rain rip hey I at least the top order might be fire we're okay you gotta be quiet there might be fish in our moat so here's what we're rigging up this guy a little shaky Eddie I mean it's pretty big worm so if you like get a bite and then you miss a fish we might have to trim it down just a little bit you know the best I'm here aren't I mean that's not really that straight but I mean throw I wanna see like a longer log they were not there it'll sit this all folks there's a bass right here hold up let me get on the island got the x-ray vision on we're about to catch this fish he's looking right at me play dead do not fall off the bridge are you not there's a fish right there go go go down go down no you're not very stealthy always right here do the one if he's on a bed yeah I seen you have your goggles on oh you don't see you're the mando's you would be like all the others efficient I just hit puberty oh my gosh we just sight fished him I almost set the hook at the wrong time he spit it and I caught myself is that your first ever sight fish will yeah in person and that crazy look at that like right away we sight fish them in the moat folks inside the island there's fish that is crazy this little large e he smoked it he hit it twice I was being patients I don't wanna mess with the first hook set and I almost did look at that mail it's a mail it's a mail I would guess he's a male and he's just kind of protecting we're gonna put him back inside his moat see buddy is that not crazy we look at meas right there he goes right back to the same spot Wow yeah you brought him to get honestly that's crazy we literally just dug this moat and a bass made its home and then we literally just caught it first cast we flipped in there and caught a fish imagine that that is that's some of the craziest thing I've ever that's what's really crazy guys I've ever seen got the old tiragon that was just pure luck that there was a bass right there in it in it eight so we're gonna keep on fishing this is quite like you can see the claw marks from the excavator like you guys seen this like all this dirts all gone but I want to see he probably took off I bet he's gonna come back though maybe not today but cuz he was locked I mean he clearly had never seen a bait before in his life all right so I don't see any more fish really see me all right no me neither all right I'm gonna make the old flip to the dock from the old is land see if we can catch water oh I just saw something oh there's blue gills I'm gonna sniper tower folks if it was Sony I'd be able to see a lot better but hey well that's another reason we publicize our perfect for bed fishing gentle few fish on beds I guess should say perfect a sight fishing I'm gonna climb the sniper tower and see what I can find up here all right up on what's it look like from can see bass everywhere this is crazy I'm after that top water work alright throw the top water this is getting this is getting interesting folks so this is the old googan squad hound that was in my mystery tackle box and the reason why I'm switching to this is cuz wanted to dope bait catches a lot of fish but to those bass I just saw we're cruising they're probably in 12 feet of water but they were only a foot below the surface well that says this is not easy to work from the old tower though boys I don't know if I'll give it the action a deserves kind of looks like a bag of wieners from up here not gonna lie they try cast a little bit further oh yeah I can walk it from afar cast gosh if I catch a fish I just read what the heck am I gonna do Banzai might be this might be a one-two punch where I chuck you the rod and you you land it I've no I don't think I've ever caught top water fish at my phone though so I catch something on this I'm gonna freak out yeah I've no idea if the fish in this pond like top water I know I like toddlers that's gotta be worth something right oh yeah dude I I'm diggin the old sniper tower strat I can cast reeking miles with this thing come on fish come on ton you guys polarized lenses game-changer Bonzo and and pool jet they don't have any they can't see squat I'm over here x-ray vision in the water I'm also thinking about grabbing a little juicy throwing that around as I go a swim jig something with we you know that oh they're all these bluegill are checking this out this crazy you can't see this the buncher blue go right under my bait alright I don't know if the bass are gonna commit to this this old top water I'm gonna go back to the T rig for now like I said I'm I'm tempting I'm tempted to grab that juicy and throw it like a swim Jake cover some water it's almost like a you know spinnerbait or ablative dude but without the spinner and without the blade come on oh oh oh I see a little larger he's looking at my bait he's looking he's looking he's thinking he'd potentially oh you might have just dropped it oh come on I can kind of see my can kind of not see him it's kind of tough from up here I don't know he thought about you swarmed around and I'm gonna make a bomb cast the dam see if this works oh wait hold up there's just a splash or right in the middle de pond at the splash that's the tactic folks that once you can get close to the dam I feel like the fish are probably gonna be pushed pushed up shallow actually