When the vehicle assembly is completed and it becomes a white body, the quality of the production is inspected with measuring instruments. Ferrari is a supercar that reaches high speeds. Therefore, even the slightest mistake is not tolerated at any stage of production. The white body is cleaned after the necessary controls and the problematic parts, if any, are corrected. "White body", whose mistakes are corrected, is taken to the paint shop. Here again, it is painted according to the color ordered by the Robots and with just enough paint. During the painting phase, the parts that robots cannot reach are painted and controlled with great care by expert painters. Thus, a perfect result emerges. Any color paint requested by the customer is loaded by robots in a very short time and applied to the next vehicle. The car body, which comes out of the paint, is produced according to the order. The parts prepared at different stations are assembled on the central production line as they turn. Front and rear windows are replaced by robots. The robot applies a special sealant to the inner edge of the glass for sealing and retention. He photographs the windshield of the vehicle he will install and replaces the glass with a laser reference from there. At different stations, the doors of the vehicles on the band are completed according to the order and brought to the side of the car on the band just in time. Thus, there is no confusion in a single tape. Chassis engine and axles produced and assembled in another band are combined when the relevant vehicle arrives. In car factories, this event is called marriage. After marriage, Ferrari's wheels are finally on the ground. Here, fluids such as engine oil, test fuel, hydraulics required for the vehicle are completed. Quality control at every stage of production is indispensable for such a tool.
