thank god for all of you amen being here with us today we often say we would have had church anyway but it wouldn't have been the same if you hadn't been here amen this is the place where you come as a friend but you leave as family look at somebody and tell them neighbor there is a word from the lord amen and i am a lover of the word of god i got mine you brought yours with you come on hold that power up thank god hallelujah because everything else is going down but what do you really believe that now you're not just saying that because i'm asking in front of everybody are you amen you really believe that everything else is going down but the word of god people don't believe that now amen i still believe that everything else is wholly insufficient everything but the word of the lord y'all can sit there and look i ain't preaching none other than the word amen if you came for something else you gonna be disappointed all i got for you is the word i can preach philosophy amen and that won't change nobody amen i can preach psychology and and all you'll understand is what's wrong with you but not know how to make it right i can preach science but that changes from situation to situation nothing is as stable and solid nothing is trustworthy like the word of our god the book of satan matthew's gospel i just want can i just talk to you today saint matthew's gospel the 13th chapter and i want to call your attention to the 18th through the 23rd verses that's saint matthew's gospel chapter number 13. verses 18 19 20 21 22 and 23. when you have it say amen amen the bible gives us this intelligence hear ye therefore the parable of the sower when anyone heareth the word of the kingdom and understand if it not if he doesn't seek out an understanding then cometh the wicked one and catch it away that which was sown in his heart this is he which received the seed by the wayside but he that received the seed into stony places the same is he that heareth the word and a nun with joy receiveth it yet he hath not root in himself but dureth for a while for when tribulation and persecution arises because of the word boy that's a tough one that and when the word becomes a liability to him by and by he is offended he also that receiveth seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word in the care of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word and he becometh unfruitful but he that receives seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word and understandeth it which is also beareth fruit and bring it forth some a hundredfold some 60 and some 30. hear ye the parable of the sower a sower went out to sow seeds the bible said some feel by the wayside some fell on stony ground some fell among thorns but some found good ground but the seed is the word of god now it all depends on how you handle what you hear what kind of grind look at somebody asking what kind of ground to you what kind of ground because i want to be good growl because i need a word look at somebody help me announce this text just tell them i need a word i need a word i need a word so i got to make sure that i am good ground because the word is what i need now i appreciate everything else amen that happens in the course of a service i thank god he meant for all that god does how he has his weight you know god is an amazing god amen there are times when god just comes in and he just weeps over our souls sweeps us amen and he builds us and he begins to just shower down i love being in the rain of his presence where amen you just lift your hands and god's just showering you amen with the anointing of god you're walking like the old folk used to say in liquid glory but then there are times when god's got to settle you down and i don't care how you want to shout well look at y'all that got quiet on sunday morning i don't care how you want to jump up and running you got to sit down and hear the word of the law oh folk want to shout all and you know and you got to watch it now because people amen just wanted and ain't that god ain't been good to us he's been good to us amen but people now just caught up and shout they don't want to hear nothing hey man they just want to run and dance and book amen but they don't want to sit down and hear the word of the lord but can i tell your sons and daughters it is the word that's going to strengthen you and give you what you need in order to make this journey it's the word of god that's going to build you up amen that's why i think you ought to make sure that you talk to god about the way it is god wants you to go to church amen because some place has got a good choir amen but they ain't got no words some places amen got a good sound but they ain't got no word amen some people write good books amen but they ain't got sound doctrine you gotta make sure that you ain't just wasting your time going to church amen and when you leave all you got is a shout now when i come to church give me something that's going to stick to my ribs give me something amen that's going home with me something to get in the car something that'll get with me when i'm on my job for getting on my knives and i feel like i'm going to do some let that work stand up on the inside of me i need something to anchor me i need something that's going to strengthen me to me what god is calling for me to be amen you've got to realize it's the devil amen that's trying to get you out of the will of god he's trying to get you ain't meant to act in your flesh but look at somebody tell them i got too much word for that too much word for me to go out and act like ain't got a god on my side that's able to fight my battles that's why i gotta put my hands on you i got a god that fights for me look at somebody tell them i need a word what i need i need a word and you know the you read the bible it it it brings us to certain passages that that'll make you pause and you you got to think about some stuff because and let me say this i know the bible is right but sometimes the bible makes some statements that you wonder how could that