I BOUGHT MY DREAM HOUSE!!!! (Backyard Pond + 80 Acres of Land!)

about two and a half months and you as you can see what are we have here we've got bins we have geese we have crossbows we've got work benches and everything what does it look like we're doing today Bonzo move it we're moving we're moving middle of nowhere true I am moving today tomorrow and the next day it's going to take three days just because I don't want to pay for u-haul and I refuse to and we're gonna be using the decoy trailer so we've cleaned this thing out this is the old ducks trailer look at now well we kind of got a head start put a shelf in it and then Rihanna say we film this but anyways this is what my garage looks like looks um not as good there used to be a Google mate wall you see a bunch of thinks the house is still like pretty much how it normally is it's not completely packed up yeah it's kind of packed up like halfway packed up so anyways you guys are gonna sit back and enjoy a moving vlog mixed with a house tour and you're gonna see the new house that I got as well as the land and there's a pond in the backyard that's all I'm gonna say you guys take [Music] boom first truckload truck Murano CRV duck trailer filled or head to the house tomorrow like that broke we won't know till we started digging but hey it honestly it's better than I thought I thought we were gonna open this one you know the whole whole thing would be on fire or something everything situated today is the day that you guys get to see the rest of the house you guys have seen bits and pieces a little bit but this we're gonna walk the river then we run walk through the house when walk through the backyard and there's like a shed slash shop slash where I'm probably to keep animals and we're gonna go through all of it you guys coming down below some ideas on what to do what type of animals to get what to build what to put what to stock in the pond would you guys see the pond and and what type of it is you guys want to see here on the what do we call on this thing so this ain't the farm true you guys need to name it what is this compound area call call it a compound because there's like isn't compound mean multiple things combined to compound range right because there's a house and then there's land and a shop so there's like three things that are like kind of separate but together so it's common [Music] all right so we're starting with the gay rash this thing is uh well it's not what its gonna look like hopefully when it's I organized but we didn't get the shelves moved NC we got hiking hunting backpacks we have car truck miscellaneous power tool accessories cooking camping stuff but duck hunting stuff camping stuff everything's labeled I'm trying to stay we're gonna ask my life is a mess right now so it's the best I'm doing but this is all this stuff we've got fishing rods got bow and arrows and all this stuff was actually left by the previous homeowners which is like really awesome because like I don't have hedge trimmers or fertilizers or even a weed whackers no I do have all this stuff I use fishing stuff ladders the roller and the boys the squad is shown back here I guess some Shore lunch obviously that's a necessity for the Quechan cooks and just a bunch of other stuff back here we've got a refrigerator that they left in a mower this mower has zero like a sister I think I'm gonna make bonsai mow the lawn like all of it like all 80 acres you have to mow with Dean on assist push mower that's a punishment when I have kids someday and they do something go all the damn lawn all 80 acres of it no I'm saying I think that's the strap but it's pretty much the garage I think there's not is there anything that I'm missing here boys so you guys will see little later once you get to the backyard big problem here out here on the farm gonna be coyotes taking fin out and Milly we cannot have those two dogs die I'm going to be building a fence hopefully and then actually I'll have a extra like real fence installed but it's gonna take like a month for them to come out and do it so I'm gonna have to make one off to build a fence to protect the dogs from getting eaten didn't have that happen boom we have a flagpole bunkers would be proud father lunker's would be proud Rob I have a flagpole just for you it's short right now it can be raised more but this is the front lawn here yes we'll go around the property later on the tank is that my dog what are you doing Finn Finn Finn what are you doing are you supposed to be out here all right well Finn's here boom there's the front of the house it's kind of hard to see well sleeping in from these two trees here basically it looks like this for now so there's like a porch now you guys can see boom now you guys can see it look at that so there's a two-car garage in a house yeah kind of guys get a better idea here's the driveway and there's there's my dog how's it going buddy dude that's not cool all right so we're coming into the house we get it is like MTV Cribs style right MTV Cribs style where's like welcome to my crib all right so there's a porch it's blue I guess that's a guy it's like a welcoming southern thing okay I'm fans in there's fans as if it's not breezy enough up here but in case it's hot so there's like a little porch we need to get a little rocker like a swing and some rocking chairs for Bonzo to sit here and sip coffee in the morning all right we're going inside boom also heads up there's like no furniture in here so don't judge we'll do a house tour once we're finished no we won't but we are actually planning on redoing like