that's another dam I'm gonna go over there there's a nice little tree big bass big bass oh my gosh right in front of you guys giant and my date oh my gosh oh my god oh my god yeah you got he's right by my bait always looking oh my gosh oh my gosh he's looking if this thing bites dude it's a tank he's right in front of you guys cruising oh my gosh that was like a freaking six pounder absolute tank you guys couldn't even see him could you I can't tell if the oh oh oh right there oh my god oh my god right in front of my baby you see him you guys cannot see if dude he says is that a large dude if that's a large mouth I'm gonna freakin lose it there's chaos out here oh my gosh you can see so much swamp here I know if they're gonna bite this though they're just cruising there's depth there definitely thing about spawning cuz they're not eating oh my gosh I think we're probably a week away from just locked on Biggins do it these are tank bass I mean I'm talking tank bass this is wild folks this is absolutely wild I'm just going I'll just watch them swim in front of these guys Meli what do you think we're getting close to bed fishing season cast it this way see if we can get anything there's fish though folks I just think we're we're just a hair early from the lockdown females like that like little Ricky that I caught earlier that was that was definitely a little male he was up there protecting whatever he's doing I just saw it - kegger hey your bass folks the biggest guys were caught here the four and a half those were well over that and I'm not exaggerating I'm Way up here I got a good visual on them you know straight down I can see how big they're I mean these things were freaking submarines out there dude I just want to stand up here and just look like I own a sunny day my gosh it would be crazy I mean we got cloudy and marine and I can see these freakin chunga's bass swimming around I even know what a sunny day would look like they'd be freaking nuts the problem is I think like something we're a little early I'm thinking I don't think they're locked on banzai banzai got a solution in here so we jump in the OL 10 pounder and give her a little rip ski because we got won't flu should test the boat ramp out a little bit more obviously and right now we're dealing with pre-spawn but not locked on but not trying to feed bass in this area but in that area downwards shallower they might be on beds although I know folks this is about fish in the island and guess what I fished off the island and I am seeing an incredible amounts of fish I even caught one fish the promise we've only got about an hour of daylight left and I really don't want to stand up here and keep watching fish I would rather try to catch fish so Stephen get the boat in the water [Music] sure we got the vote and it worked pretty well I mean our devastates deep enough I mean I think this trailer sank to Narnia but I mean it worked getting it out is always gonna be the struggle here but hey we worry about that after the fishing adventure so yeah stay tuned let's go jump pockets and point a little bit better areas I feel like for this option so I'm gonna stick with this bonds what's around the OL y'all shaggy head straight to learn and we're hoping for a big I saw some big uns cruising so I know they're in here we got to convince him too much these blue gills chase it allows a bass they're chasing my see him right there he's eating my line what that doesn't say they're aggressive I don't know what does she isn't right it's a good-sized one to first top water bass in the backyard pond folks look at that big in come on boy cheer dude you better just erupted it just won't hurt it just pounded it son on the old googan squad top water bait how's it going Oh on the good squat hound there folks look at that oh okay in the face there boys chunky chunky little Ricky he was up there on that little shallow flat and I would just I mean he had it pretty quick after I cast I cannot believe that we are running out of battery how much percentage we got four or um so hopefully you guys get the majority of this footage but there you go see you later dude boom alright so like I said we're out of camera batteries so you guys are getting a lot of GoPro action we brought other batteries and they just decided to say they don't work that is crazy first top water Largey of the year first top are largely out my pond at least I believe so correct me if I'm wrong but I remember though in table water last year but it was in the fall which it doesn't work in the fall it's a little bit different spring fishing hands down my favorite catching a fish in like the month of May you just it just don't get no better than that folks it just it just doesn't this is good stuff so we're gonna keep on moving and luckily the storms holding off for now so I think we're thank we're good I'm hoping if we can just kind of make it to that point and kind of round here before it starts raining I'll be a happy camper oh there's a bass right under my bait oh oh I got him I just I fished him oh I just I fished him you're kidding I saw him come up and eat it you're kidding me you're kidding look at this guy no way dude I could see him he came up under the bait and sat there and looked at it sniffed it gave it one twitch