be how could it be that men would love darkness rather than light how could it be that some would depart from the faith and and be tricked how is it that the spirit of deception would be so strong in the land of the last days that it if it were possible even the elect would fall prey to the tricks the traps of the enemy then i read in amos 8 and 11. the bible said in the latter times there's coming a time when there's going to be a famine in a in the land it's not a famine for bread or for water that that's not what he's talking about because you know i'm finding out now i don't care if if this group ain't got none of the heat there's a group that's always eating yeah yeah we looking at famous people all over the world and we throw enough food away every day to feed those that don't have y'all getting quiet amen going i see people dumpster diving behind grocery stores amen because rather than giving the food to those that are hungry they got to throw it away because if they can't sell it they don't want to flood amen society with free food because that means people won't come by and so they would trash all of that food amen that people could be in it you always say nothing so he said it's not a famine for bread or famine for water but it's for the hearing of the words of the lord now i used to think that that meant that people wouldn't preach it in the last days but when you really look at this passage he's not saying for the word he says for the hearing of the words of the lord people now look at y'all getting quiet now i don't have an ear to hear what god is saying oh and when that last day these these are sad days now amen with people amen who are rebellious and that's what god was saying through the prophet he said those people that have been rebellious and rejected the word of god he would take away their ability to perceive the word and if they can't perceive it they can't receive it amen and it's just like that now in this present hour we're at a point sons and daughters when even though it seems like there's not a whole lot of people that are preaching the word in its fullness and the pureness even of the doctrine of god even it seems like there are people who would rather play with the word than preach it amen i don't care who's not preaching it god's always going to have some people that are preaching it and standing strong on the word of god and even though it may not be a billion of us it's enough of us that if you want to know you can find somebody that's preaching the word of god but you know the problem is the people that should be running to the word on running to the word it should be that the ones that are seeking it out amen they are not trying to find the word of god i keep saying it seemed like the last two years amen have let us down it's been a disappointment it dropped us even because i felt like he meant as bad as the world was in 2020 all of the uncertainty you should have heard my phone i had folk i ain't talked to in years since i was a little boy he been calling and said listen i'm coming to church the bible is right i see it all the stuff that's been preached all these years i'm seeing it come to pass i can i can see the word of god right on the pages of the newspaper it's on the news every day and as soon as the church does open i'm coming to the house of god but you see what we've seen in the past two years even all people got to do is go back to some level of comfort and normalcy and they'll shrink right back into that place where are all of these people that said they were running a god where are they you know what's happening now amen the ones that should be running to god ain't running at all it's the enemy that have gotten people to believe that everything is going back to normal and you can go back and play again you can go back you ain't got to take it seriously you know what the bible said the bible says there came a time when they sat down to eat and then they rose up to play and that's what's going on now people are playing around and they're playing with their souls but i wish i could find about 172 of you to look at somebody tell them play time is over it's time to get serious about the word of the lord and let me say this to you we are in such a famine now that you got to make sure that you still value the word of god because for those that reject it you've got to know it's a dangerous thing to reject the word of god i've seen people come in and out even hear the word and go back and pray amen and reject it and don't even realize that's god giving them one more chance to get their souls right with god and let me say this to you you can hear the word preached all day you can shout under the word but jesus said you're my friend if you do whatever i tell you to do it's time that now for just reading the word and just hearing the word yet the bible said be ye doers of the word and not hear us only i'm trying to find out if i got anybody left that still wants to be a doer of the word of god [Applause] just give me some instruction and let me do what god is calling for me to do people are running away from the word if the bible you mean it's something you can just discard and cast to the side oh no we need look at somebody tell them but i need a word out i need a word listen we had a point now where people can listen to people preach and all they hear is a good fairy tale that's all just a good story they come to church like it's story time just just sit there and listen to the preacher preach the word of god but you know what's so sad now amen they cannot perceive the strength that comes with the word of god and so because they won't perceive it they won't see the need to line up with it you've got people that'll come to church and sit right under the word of god and the word not even affect them have you noticed that there's a market now for people who just come to church out of obligation they come because they just need to check some off the list i came to church sunday like i was taught when i was a child and not just i just come