Farm Lessons: The Most Dangerous Tractor Implement … And Plant 2022 Is In The Books!

basically the farm is just a big nursery ward right now bear in some spots we're just getting prepared here where is he and where do i need to be that is the question of the day still rolling clearly every time i push the wrong button we are prepping today to wean tomorrow just had to regroup a little bit it just got it done all right a little teamwork here just swing wide swing wide yeah he's showing me up not sure we're ever going to learn which hog is the most dangerous thing you'll ever hope to attract i throw the piece of bobwhite through my side right there let her rip let her eat y'all sure it's level we don't say things like that around here [Music] a bunch of little turkey heads up here look at him look one two three turkey crossing oh no what we're gonna do we're gonna fly we're going on a bean check being checked being checked being burned down oh they're baby turkeys i thought look y'all it's little babies look at the little babies i thought it was a quail at first mama didn't know what to do and we just jumped a little phone little spotted phone too i didn't get that on video it's okay mama hold on little babies don't run out basically the farm is just a big nursery ward right now there's fawns everywhere there's turkeys there's rabbits we just saw more rabbits i've seen so many rabbits i love it i love seeing the little phones he's not super happy with the way it looks from up here i see some green but there's definitely some bare spots we just need rain that little bit of rain we got the other day didn't fall across the whole farm and he said we didn't get any down here up here down here the farm is up the river but it's down on the river bottom if that makes any sense it's like really bare in some spots in fact i'm i see some beans but i see some weeds too some of what i'm seeing is weeds i think stop number two on the bean tour i see bean let's see some beans another tree down another tree trees falling everywhere in these storms recently i see beans of green this field does look pretty good he said it looks good except for over there in the sandy spot and we've already we're we're getting uh deer pressure already deer eating them well this field is very sparse oh gosh like where are the beans there's one this field was planted like two weeks ago so that's a little worse i haven't had any rain down here [Music] all right put in the very last of the beans that's it okay well what i thought was gonna be a short morning it's not turning out to be that way picked up a doggy on the way i had to burn a bed full of bags and now i'm going to get i didn't know i didn't think we had any more seed we have another whole pallet of soybeans so i'm going to get them put on the back of my truck and uh he didn't have the cup set correctly on the plant or figured that out this morning so he's expecting to go through them a little faster than he did at the end of day yesterday um so anyway we're just getting prepared here where is he and where do i need to be that is the question of the day he needs my eyes okay just come straight i think you're good actually straight go down a little bit okay go go go come on come on oh okay you got it you got it oh okay chevy felt that she went down yeah okay got it and he's rolling still rolling look at the dust y'all oh golly the lunch crew is here and i'm about to take this girl out to lunch i've been promising her all week and we run out of time but not until we get daddy fed he said it's still not putting down right it's going from too little to too much can't just just cannot find the sweet spot with that planter cedar solder whatever you want to call it drill drill i don't know anyway all right he is gonna eat his lunch we are gonna head to town and eat lunch we're going to a restaurant we never go to restaurants do we unless it's like mcdonald's we're going to applebee's y'all i haven't been to applebee's in like 25 years and i kid you not she's never been to one she was asking about it the other day and i said yeah we can do that we can go to applebee's so while while brother's off at camp we're gonna go go run a few errands in town and have a i was gonna say mommy daughter day but that sounds like a little girl mommy mom mom mom daughter oh wait what what's that do okay all righty here we go well we had a good day show them what you got show them what you got got some new boots new boot goofing they're very pretty she needed some she gets like one pair of boots a year and she wears them all day every day and typically goes up a whole size went up a whole size this year so yay uh left left applebee's with leftovers she's been eating the rest of the day so that's good we're waiting on wesley to get out of camp he should be out any second um i need to say this i i have been getting a lot of spam comments on my videos i do not have the hours or the manpower to go through and block delete and report all of the comments i just don't y'all so i would love to have your help with that i put a comment on my last video and i'm saying it out loud now so somebody different accounts whatever they are bots i don't know what they are they're stealing my profile picture the username is not mine it might have my name in it but it's not me it doesn't look just like mine it's not meredith bernard this farm way anyway they're still in my profile picture and they're claiming that they're telling you to click on the link for a prize that could be don't do that y'all don't click the links i don't want you to get some kind of virus or something there's no telling uh the the best thing you can do is block them report them block report and block report and block the more people do that uh youtube will take it down eventually and typically they're pretty quick about it once they get several reports so that's all i can say y'all y'all i know some of you might get tired of me showing walking and all that jazz but this y'all this view right here tonight it's um it's gonna make me cry it's beautiful look this is our world this is what god made this is what god's given us i just feel like i just feel like he's saying see look it's good i'm good he's good y'all he's so good he's so good i left the um dogs at home tonight because it's warm i mean i'm sweating i thought it was actually a lot more humid it is humid but i thought it was a lot more than it is i probably could have let them come but i didn't want them panting and feeling like they had to go back and forth with me so i left him at the house but y'all what a night [Music] all right we're gonna turn the blower on this morning he said we're going to let it blow one more day never let's see grain bin blower oh and then i have to remember which one of these things to push i did this last week i think it's this one no it's not it's this one wait no it's not okay oh my god i get this wrong every time we go i never remember which button to push literally every time i pushed the wrong button and this time i really thought i had it right don't push the wrong one anyway that's done okay tell them what we're doing game plan no all right it's been a while since i hooked up the feed wagon we are prepping today to wean tomorrow uh and we're second guessing we probably should have done it this morning we were thinking it was gonna be hot but it actually doesn't feel terrible but we've committed now we're just gonna remove the feed wagon get it ready and uh shoot for tomorrow all right he's gonna see if we can get it