and adios amigo we'll get that guy oh my gosh Oh looks in the face folks oh my gosh if that doesn't say anything about this bait okay it came up and took a hard look a lot of times you can get Basset eat some really stupid baits because it's just instinct they just come up flash on it's no big deal this guy came up paused for like a half a second gave it a gander GOG mmm that looks like a good snack and smoked the ol hound the old googan squad on it not a kegger fish but we will take him a little aggressive guys here dude let's keep fishing oh no no it's a big in dude all right hey take your bait and throw it right where I got bit look at that circle above walls absolutely give me cast for you or what we did do that one time now you got it wasn't bad okay just let it do its thing cuz that fish will come back there's a big is two three pounder see if he likes you a little wormy that's no tip for you guys throwing top waters always have a backup so I'm like a shake head little longer locks I'm Texas Rick jig it's something that you could throw I could go back and throw my bait and I might catch and I catch him I'm gonna try it right now but a lot of times if you throw something a little bit more subtle because they miss it the first time you throw it right they just think they missed a bait like or not a bait a bait fish I should say they think that thing got away so it's still in the area so if you just fire right back in there with the same top water you might get missed again but if you fire back in there was something that sinks it's gonna give them an easier opportunity to bite and they just they think it's the same thing they don't know that this thing isn't the the same thing as a lunker oh I do we threw it in there I mean the bass are just reacting on pure instinct so you see I didn't catch them on the eye I caught a tree rip okay that's pretty neat how about this how about a one more throw mighty rig I forgot I had a tier ago let's see if I can get him to bite since I Casas straight into a freaking tree well I got a tree a tree pounder baby you big uns alright I rescued it from the tree don't worry that one that you guys saw was sitting up under that tree we scared them out so so it's it's just the male is not like I haven't seen besides those two cruising females which makes sense it's a little early still the tomatoes haven't quite made it out so or the females haven't quite made it off but they're out so you know maybe a few more days it could be any day I don't know but seeing those keggers earlier I feel like we're gonna have some good bad fish in bed for you guess it yeah they're just kind of stay tuned for that we're at the bush dreams are made of Bonzo how does it make you feel feel like you're gonna get a fish see what you can make happen oh there's a bass right there see you can't see him can you he's in between the two bushes he's swimming to the right and I'll be back a little bit dude these baths are everywhere and they are shallow and they do not care I would just throw your bait so like the middle of the cheese the green cheese on the tree Hey throw it till a little bit to the right to the right yeah he's facing he's facing that tree he's about two and a half pounder yeah yeah oh yeah he was cruising along that tree all these males are just out cruising right now maybe they want something moving the thing is everything's so shallow like it's you can see we can visually see and like we're still in like ten feet of water so it's like I don't know throne' old Texas rigor the shaky that's the deal cuz it just goes right past them you need something that suspends you need something like a like a spinnerbait like a seeing or something but table water works I mean when they're that shallow table waters also get off and so I'm gonna go ahead and keep trying to catch those guys I'm gonna venture on up to this and see if I can find any cruisers up in this sandy beach Oh Millie he hasn't seen unless you look right here she's being a good dog good job milk you're following us but you're not barking and crying like you usually do good for you you're growing up I might shred it tear all right before we call it a day because it's getting pretty dark out here we've got to cruise up there and see if there's anything shallow on beds because if there's anything on bad lockdown that would be the deal so I'm just going to start cruising this Bank pretty quick if we see one back off real quick have bonds with smack right in the face and Michael be good there we go there you go finally finally yes sir just oh just a wee guy tomorrow get up a bush yeah hooks all in the face now yep yes sir that ain't gonna help you all right boom gotcha that's how you want it eaten there folks well we're running out of time here it's getting dark cameras pretty much on fumes and we fished very very very very quickly pretty much the entire pond just to get it the gist I mean we caught one fish from the the the old Island I know that's kind of what this video was about but we had to kind of continue the series the series was dig it build a bridge catch a fish we accomplished that folks the one thing I haven't caught quite accomplished is getting this sharp hook out of this fish's face and boom there you go still a big butt hope you guys
