NO LOFT OR STAIRS! Perfect tiny home with private bedroom on one level

how's it going everybody this is mike mr tiny timmons coming to you with another episode of tiny home tuesday where every tuesday i showcase a particular park model tiny home coming in at 390 square feet that we have available here at recreational resort cottages and this tuesday i'm bringing to you the toucan [Music] so you are currently in the market for a 399 square foot tiny home however you do not need a loft this may be the floor plan for you i'm telling you this one right here with the vaulted ceilings everything on the main level is a great and effective floor plan it is 11 foot wide it's 35 feet in length it's on sale today for 65k 65 000 and you're going to get the toucan that you see today exactly as you see it all we're going to do is remove furniture and we're going to remove decorations and we're coming to you for 65 000 all day long and this is going to be great starting here in the living area as you can see behind me we went ahead and went with the large and in charge entertainment center you can see you got storage down below you've already got it prepped right up top for your tv to go right in ever so nicely and then right here this is the money shot this is your triple window triple trapezoid wall you got a wall full of windows right here in the toucan so you can bring that outside inside so this is a great concept to make this home feel so much larger than 399 square feet and then you can see here in the living area you've got great space for full size furniture any size furniture that you would like to do whether it's a sectional it's a love seat recliners your options are endless in this particular model so what's so great remember i told you about the windows up front with that being said we got to move the door to the side so this would be a side entry what's great about that is it gives you the option to build a porch on site after delivery if you would like if you wouldn't perfect all you do is have your entrance right here and you're good to go but we chose to go with the blinds in the glass front door we've also got the clear story windows up above that so that's going to bring in that natural light and raise this ceiling as well and make it feel so large considering there's no loft in here so you have the space to all be accommodating and feel so open and airy as well right here is what i love you've got the built-in bar that what we've done is just wrapped around this countertop and you can see you've got area right here for stools so you can have a good spot to eat at that's very effective in your tiny home however who can i can in the two can give you a designated space for your dining table look at this where you gonna get space for a dining table in a tiny home i'll tell you where recreational resort cottages you see right here we've got these space that you can sit here and put a bistro drop leaf whatever you like in here and have a designated area to sit down and have your nice warm meals at the end of the day and then right here i went ahead and thrown in a couple of windows for you so you can check out the views of your property as you sit down and enjoy your meals and guess what you may want a cup of joe you may want a cup of tea a smoothie so i went ahead and threw the built-in hutch in here for you as well you can see we've got the cabinetry up top the cabinetry down below we went ahead and added the savoy mosaic backsplash having a great color pop complementing the spring carnival high definition countertop that we chose to add in here as well what that is going to do is complement the flooring the flooring is fumed oak as you can see in that you're going to have the light and dark tones of gray that complement this aesthetic so well i can talk about it all day long and then we'll come right over here and as we talked about earlier with the wrap around what this does is give you space for double pendants that we have dropping down on you so beautifully and then you've got the space right here like we're talking about to eat but also additional storage you can see there's no dishwasher in here right now but again before you run to the comments that is an option that you can add you can put a dishwasher in here however you will lose the space of one of the lower counter one of the lower cabinets i should say so you can do that the option is yours also you can see we've got the stainless steel one basin sink farm sink in your kitchen this is a fan favorite we chose to continue that savoy mosaic backsplash going from the countertop up to the cabinets we've got the nickel fixtures going through out and that is complementing your stainless steel appliances we've got the convection oven up top the smooth top stove down below side by side refrigerator and yes before you go to the comments again for those newbies if you subscribe like you should be you can go ahead and tell them can we convert it to gas yes you can you can convert this to gas if you would like we just chose to go with electric in this particular model but gas is an option follow me on back and we'll keep it moving along here and we'll go into the bathroom so you can go right over here and you'll see we've got color pops galore intense teal and you know we like the color pops i mean you know i do anyway but you see right here that we've got the space right here for your uh toilet we've got additional cabinetry up top for your linen above your toilet and then as well we have additional cabinetry here and then for those wanting to ask this is where your water heater is located your electric water heater is going to be there we have 20 gallon and 30 gallon options also we got the tile what let me move over so you can see this did mr tiny do it again oops i did it again we got a tub a bathtub and a tiny home i know you've been asking for it so this is a tough shower combo tiled with the carrera in a vertical pattern i've also threw a transom window up there so if you're scared of the dark you can get a little bit of peephole up there to bring in some natural light and then we've got the built-in soap dishes over there to the side guys this is a great floor plan remember everything's on one level i even gave you a tub i gave you a dining table space oh my gosh what else can i give you come on back and i'll show you some more we've got the space for your stackable wash machine and dryer these are going to be compact stackables 24 inch to be exact that you can fit right in there and then come on back to the bedroom behind intense till door number two you come right back in to the bedroom and you see what we've done here i've thrown in a couple of built-in nightstands a couple of night lights just in case you're scared of the boogie man kakui we got we got the space right here for you to do that as well and then you can see around we've added this window off the back to bring in some more light make this uh room feel larger if you wanted to know you can fit a queen size in here with ease so that gives you space to do so and no problem there so those of you asking which i know you will that's what you can fit in this bedroom also you can see thrown in the barn doors intense teal barn doors right here sliding for you and then what we've done as well is painted painted the what the the wood cabinets and also your wood shelf and rods in your closet you can see right there real wood we don't do the fake stuff even just because we painted it smurf till don't mean it ain't real wood don't make me knock it off this track you know what i'll do it and then we've got four drawer dresser built in right here in the center we got the space for your tv up above this is great options in here guys the toucan maybe the one that you can buy today it's checking all the boxes i can say now follow me on back and you'll see here as we go back out into the main area you can see how it opens up when you choose not to have the loft these are some of the pros of going without one is that you can have this guys this is so much better laid out than a lot of people's apartments that i've been in guys this is a great option for you to have and with everything being an open concept you can see just the flow from the living room to the kitchen i mean guys pendant lights mosaic backsplash what else do you want in a tiny home i don't know but keep in mind this one is 11 wide 35 feet in length 65k 65 000 is what you can get today in the toucan who can you can right here at recreational resort cottages also guys i want to thank you for