to church amen they want to come here somebody speak out of the bible but they don't want to hold to the doctrines of the word of god and brothers and sisters we are at that place now amen well the word of god don't change people because they won't allow it these are the people that won't allow the word to mold them or to shape them they only want to hear words that tickle their ear that's why they ain't got no problem going to hear somebody prophesy and lie hey they got no problems going and hearing somebody amen tell jokes and amen just tell you what god want to do for you but you know what i want to know when i come to church i want to know what god expects me to do for him is that anybody ever asked god what do you want from me i gave you my list i want a car i want a house i want a bike i won't you always say nothing i want all of this stuff but when i come to church i need somebody to tell me what kind of life god requires of me i want to live a life that's pleasing to god i want to walk pleasing to god i want to talk please in the god i want my life to be pleasing to my god i don't want to just come here's somebody read me a bedtime story somebody to dig in this word dig in it and pull me out something that's going to change me from what i am into what god would have for me to be y'all can get quiet if you want i'm gonna preach for a minute until god get the glory you know what's happening now i said it before church is the only place now amen well you can come to find out what god don't require have you noticed that that's what preaches the preacher now they're not telling you what god wants from you they telling you what god don't expect from you he'll expect you to live right he don't expect you to live holy he don't expect you to be perfect he don't expect for you to be sinless he don't expect for you to do everything right you don't expect for this and don't let folk tell you that listen the devil is alive i don't come to church for you to make me some weak impotent child of god come to church for you to open this book and tell me the power that i have when i do things according to his will open this book and don't tell me what i don't have to do because even if i don't do that i'm still not right tell me what i need to do because when i get there i want to hear him say well god [Applause] look at somebody tell them i need a word [Applause] that's why i came to church i didn't come here just to shout look at you always saying if that's all you wanted to do you should have been shot before you got here look at y'all god wish i could preach for a minute here you know what the bible said he said into his gate with thanksgiving and into his hearts with praise that means your praise don't start when you get here it's got to start out there if all you want to do is shut shot on your way to church but when you get here sit your hips down so i can tell you what god is saying in this hour [Music] [Applause] i need a white but you know this is what happens when people don't appreciate the word that god gives this this is what happens when men and women don't appreciate the fact that the god of the universe decided to talk to you i i tell people well we need i i want god to speak out the clouds i want him to shake the earth and i've been looking for god to do something to let me know that's him talking to me i don't even know how to apostle how do i recognize the voice of god i tell people all the time it is hard to recognize the voice of god you know why because it sounds just like the word [Applause] but y'all don't got quiet if you know this look at the church ain't saying nothing here i said if you know the word of god it ain't hard to recognize the voice of god because when you speak he sound just like his word the reason why we're struggling trying to find out is that god's speaking to me or is it me talking is it my friends talking to me is it the devil in my ear is it the world in popular opinion the reason why people don't know when god speaks is because they're not familiar with the word of god but when you know what this says it's not hard to figure out what it is that's coming to you is this the devil is it god no i don't care the devil is trying to use the word to deceive me if i know what god said i gotta get quiet up in the hill i don't care what kind of spirit comes to me i try the spirit by the wine [Music] i know when god speaks cause he's sound just like his word and it's so sad now people can sit right up in the house of god now y'all told me i could take my time and talk to you [Applause] people sit right up in the house of god now and the word of god don't move them now i don't mean get you jumping up and hollering and carrying on but i mean the world don't affect them at all some people ain't gonna run and jump up and do jumping jacks when you preach but that don't mean the word ain't moving i'm talking about the ones that sit under it and know that the word is trying to bring change and transformation but they resist and don't want that word to get down on the inside of their wrestling because i still want to do what i i still want to hold to it and even when the words say let it go don't let the world affect me like that i wonder how some folk can sit right up in the house of god all these years and the word don't change them the word don't affect them at all y'all can get quiet i'm gonna preach the word of god don't do nothing to them he don't do nothing and they claim to be saved and they're still rebelling against the word of god well honey ain't trying to be no preacher i'm just coming because because i know i know god sent me there but he just sent me that he sent me the reasons he said everybody else there i mean i'm just there for a little while until i find out from god what my next assignment is but if you've been here five six years i feel like at some point you should have fell over in this thing the word of god should have molded you and shaped you look at y'all and get quiet the word of god should have changed you it should have got down