FARMHOUSE tiny home with WALKIN CLOSET

how's going everybody this is my Mr Tiny Tim it's coming to you with another episode of tiny home Tuesday where every Tuesday I showcase a particular part model tiny home that we have available here at recreational resort cottages coming in at 399 square feet and this week I'm bringing to you the Cardinal farmhouse if you're subscribed like you should be that you know the Cardinal has been a smash hit since I've introduced it here at recreational resort cottages for the very first time it would be first 399 square foot tiny home with a walk-in closet so I've already shown you the cabin style the modern contemporary style without love with love so today I'm here showing you a cardinal with loft but this time we're going back to Old Faithful the farmhouse style you've asked for it here I am delivering again the Cardinal with a loft in farmhouse what that does is open this face up with all that bright white so as you can see behind me it starts right here we've added in the shiplap accent wall from floor to ceiling right here we've got the double feature windows with the clear storm window up above we've got the black duffy interior fan and as you can see it makes a great space for a couch and all the decor you need we went ahead and omitted the entertainment center to add a little bit more space in the living area but you can just put your TV up there and you are great to go so you can see right here with the front door blinds a glass front door single transom up above and a single window to the right so what that's going to do is give you a great curb appeal from the outside and speaking of curb appeal what's going to add on to that curb appeal is the six flip front porch you've got composite decking with a 30 year warranty you've got black rebar rails white post white James Hardie exterior siding with a 30 year warranty and a black metal roof with another 30 year warranty we're taking care of you and as far as dimensions on this particular home it's 15 wide by 32 in Lee including that six-foot front porch and this home is on sale as you see it today for $64,000 so as you can see guys it doesn't get much better than this Cardinal farmhouse and then right here we went with the white cabinets you know that's a must when you're going with the farmhouse style we've got the two door pantry right here for you we've got the overhead cabinets we went ahead and added the bar pools as well to give some nice flavor there and then we've got the shiplap backsplash going basically from me countertop right here all the way to your ceiling to complement those double clerestory windows up top we've got the stainless steel farmhouse sink single window above and then you know how we doing here at reparations or cottages I'll tell you all the time just because you go tiny doesn't mean you have to have a mini-fridge we've got full-size appliances in here smoked top oven you can get gas if you like you can get that as an option we've got the convention of it up above side-by-side refrigerator ice in the door for them cool days that you're gonna need in the summertime and then right here pantry pantry space in a tiny home that is key storage space as much as you could get and then behind pocket door number one you're going to have the bathroom so right here you've got the double linen up here above the counter top you've got drawers down below and then additional cabinet space there as well we've got the countertop going above the toilet frosted glass windows there for your privacy and then you step right into the towel shower so as you can see here we got the Carrara tile in a vertical pattern we went ahead and went with the dark grout small things like that guys we do here recreational resort cottages we're thinking of you cuz with that dark grout what does that do make it easier for you to clean and hide that dirt and grime that you know is a problem when it comes to Tom showers if you're familiar with cleaning them so as you can see here built-in niches right here for your soaps and shampoos elevated ceiling here in the bathroom I'm 6:1 so you can see you got plenty of space there and then we'll go right over into the master bedroom you can see here another pocket door see if you need to and then you come right back here and you've got plenty of space in your master bedroom you got be single clerestory window here that can open up to ventilate the space if you need see that's why we got the exit there so if you need to hop on now in emergency you can make that happen - we've got the mini split a/c and heat unit here in your master we've also got one in the main living area as well so that will easily he can cool this whole space and like I said easily accommodating full-size queen-size or you can go up to the king-size if you want to make this a bed room and then right through here this is what everybody comes to the Carla for number three you got the walk-in closet but before we go back to the closet was this do give you privacy on your stackable watch machine and dryer we've got top load washer and dryers in here and then you can see back here leave walk-in closet in a tiny home double shifts double rides real wood that's how we do it so you got that going around right here plenty of space to accommodate all that storage that you need for my fashionistas out there you got all the space to accommodate those clothes you put your summer collection downstairs and that winter collection up in the loft so you follow me on down and we'll take it up to the loft space so we can show you how much storage you have come right through here and you'll see before we go up to the law you see that we've got the rail and a hickory colored there so it makes it great for you know you don't have a lot of people putting their hands on this so if you did white what do you think's gonna happen the oils from your hands will transfer onto those handrails so with things ahead of you guys so we got that there rebar rails remember I told you the rebar railing was on the front porch we brought that inside to complement and then same thing on the stairs you do white stairs what is that gonna do when you know your cousin Ricky comes over and he's you know how little too many you know he goes up there he's kicking ass stomping making scuffs on your night stairs so with these wood stairs we went ahead and stained them with the Hickory as well so that way it gives it a nice contrast but also it's efficient but speaking of these stairs what else we do storage you need storage and a tiny home you don't put the drawers in the stairs for you you follow me on up and we'll show you what other stories you got in the loft space now we are in the loft of the Cardinal farm house so as you can see here you have plenty of space for everything that you need what we've done here is elevated this particular section of the law you remember I showed you earlier in the bathroom the ceiling was raised in the bathroom for our tolerance here into the loft to accommodate that section not only what does that do on the bathroom section what it does is best to give you a designated area for a bed here in the loft so you place your mattress over here you're good to go you got your clear store window behind you and then also like I'm told you earlier got your storage downstairs but you got storage up here in the loft also built in cabinets going all the way across those are options you can choose to have or you can choose to omit that's totally up to you so you see you got plenty of space there we've got another mini split system here a seeing heat so everybody in the loft stays cool in the summertime and heat and warm in the wintertime another clerestory window right across the law and then you can see if you pan around down to the rest of the home you can see how great this looks from upstairs you've got plenty of open concept here for everyone to entertain in your Cardinal farmhouse so I've brought it to you in all styles cabin contemporary now farmhouse with the law this is a perfect home for you and again statistics on this home it's 15 feet in width 32 feet in length including that 6 foot front porch and it's on sale as we speak for $64,000 guys so if you're interested reach out to me let me know and we'll make this happen remember to Like comment subscribe to the YouTube channel let me know how I'm doing if you enjoyed the videos let me know also follow me on my Instagram act be mr. tiny I'm connecting with all my fans directly I'm selling homes right from my Instagram so DM me comment let me know and I'll send the tiny home your way and I will see you guys next time you on Tuesday [Music] you [Music]