a fair amount of this house like new kitchen new paint it's gonna look totally different here and probably like three or four months but all right so this is the entryway here's the toilet you see right here how's it going it's up in there's a toilet here that's just a closet nothing too cool so you kind of walk over here this goes down to the basement that's one of my favorite places the house we'll go there in a minute then you go out here and this is gonna be the living room area as you can see it's super clean so why you got your shoes on it's disrespectful to just kidding look out dirt look how dirty this is they got obviously trash yesterday this is the living room hopefully put a TV up there there is a real fireplace yeah we need to put a gas one in but anyways I think we actually might knock out this wall that something bonds up can do sledgehammers and stuff you know big he's a handyman if you got blankets this is just great brand new kitchen table straight from Nebraska Furniture Mart super expensive it's got a leaf you just can't see it obviously really nice chairs and then Finn's hanging out with the picture of the cow not sure why we have a picture with cow this is the kitchen we've got an island coffee makers lights just this normal stuff I mean it's it is a very nice kitchen don't get me wrong but we do have some ideas on how we might want to tweak things just a little bit then in here this is hopeful gonna be my office where I get some like doors like glass French doors or something and then this table supposed to know if this is an all connect obviously this is all junk but this go supposed to be the office you can see kind of the front porch here and what's back here this is the pantry this is where I put slamming when he's naughty and this is just a coat closet nothing but special over here is a mudroom so they call it and you can get out to the porch from here and then we're back where we started the garage okay now this is okay this is the front door we're on upstairs though so you get off the stairs and there's two bedrooms that have pretty much nothing in it TV's perfect this is Bonzo's room I guess you want that you don't throw at the back of you all right and then back here is another one Oh true you do have a better view that's the backyard I saw a deer out here this morning Hey look at Milly down there she's sleeping outside this is lame this is bondas room oh you already put your stuff here okay down here with a bathroom we even got two sinks for the boys that way there's no fighting we don't need that then we've got shower toilet that's pretty much it this way laundry room it's upstairs that's nice this came with the house this is the world's largest laundry room I think this should be Sleiman ladies room you wanna sleep in here this is this is plenty big beauties if should have been here oh dude you could clap so many dear from up here you guys calm down well if that's if you want to see me shoot deer from my laundry room all right the last room the what mom why my wish Krakow 12 hey guys my room is really cleaned sorry we literally just moved in last night so we got a whole box of socks why we need that many socks I don't know they have a TV on obviously the world's nicest little dresser thing here and then look at this got a solid view the front porch oh I went for anybody drives down that's unwanted send some freedom packages all right we have a closet Sleiman you can sleep in here the figure is a ton of space look at this closet another snipers peak here all right so you got this and then the bathroom which is not a whole lot different than the other one shower actually the cool thing here mmm freakin boom two showerheads game-changer all right so that's all upstairs we're going downstairs all right we're heading downstairs boys this is this is the fun room the dungeon after to you sir lock him in lock him in our moment this is our chance English King Joe alright we're going downstairs boom nothing I bought this from the previous owner pretty sick took advantage coke missing I didn't plug the den but it was how it works oh so I paid for it that's cool Oh bottle opener drink responsibly Oh Simon you didn't hear that you're not of age be quiet so this is the basement hey Merry Christmas this is a basement here we're hopefully going to be we got that TV and then hopefully put like a couch here obviously not have a Christmas tree here this will be like a space over here not sure over there maybe like a like a wet bar with like a kitchen table or something then we have over here storage under the stairs storage it here and then a bathroom right here and then through the we need to take that down sign right here oh this is the secret lair so anyway this is like the secret dungeon so we're actually below the garage right now which is like kind of interesting this is below the garage the previous owner had like millions at odds with of like baseball memorabilia everywhere and boom we can put all my non-existent trophies from high school up there hey that's kind of cool I don't want to do that but he had like baseballs everywhere arrows that's pretty sick look how big that chair is to compare to bonds oh this is the NAP room okay you know how like children have nap rooms this is our NAP room we need to get like pour more and we come in from filming we come here and we all just take a snooze anyways this is pretty much the basement we're headed in the backyard there you go friend go get them alright so this is the back patio that's down like that was kind of the room where just and so this is the