on the inside of you you should have developed the hunger and the threats for righteousness so whatever the word says that's what i'm going to do whether god ain't moving some people used to be a time you knew if nothing else would get folk hell find damnation oh that was gonna move the whole church preachers would preach about hell until you start feeling hot you in church you sweating because the preacher preaching bad hair and even those folk that were saved and filled with the holy ghost and know they'd been with jesus all day they'd sit in their seat and say search me lord oh god search my heart and know me try me and see if there'll be any wicked way in me but now you can preach half our damnation and people that know they going to hell or sit there look at you and say amen we got a place now where the word is not moving people [Music] they are not allowing the word to change them and to transform their lives they can sit in the house of god but they ain't going to move them but they come because they're entertained by the choir and and and they're in love with music they like to come because they're tired of being at home boring by themselves and so they come so that at least for a couple of hours or three they can be around some problems they shout when the choir says clap their hands with the music play but as soon as the preacher get out where god don't interest him they're not even interested in hearing what god has said they got time for the choir but i ain't got time for the word that's where people are now that's what church is all about it's all about the shout out it's all about the dance and if you don't shout you don't feel like you've been to church but can i tell you when you come to the house of god what you've got to come and make sure you leave with is a word that's going to give you the strength to fight the good fight of faith because tomorrow when the devil show up you can shout all day and when you get through that rascal it's still going to look you in your eye but if you learn from the scripture you can tell him like jesus told him it is [Applause] that's why i need the word because the world is going to teach me how to fight the devil that's trying to take me back to where god brought me from look at somebody tell them i need a word people don't realize that it takes the preaching to change a man's life and making what god would have him to be and let me say this to you today you may see the need for change you may see the need for transformation and you're trying to achieve this stuff every other way but won't let the word of god come in and cleanse your life you know what the bible said in saint john 15 3 he said now you are clean through the world that's how just the word you can't shout your way into this it takes the word to clean you up when you come to god and god sanctifies your holy now you've got to have that word of god that's going to teach you he said take my yoke upon you you got to learn how to live holy that's why people are serious about god they ain't just trying to come to church amen one time a week i want to be there every time the door open sent me in the presence of the word cause i've got some stuff i need god to take out of me i need him to mold me he said i'm washed by the water of the word takes real true preaching in order to bring a cleansing into a man's life oh look at psalms 119 9 10 and 11 the bible said well with all shall a young man cleanse his way how can a young man get clean he living a life he's not even happy about quiet as it's kept there's somebody here today you're not even happy with your own life you sick of yourself keep lying and telling yourself i'll do better i'm gonna quit this i know better than this i'm gonna stop i'm telling you i'm i'm not gonna do this forever now you watch i'm gonna change this year and you've been sad for a while now and you're finding out you don't have the power you can't get yourself delivered from that stuff you own oh you thought all you had to do was meditate and that was good enough all you had to do was go and get some treatment you're sitting in that and every day you go they got you confession that you're not better my name is herman and i'm an alcoholic when the last time you had a drink 20 years ago you mean you ain't drunk in 20 years and you steal the alcoholic well once an alcoholic always an alcoholic who told you that ah y'all need to come to god because he lets you know change is possible if any man be in christ he's a new creature all things pass away my name is hermann and i used to be a bunch of staff but since the lord saved me since he washed me in the wine look at somebody tell them i did that stuff why but that's not who i am i lied but i ain't no life because i've been changed by the power of god [Applause] well withhold sheller shall a young man cleanse his ways by taking heed thereto according to that word oh listen all you need is to hear the preaching of the word of god you know what paul said paul said he chose the foolishness of preaching see we're trying to teach people who ain't saved but y'all ain't saying nothing no jesus said friends you got to take my yoke upon you and then you learn of me oh god you don't need to be taught if you're a sinner you need to be preached too it is the gospel that changes lives is that what paul said i'm not ashamed of the gospel because it is the power of god unto salvation and i don't care who you are it takes the gospel to break through that addiction to break through that lifestyle to break through those habits but if you turn yourself over to the lord he'll take the word and he'll wash you come now let us reason together stand alone for your sins be scarlet i washed why that snow oh they be riding like crimson he said i'll make them like wall somebody today just need to take a bath if the word of god let it expose and let it clean your heart [Music] word of god or break family they didn't want me around because of all the mess i've done and i keep telling myself i ain't doing that no more i'm tired of