PET PRIVACY porch on a TINY HOME

this is for cottages in this Tuesday break it to you the Platinum Cardinal [Music] with the 30 year warranty you guys know how we do it on the inside chameleons and you see how this opens up one of our most popular floor plans is the Cardinal because it is a 15-foot wide so this home is actually 15 and width it is 26 in length on the interior of the home it is 40 overall in length due to the six-foot front porch in that 8-foot back porch so guys you got plenty of space but still being 399 square feet and it starts right here in the living area you can see we've got a sectional setup here we have beautiful picture windows right here with the clerestory windows up above you've got space right here that you can insert your own entertainment center put your flat straight up there good to go normally you have the option of putting an entertainment center in here but we've a minute that option so you can put what you like and then guys you can see that the raised side walls are throughout this home that make it even more open and airy so it feels a lot larger than 399 square feet now this you can see we've got the great painted cabinets here in the kitchen and it's going throughout the home but we added the brick veneer backsplash that's a first in our recreational resort cottage tiny homes that we've done so that's super cool that's using an exterior feature that you can add on the fireplace on the outdoors but guess what we brought it inside to make it a little bit of rustic at the same time so super cool and modern contemporary feel goes with the tablet rustic in there as well and then we've got the additional correction area windows up top again bringing in the natural light we got the white barn sink here and then the stainless steel appliances remember we're doing full-size appliances in a tiny home that is how we do it here you guys are familiar with that if you subscribe which you should be and you follow me on back and you'll see here as well we got the spot for your stackable washing machine and dryer so a perfect area here that's tucked off to the side and then you come on into the bathroom and you'll see here that we've got an additional storage for you you got linen cabinets up here as well as additional storage down below and then we've got the walk-in tile shower here with a nice rustic tile going all the way around so keep in mind we've had this on a couple of our models before you see it's almost like the inside of a tree inside here with like though the bark accents and then we've elevated the roofline and guys you'll see that this is actually large it here I'm 6 foot 1 so you can see how much space you actually have up above and your showerheads here as well makes it very nice and very convenient for you to take a shower no matter how tall you are and then guys you come right through here this is your pocket north here going into your master and guys I forgot actually one another surprise remember I said about the pet gate up front well we got the pit look right here in your bedroom so we got Roscoe right here post it up down there having a good time and look guys as you close it off and you are good to go so if you're leaving for the ones that you know don't want to get your pet carrier to take up your space in your tiny home you've got it right here you can put Roscoe what we can put a nice lock on that for you so you can leave him here why are you going to work or run to the grocery store whatever we need to do when we get back just open that up again and you are good to go for him to run freely so that is a cool option that we've added here recreational resort cottages you can see here as well that we have the mini split AC system that's AC and heat all controlled by remote for you very energy-efficient and then we've got another window right here bringing in natural light in your bedroom so you can actually fit a king-size bed in this bedroom awesome keep in mind what was the big thing that everyone liked about the Cardinal it had a walk-in closet here it goes again we've got your walk-in closet here it's a tad smaller than the first model that I introduced but that's because we added a back porch so the door and hallway that I'll show you in a minute takes up a little bit of space so it may just cause it a little bit smaller but if you don't want the back porch we can expand it again for you and you are good to go so you got plenty of shelf and rods going around making a u-shaped for you so this is a great closet in a tiny home as well and keep in mind if you remember from the previous model this closet was extended and we had your washing machine and dryer in here as well so as soon as the previous pilot showed you the washer and dryer is here and then you had the whole entire walk-in closet so that was pretty cool and as you can see here we door opens awesome so again king-sized bed in your master we've painted if you didn't notice already the interior doors and that's going to match the brick veneer in the kitchen I'm going to spot that I know you didn't see it so I had to point at that point just to show you little touches we made and on the rails going up to your log we've added this color here as well so guys like I said before you know how we do it here if you don't like red you like you like green we can change everything to the color you would like and you can see that these stairs are the open risers so this is very convenient for anyone no matter the age to have a look you see me no hands mine I don't either right I don't need come on up to the log you guys follow me up let me show you how cool this log did now we are up in the log of the Platinum Cardinal so this is awesome how we've done it remember I told you that we've elevated the roof in the bathroom downstairs so you can see how it's giving you a designated space for a bed you can put a nice little couch over here or whatever you like over here tuck to the side you to do it and it's got a nice be right here with the window bringing the natural light we even got another little pit up here as well off to the side guys so it's got pet nooks through out for everyone and I know you see the storage I've seen your comments asking for additional storage throughout the home and especially in the law so we've done it here look at the size of these cabinets guys all the way through and you can put your Christmas lights up there until Christmas rolls back around you got space for everything that you needed even more decor options for you up top like we've done here and then you take a look around we've added the rebar rails to the lock so that is a great interior feature also and then pan around so they can see how much natural light comes into this Cardinal guys I'm telling you this home is one of the best tiny home models on the market as we speak it's a platinum Cardinal that is a 15 foot in width it is 40 feet in length for this particular model that includes a six foot front porch an 8 foot rear deck and I know you've been waiting on the price saw way to the end of tell you it is 68 thousand exactly as you see it guys 68 thousand
