Farmall 756 Plowing a Field with a Fasthitch 311 Plow

before we hit the field I want to talk to you about this depth wheel right here gauge wheel depth wheel whatever you want to call it for me I do not use it and I know some people are gonna say wow you're crazy you don't use your depth wheel no I don't these trackers that I use to pull this with are equipped with what's called a draft control and that's going to help with your depth a lot in fact to the point where I don't use that what I do use that for is a kickstand when I disconnect this you will see in this video where I'm using this wheel to try to set my depth and not the draft control real pain in the butt you got to make a couple passes raise it get off the tractor lower it raise it whatever you got to do I prefer to just get the stupid thing out of my way and use the draft control but I'm gonna show you when this things down how much of a pain in the butt it is I don't I think I was going about maybe three four inches deep at most I was using that I could have gone off and pulled it up and made another pass and maybe readjusted it and but you know what I've learned it's a lot easier get it out of your way use your draft control you're good to go let's go let's plow don't forget to hit that subscribe button it's that red button when you touch it turns gray Massey gray [Music] let's plow let's start off in like I don't know I'm gonna be creeping through them overhang so let's go low three let's say you there we go [Music] shifter back to three I'll get lined up here now I'm making that overhang but they should be flimsy enough it shouldn't matter [Music] and I got my draft kind of it's set for heavy right now we'll just see how it goes let's go let's plow Oh snapped in the face right about not now [Music] Oh release I don't snap me dude there we go [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all that dirt smells so good unreal [Music] [Music] [Music] oh and here's something I thought you guys some of you guys might find pretty cool previous owner ordered their replacement cap how do I know looks just like the one on my M let's see the two vent holes in the top that is a replacement cap and I'm sure if I pull this off of here there's going to be four prongs so let's do that yep and there you go [Music] turning some dirty I'm just gonna slap his puck along and all [Music] turn a nice amazing you know gasps is about a dollar a gallon right now on this thing all day and night parks disparity between [Music] cost-wise pretty minimal [Music] that's gonna do it for today's video I'm going to keep turning dirt this is too much fun to stop