sending my mama crying ain't gonna hurt my mama no more tired of acting a fool and report getting back to my family like the stuff i keep doing i'm tired bankrupting my loved ones cause they trying to keep me out of jail and i'm tired how can i cleanse my how can i be different i'm tired how can i be new i'm tired of being this same old person well with all shall a young man cleanse his sweet taking heed there to according to that word listen to what he says with my whole heart have a salty oh let me not wonder from thy commandments then look at what he says that word have i hid in my heart [Laughter] now what ever hear it in my heart that i might not sin against you if you want to know how to come out of that stuff that you need freedom trauma pay close attention to the word [Applause] somebody not even saved but you've been coming to church you haven't even surrender checked but you've been coming you've been showing up something just keeps drawing you back you're looking around you don't fully understand everything but you keep coming can't say you're saying because you're not but something keeps bringing you back oh you think it sounds so hard you think it sounds impossible and nobody can live like that yes they can because you look around and you see people and some men just keep telling you all of these folk can't be lying [Applause] and look at you now something is happening to you you don't sit under this word long enough until you're starting to feel different about some of the stuff you do oh you don't even know why but stuff you used to do all the time now you having a problem doing that stuff some just don't don't feel right anymore you've been listening to this word and it's starting to have an effect on your heart you're starting to notice things are not the same you're feeling bad when you do certain things now or that you didn't feel bad about before you starting to realize i really don't have an appetite for some of this stuff used to go out every week and now you're sitting at home because that ain't fun no more it's the word that word going home with you it's sitting in the car with you that word get in the bed with you y'all ain't saying nothing and you know that call you usually get around 1147 oh i'm not a word of god it's in you you don't feel that cancer in that call look at you always saying i wish i could talk to somebody here i found somebody else that ain't fun no more look at somebody today been trying to figure this thing out question is why don't you just surrender to it you know it's something to this cause you haven't even yet surrendered your whole life to god but you've been around him long enough until now your mind is starting to think differently what will god have me to do ah now you're not even saying but you're talking to the other folk that ain't saying telling them god wouldn't like that don't say that god ain't pleased with that when did you get religious i ain't i ain't but never mind forget it no you can't forget it that word is affecting you it's working on you and can i tell you the old church used to say jesus put his hook in you and i don't care how hard you run how hard you fight he said you train them but put it in them when they're young and when they get all they won't depart from them some of you don't sat around too long that word is in here you can't run from it you can't forget it and every time you try just keeps reeling right back in why don't you surrender to the word of god oh the lord's already started planting seeds in your mind that's what the word of god is it's a seed god will plant seeds in your mind and i'm so grateful for people that come to church wanting god to give them something that'll go home with them that seeds start growing up in your heart start growing up in your mind and now you're changing and you you feel yourself feeling different and you're acting different why don't you just allow god to come on and finish what he started oh you don't even realize how beautiful life can be if you just turn it over to the lord you know what the bible said he said you'll know the truth and the truth so what's going to break you out of whatever you're in somebody today you win something you can't let go of because you don't have it it has you but the word of god says you'll know the truth and the truth will make you free that means even if the devil don't want to let you go he ain't got a choice y'all ain't hearing nothing i said i said you got to know even if the devil don't want to let you go he don't have a choice and somebody today you want to be saved but you feel like your feet are cemented to the floor but not today the word of god comes to tell you all you need is a word from god and if you get that write the truth it's going to make you free he don't have to agree with it he don't have to like it but when you get a hold to the word of god not even the devil himself can keep you bound in that stuff that you're in i come to tell you god wants you to be free did you hear i'm not i'm not offended because of the word of god i'm not running away from my association with the word a lot of preachers don't don't want to associate with the whole world but i'm not running away from my association with the word of god he says the word is power not that it's powerful only it is the power of god unto salvation but it's to everyone that believes everybody that believes it can i tell you you can come to church every night in the week but if you don't have faith in the word of god the bible says the same word was preached unto them as was preached unto us but it didn't benefit them because they didn't mix it with faith when they heard it if you don't believe the word it will have no effect on you and let me say this i don't care how incredible it is to believe the word you just got to believe it so y'all expect me to believe a man was dead three days and rose again on the third day morning i don't care how incredible that is for you to believe you just got to believe it the word is the power of god unto salvation but