backyard only a very small portion of it we'll go down there later basically we'll get up top it gets a little bit more but this is there's a deck here with some satellites this is gonna be the catch and cook area I feel like I said we need a grill out here we need outdoor kitchen where we like have some running water some outlets like we come back here and just go chef mo a cleaning station yes we need to have that back here but then up here this is the deck Meli what's up buddy do you like it out here dude she is in love with the farm right now but anyways this is kind of the view up here a little bit the property you can't even tell from here we need to get a drone shot going it's just it's just this essentially as much as you can see it's just kind of here there's a trail down there to the pond we'll go down a bit but this is the back deck this is where clearly the dogs have been spending some time yeah we need to go we need to go over there over there over there's like with the coolest box it's like the highest and you can kind of see out a little bit in spring let's go get on the tank boom well we made it to the highest point on the property and you can see a whole lot check this out alright so the house is back there the back here can we climb to this top of the hill this is the best view you can find look at the pond down to the pond down there what you see basically Cano to tell the property I'll try to fly the drone here a bit but it's like the top of the terrace there so there's like two three tears it's like another like 50 yards that way and then it kind of runs basically the top of the tree row kind of runs around runs and runs down to the pond and then comes up and then these tall trees way on the other side or yeah actually these tall trees right here it kind of runs this way and then goes down and then it goes down to the road and then back up to the house essentially that's one of this it's a total of 80 acres and I believe the pond if I were to guess what yeah I think two or three I don't know how long it is we haven't taken a boat yet I would say Banzai was saying three or four I'm saying two to three it's somewhere in that three acre range but this is like I said this is a good good view the highest point we're gonna head down to the pond we have to kind of go back and take this windy road all the way down but like so we've already seen how many we've seen probably what a half a dozen turkeys and we've seen a deer every single time we've been here no bucks but I saw a doe and a fawn this morning yesterday I saw doing a fawn and a another doe and then these guys saw a buck down the road a little bit so there's plenty of deer around here anyways let's go to the pond [Music] boom hope you guys enjoyed that shaky time-lapse shout out to John for keeping him stable you did good I was watching here anyways we're at the pond boom well it doesn't look that big it goes away over there we'll go over there in a second but you don't really know what's in here we don't know safe so here's the thing when I got this property when I first saw this property I told myself if I do end up buying I don't want to do too much exploring or fishing or finding out things before I can film it because I want to film it with you guys or I want to I want to explore and bring you guys along with me so I have fished this pond one time I made one cast in it one day I came and looked at it you know the mind if I go down the pond went down here it's crystal clear I saw tons of bass and tons of blue gills and I threw out a dougen a lunker log and caught a little bass and that's all I've done I have no idea if there's catfish in here oh there's crappie carp dry it bass small bass have no idea you guys gotta look forward to some videos hopefully coming out soon this week you know within the next couple weeks fishing it for the first time kiyo hunting for the first time all that stuff like that and I'm going to explore the whole property I mean like I said all 80 acres there used to be cows out here there's like fences everywhere grain bins on are broken I mean there's things that we can discover and I want to take you guys along with me and discover them at the exact same time so it's not like I find it and I'm like yo girl grab the camera and I kind of faked a reaction like everything's gonna be legit and authentic and I do really hope you guys enjoy the series what do you guys think I know I do I want to cast so I guess I've cast one time in cop that I could have asked my first cast and after that I was like hmm Yallah by it this is this is gonna be good but you can see there's like we'll go over there say there's like a boathouse that I actually have no minty there's a picnic table with dock and then there's a ton of stuff we can't nobody can figure out what's over there looks like like floating refrigerators or cars or something weird we need to bring a boat down here I'll go there in a boat but there's a ton of stuff to explore one thing that is weird is look at this either we have moose here in Nebraska or we have a cow that's on the loose cuz that's a fresh dude see how it's all I mean it's fresh yeah we saw okay we saw like we yeah we will show you some we saw very quickly I saw a pile of food but I don't want to interrupt on sign laughs so we just continue to go we'll go check there and say but oh there's another one look at this right here you know we have the world's largest deer or an elk or moose or a neighbor's cow on the list rakau catch and go there's the next fire idea anyways there's the pond you can see a little bit