EXTREME Room Makeover + Transformation (My NEW Room)

what's up with you guys how you doing how you been  if you did not know by now my name is dj and this   is the dna show now if you haven't already make  sure you hit that subscribe button don't forget video   in the past where i transformed my office into  more of a sneaker type room and a display for a   bag shop for different videos and stuff like that  go check out those videos i have them link for   you down below in the description but this room  right here is a bigger room and allows me to fit   more sneakers and have a little bit more real  estate to create a gaming station maybe a podcast   station different stuff like that so i want to  show you guys the transformation of this room   and hopefully we can make it look good by the end  of the video so right now let's take a quick walk   through through the room and let you guys see what  it looks like now i haven't moved a bunch of stuff   in here yet i've kind of been functional in here  for the past few weeks but i haven't really done   a lot of decorating or designing or anything  like that compared to the previous room this   one is definitely a lot bigger and i'm excited  to fill this place with shoes so over here we   have pretty much our main wall i think i want  to paint it black i'm not exactly sure yet i   was thinking about putting turf maybe a neon sign  or something like that some photos we shall see   this wall right here i've actually already  done it i put paper on the window so once   i close the window you won't be able to see any  light coming through this window because i plan   on putting sneaker cases all on this wall right  here and decking it out with a bunch of different   sneaker cases and having it from floor to  ceiling just all shoes all the way across   over here if you haven't already make sure  you hit that subscribe button but i think i'm   going to leave the white board in the mirror  everything the same over here on this side   we got some shoes and stuff down here we're  going to figure out where that stuff goes   got a little bit of gaming stuff we got wires and  cords everywhere always love to play call of duty   this is where all the magic happens we got all  the editing and everything that we need right   here i got a bunch of different little trinkets  and a bunch of little stuff that i want to try   to confine and put into something so it looks a  lot more clean over here in this area but this   is where i get down and dirty and make all the  videos happen over on this side we have more   containers already and some of my sneaker thrones  already from the other room i put these in here   kind of just guesstimating if i want to leave  them here or not as of right now they look like   they're in a good position gotta add a couple more  footballs different toys and stuff like that so   we'll definitely see how this entire room plays  out by the end of the video i am so excited but   first things first we got to get to the store and  get some paint because we're about to paint that wall oh and before we continue on with the video i  got to show you guys if you didn't see it already   this lady hit my car look at that disrespectful it  messed up the bumper the fender the light the door   everything but that's a whole nother story  itself we'll get into that in another video   let's go ahead and finish this one all right  so we got the paint and we got the brushes and   now all we got to do is switch our clothes  because i can't be painting in this stuff let's get it man i was gonna paint the wall  all black but i don't know   this is kind of looking good no i'm just  playing let's get into the time lapse all right so we are done with the  wall and i am loving it i ended up   spray painting the vince black i kept  the light switches and everything white   and the door and the trim white just in case  because i wasn't sure if i wanted to pay   every single thing black but at least we have the  black accents and i ended up getting a white couch   in the mail which i will be putting together  shortly but for right now we got to put some   white sneaker thrown containers together so we  can fill up this wall over here let's get in okay so we currently have 53 containers right  here on the wall and i want to complete this   entire wall and i did some measurements  before and i think we should be able to   fit around 100 pairs of shoes on this wall so  we're going to go up to the ceiling over here   and down on this side to complete the entire  thing and if you haven't already make gonna do a  lot of nikes i don't know if i have a hundred   pairs of nikes in my collection or not anymore  if i do not i know i have a couple football   cleats that i really cherish different stuff  like that and i know for sure i have other   brands and things that i can fill out the rest  of the wall with we have a different jordan room   as well so this is just mainly the nike stuff  and maybe a couple off brands or a couple of   collaborations and things like that so for the  most part this should get the whole job done bruh look at this just look at this just look  at it yeah what the of the things   that i had to spend money on i got this for 239.99  and honestly it's not the best futon ever and i   understand that but at the end of the day i'm  not mad at it the weight grass rug i already had   this i got it for retail i think it was like 250  bucks maybe 300 bucks something like that i got   it a long time ago the value of it has gone up a  lot so it's definitely well worth keeping around   and when it comes to the glass table i  got it off of amazon for around 120 bucks   i had these books just laying around already so  i figured they'd be a great asset to the room   and these are my og soul collector posters i've  had these for many of years they're hanging up   in the man cave over at my parents  house so i had to go and snag them   because i'm telling you right