it's to everyone that believe if you don't believe it then i can't help you can i tell you something i've seen god do a whole lot of things i've seen god deliver people from everything that a man can be bound by i've seen god deliver men and women from homosexuality and lesbianism i've seen god deliver people from alcohol i've seen god take crackheads and deliver them and set them free i've seen god take people that used to sell their bodies on the street and save them you probably passed a few of them on your way in and never knew what they used to do [Applause] i've seen them do it they are the living proof that god can do it but if you don't believe it you'll take your addiction right back out that door if you don't believe it you go right after your car and smoke cigarettes in your car because if they see you smoking on the parking lot they put you off if you don't believe it you'll go right back home dig in the back of your closet in that shoe box and roll you up another joint the gospel is the power unto salvation to everyone that believes it if i can't get you to believe it it'll have no effect on you so you've got to determine what you're going to do with the word that's preached what are you going to do with it he said some folk are like the wayside you know what he said he said they're like the wayside look at what he says he said when the wicked one catches the way that which was sown in his heart this is he that received seed by the wayside he heard the word didn't seek an understanding and the enemy came in and snatched it out then the bible said he that received the seed in stony places is the same that heard the word and received it with joy it was exciting to him it was an emotional decision but it didn't take root all they wanted to do was shout on it but not meditate on it and because it didn't take root in his heart the bible said it didn't do it for a while huh but when tribulation and persecution came because of the word some folk were excited until people stopped liking you because you got saved now you want friends more than you want a new life in christ well i didn't know i was going to lose everybody when i came again so when persecution comes because of the word the bible said they are offended he also they received it among the thorns the bible said is the one that heard the word but the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches the cares of this world and the deceivedness of riches choke the word when i would get saved but the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke that word i know i need to get it right and i am i'm telling you how i'm gonna get say it's just it's just not time yet you know i'd rather not play with god than just don't play with him but now i hear what you're saying but now i'm not yet not i i'm gonna do it but not right the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of wretches choked the word and it bore no fruit choke squeeze the life out of your new life in christ because you couldn't let go of the cares of this world that's what you're going to do with the word that's how you gonna treat the word you're coming hearing it and you keep feeling and people get are you are you saved no you wanna go not right now i'm still trying to make up my mind that's why he said today he didn't say tomorrow he didn't say next he didn't say tonight he said to die if you'll hear my voice don't hurt your heart what are you gonna do with this word he sent his his word changes people it's the power of god unto salvation he sent his word to heal people it's the word that we need but how are we receiving that word you know one thing that's so sad now is how the church well is handling the word of god listen how you think about the word determines how you respond to it how you think about god your your idea of god that's the reason why i i don't like the way people talk about god now and i get it the world got their own conversation about god but that ain't our conversation about god [Applause] you know god ain't dope i i see a lot of a lot of shirts god is dope now don't don't take god down to to that level don't don't do that because once you start thinking of him in a common way you'll start treating him in a common way now i know y'all mad cause you got your shirt least he always elevates god and and causes god to be seen in majestic lot lord y'all ain't saying some of this stuff talk about god is so bad god ain't none but a homie by the time they get through telling you about god but god ain't your homie god ain't dope he's the creator of the universe isaiah said i saw him high and lift it up [Applause] how you see the word determines how you respond to for the word of god because i i don't want you to handle it any kind of way because this is our communication from the god of the universe i say it do y'all know what this is the great god of the universe who knows everything in every way that anything could ever be known who could have told us anything decided that this is what he wanted us to know and i hear the people talking oh man put that bible together man did this can i tell you something for you to say that you've got to take away the authority of god to shape society and to shape history can i tell yourself if god could use egypt to protect jesus as a baby then why couldn't god use whoever he wanted to use to preserve the word of god don't you tell me that for 2 000 years the church has been insufficient because god couldn't get to us the right kind of word we got what he wanted us to know and i just got to be the good ground that receives the word that i need i need a word it's going to change the way i feel about me i need a word that's going to impact how i treat my neighbor i need a word that's going to tell me what it takes in order to please god i need a word that'll teach me how to fight the good fight of faith look at somebody and tell them i need a wife tell them you got one now ask him what you're gonna do with it stand to your feet and give god the best praise you can give him on a sunday