better it kind of cuts that way and kind of goes up and we don't we honestly don't know where it ends because the creek kind of goes that way so it could continue to go but I would say this is probably I would say this is three acres I've mapped it out on like an app one time and it was like two and a half three acres all the highest point you guys can see there is where we were just at with the tank and I'll shown you guys like a view this way now I'm showing you guys a view this way I'm trying to give you guys a lay of the land I know it's really hard on camera and not being here in person and again like hopefully we'll be able to integrate some more drone footage but that's pretty much the pond there is one more thing that I need to show you guys and that is a shop there's a shop down here and that's where I plan on keeping a lot of the animals and stuff like that so I need you guys help with some ideas on how I should manage it and stuff so anyways let's go down to the shop boom well we made it to where the shed is the shuts down there but this is where I think I'm gonna have some animals I'm not really sure we got a half we have to have our meals I want this is what I want comment down below if you guys have any other suggestions - chickens for sure the meat chickens and egg layers cuz I like eggs and I like chicken goats for sure cuz goats are dope and Austin's a big goat yoga guy so we definitely need to go it's probably a alpaca just cuz they're freaking sick and they help like guard things maybe some guinea fowl guinea fowls are kind of dope - we catch koklos in Africa they taste pretty good and I heard they're gonna learn like someone pulls up there like squawk and stuff I don't know you want some sheep bonds on one sheep Doc's definitely some we definitely dodged this custard they're ducks this kind of dabble around himself anyways comment down below what else you think I should get I don't know if we're gonna bring Betsy Betsy the pet couch because she disowned us so I don't know if we can bring her or wells over there which is a nice thing for animals I could have like constant water versus not having a well but nearby I'm gonna have to go fill it up and I'll see in the winter that's kind of a pain but like with the well being here you can have constant fresh water and everything else pretty much all year round but then there's this this is really nothing just a forest the easier you can see the shed right there Bonzo's there so we're like thinking the sheds they're all this it kind of goes up I'll try to file try to show you guys more but this is all just a pasture and it's flat like a lot of this ground around here it's not super flat and it's like the only flat ground and it's right by the well it's right by my house my house is right over the hill so we could just build a road that comes down but this is pretty much the plan mow all this down or have goats mow it down put a bunch of gates up fences up have animals so let me know what you guys think but anyways I'll go in the shop and show you that America hey guys this is the shed here it's uh it's really not in that bad shape I just need to redo some electrical what the paneling is looking good I know the lighting is kind of sucky in here but we've got like a workbench in here and they left me a bunch of random wood and stuff like that but this is me a pretty good workshop because I want to get the electrical figure it out get good electrical kind of seal up any patches in it and then maybe put like a garage door here be kind of sick this would be a nice little even the catching coke station for like the winter we could have a heater in here a barn heater a wood-burning stove or something like that this is gonna be essentially like my workshop garage my garage garage it looks like a mess right now but hopefully it be used for cars and other things but this is like a workshop we're at like it anyway that's pretty much it so we just need there's a lot of wasps I mean you spray for wasps and I'm thinking like put a real garage door here like I got one like an automatic one so they can just like pull up open it up drive in unload the beaver bounce is a big fan of beaver catch clean cook it right here baby that's all that's all we need to do this is the next project for probably the next few years I guess on YouTube my channel is probably gonna it's kind of gone from like just fishing and hunting to fishing hunting farming is kind of messing around now we've got a house that is gonna require a ton of work tons of projects basically fish the pond see what's in it stock it manage it catch clean cooks whatever you need to do there's also deer duck there's gonna be tons of raccoons actually what's funny is I had not even funny I had a fence guy come out later yesterday and you know we're gonna put a fence in back here so obviously if in a mental can kind of run around and be safe now ask him like Andy you know do I got to worry about coyotes out here the Chi dog was like nah you prioritize right here and he's like oh I mean you might be okay he was the one that you need to worry about his raccoons Mike raccoons what do you mean he goes yeah I went outside and I heard like rustling and barking he said there were six raccoons on top of his dog trying to kill it he went up there with the gun killed all six raccoons and his dog died so I'm sorry to put a damper on you guys to move I was transitioning into that saying hey we got to do some raccoon trapping on here because if Finn or Milly dies by raccoons I will dedicate the rest of my life to killing every raccoon