through here he did he did some spraying can you tell oh my gosh looks like we need to looks like we need to clean up the corral a little bit yep we'll do that today oh yeah no problem well as long as you don't hit this edge ah you need to go over to the left just had to regroup a little bit it's a little it's gonna hit that okay okay that'll work that'll work that'll work i'm just gonna drive like this but it's safe i just got a duck oh my gosh i'm having flashbacks from feeding silage remember that when i used to have to um duck yeah what was that there was a tree over there i had to limit d limit anyway i don't know maybe you morning [Music] they're so happy y'all i really think they are lady was at the house this morning she slept in the crate on the porch so she hasn't made her way over here no worries we found something else to do today this uh tape fence is down and he he checked it a minute ago pulled a tree off of it but he needs to we need to get it up so we can bush hog okay i don't know if we can even move this limb it's gonna be fun all right put that bad boy back in it was out all right that's still in the right spot going down the line down the line we have not been using this for a while the horses used to have access to this but they have them for a while could they have it because the other fence is down okay anyway that'll work yeah i hear a puppy back at the house that's not happy about being put in the kennel for a little bit huh you got it we're we're truly in a jungle here y'all we are in a jungle a jungle of uh what is this is this johnson grass something okay so he's gonna go along there get that corner and he'll be able to come over here while i'm standing here waiting on the bush hog i reckon i don't really know what we're doing um this is a new tank in this shop y'all it's the container as tight as i can i got one person telling me to do one thing and another yelling at me to do the other oh he's telling me to get out but i didn't do bad i guess i just i could have done better as far as getting it close to the container whatever i didn't hit anything that is the important part yeah he's showing me up all right girl be a little while before we use you again especially if it doesn't rain all right maybe we did feel the tire come up i'm laying against the tire when you start jacking up the truck i'm thinking we might have made a good call it's pretty warm it's probably going to be like it's tomorrow too though we're going to be cloudy though maybe we'll start early and be done okay jack it up mama we couldn't even find the bush on because it was so covered in glass all right plug up your remotes but when you ain't using them you got no place to plug it down anything keep them getting dirty finding having them i think the new ones have but when they put being here with it not even moving just the thought of those blades [Music] oh me break blades and sling them out and hit a rock and throw it out yeah right yeah something got stuck in there too there we go okay well whatever let's see [Music] i ain't never broke a blade on these big bushels but i broke them on the little ones and i had them throw it through the side of the metal there and never find the blade through this like quarter inch now yeah just throw it through there like a bullet oh god i've seen it go out through the woods that's crazy here bam and then you see it go through the weeds right there and can't find it mm-hmm we should all go around can't find it i don't know [Music] okay the other batwing i had it had shields up there well you couldn't cut big bushes because the shield would hit first so i took the shield though and then i busted all my lights oh gosh hitting rocks and stuff i had to put a piece of banded metal on the back keeping the bus we didn't have no windows in there oh my gosh well dad didn't come up and hit you i read and i put a piece of expanded metal that throwed a piece of barbed wire through my side right there it stuck in and come out up here a rusty piece of blah blah and i said something rock hurts awful bad i moved my shirt and i said my shirt's hanging on something and there's a piece of bob white sticking out right there and it stuck through the skin okay wow there you go kids lesson from some lessons from lb yeah i put a piece of expanded metal on the back don't try to retrofit fit or take off uh safety features yeah okay that's the main thing yeah what do you think guys i want my daddy to touch me i just want somebody to give me a bed dogs dog somebody said i need to show more of the dogs here's the dogs here's gussy rocket's good bonnie is uh either in the shade oh i see a body foot hold on wait for it yep bonnie said i'm not done i stay where it's shady i stay in the shade i got it made in the shade don't you girl what is it gus what is it you need some love always gus is our non-liquor the other dogs will lick you can get right up in his face and i can count the times on one hand that he's ever licked me he just got out of the shower he's gonna have to get another one bless his heart he's a good kid y'all he's a good kid look at all those dogs look at all those little black and white faces you're growling before you ever get out boy you're bad ain't you what are you growling at right now that way so don't knock your stuff off go for it go all right we had our supper barbecued very good he's very good barbecue small didn't do hush puppy i've done them in a while anyway and now we're in the shade and today i don't know where your sister is she decided not to come she does that sometimes we're gonna put this gate back up that we had to take down when we brought the cedar through we're gonna put it up a different way we'll see it's a little crawl get out of the way with you can see how far it penetrates in there because that was touching that far down in there this is the edge of the post all right measure the gate the hand to the end of the gate here you go down that way hinge right here right yeah it's level let it rip let her eat y'all sure it's level oh gosh i think you need to go up a little bit more get on go up a little bit more right there watch the test the test the test well it's not gonna lift on the block anymore it's just going to shut good good job fellas hit it with some more cruel all right now bring it back let's look look down and see okay going full on no she's straight look at there you might see it better if you put it in here it's hard to tell because it was like it's water up here tighten them up tighten them up [Music] someone's gonna call me up for not doing anything that is a two-person song i had some 30 cows at the harbor freight but see anybody why but what they're saying they just got these uh tractors supply and really like them for holdings just about that one for 15 what getting organized around here wow okay [Music] wow shut it down shut it down shutting the day down too it's another pretty evening [Music] no i thought maybe i saw a lady the dogs are out but nobody nobody came with tonight oh well got the gate hung look we got we got a good bit accomplished today uh lawrence was just talking to wesley nope lawrence was just talking to wally i got my w's mixed up i think he's gonna be able to come help us in the morning i told lawrence that he was gonna jinx us he said no no worries we should be done by ten o'clock we don't say things like that around here because if we say things like that then it's 2 p.m it's 100 degrees and we're still trying to get cows and calves up stay tuned we'll see how that goes it's
