Exploring Junkyard Full of Abandoned Mustangs, Muscle Cars, Classic Cars - Chasing Crappy Cars Ep.22

foreign [Music] [Music] what's going on guys welcome back to another episode of rusto Mom it's a nice day today and we ended up taking the Mercury out to go look at some vintage Mustangs in this junkyard that I thought you guys would really like to see so we're going to take a tour of this place see a bunch of old cars that have been sitting for many many years see if there's any good parts left on them and see what we can find here today so this is gonna be a really fun one I hope you guys like it and we'll show you guys some more of this mustang graveyard Lance is with us our Ford expert so he's gonna take us through all these awesome Mustangs because he's been here a lot more than I have yeah I've been coming here for I don't know since I was a kid my mom used to bring me here when I was like six seven years old and just Mike and my mom would let me walk around here and check the cars that's awesome and I've bought numerous parts off Mike for uh for years now for all my fox bodies that's cool yeah this first car I wanted to take a look at this cougar because I used to have a 60 I had a 67 but this one's a little bit rougher than the one that I had automatic it looks like most of them were this one's a 68 I guess with the side marker lights pretty cool car mine was a four speed it was I wish I kept it it was actually really cool it was it was like primer yeah it was junk but I drove that in high school all right so we decided to start from the back and work our way up here longer yeah so this this lot used to be like we we'll get back there but yeah the spot used to be huge uh then the county made them clean up but he had I don't even know how much stuff dude that's a nice little two-door exercise is it a fair Lane I can get a lot of these yeah I am an expert yeah this is a fair Lane there you go there's a little race car right here that thing's sweet I know look how cool the hood is let's see oh it's got a motor but it's not in position somebody got to that point we're like I'm good that's a Mustang too this one yeah oh yeah Mustang two that's a good roof if somebody wants to make a Fastback conversion it's got a sunroof I like these uh little three spokes yeah those are actually those are like those like 90s like yeah there's like the same ones off like three yeah there's one that had got rear-ended there's another Fastback and then there's the Fastback roof there's two 69 70 fastbacks so there's a Fastback there's a Fastback and there's a Fastback yeah that roof is good this yellow one actually looks stapable yeah not good anymore but a lot of you guys are saying in our area the cars are so solid but honestly this is what they usually look like yeah you took the tough way to get over here yeah well yeah we're gonna drive this car out of here back to Lansdowne it will probably need about everything I can see the dirt through this uh yeah firewall so that's not good there's a cool mach one sitting here I guess that's what 71.72 oh yeah it should be it's only 172 Mach 1. chilling with a roof on top of it dual fastbacking yeah so the fairlands are unibody I'm wearing this now the galaxies are full from you didn't realize that there's a little Mustang too there's a regular Coupe everyone comment below if you want this Mustang 2 to be a left yeah we're gonna do an all-wheel drive conversion like it's not like I don't know it sounds terrible oh awful under there surprise I mean I'm sure it is now what is sitting in the water yeah I think I think I'm good there's another 70 Fastback here chilling oh wait is it a Fastback oh yeah somebody just cut it yeah I thought it was a roof on it you can tell yes all right back to the cougar so we started over there we'll get it on this row this is a very rotted final top that's why it's so rotted a bunch of newer Mustangs I wish that one had a motor in it what is this Pinto or is that way that's a Mustang too look at those 90s Graphics remember there's like cups yeah there's like party cups they uh like the Dixie cup kind of deal yeah yeah that looks sick this is the rest of a cobra decal dude there's a lot of 70 fastbacks here there's another one yeah yeah if you guys need to want to do a conversion or you have a rotted one hit him up not a factory this middle piece yeah somebody was so it's got shag carpet let me see it's the driver's side's open oh that's not the spot color dude look at the back too it has like the whole pink yeah I bet you the hatch is all probably yep donut oh man that's a purple tint yeah dude somebody's pimping back in the day that was classic back in the day right there man there's a lot more over there that uh 69.70 and then there's the one next to it that one looks pretty good and then that one here's ah 60 fridge actually it's not a 60. 59 yeah that's like our fridge style I really kind of want the doors off of it the same color I guess it all used to be the same color but this one's pretty sweet the Hood's good too look at this Hood it like has a raised part to it kind of like it's the same kind of year as ours a 60 Hood I guess but it's pretty cool it has like a raised bar I really don't want to replace ours but I had to it's a good Grill Too check this out Anne Arundel County landfill identification tag that's pretty neat door shot on this side don't want that one and we got some mac a lot of people you know will buy Capri fenders and cut the three quarters off for like wide body builds and autocrats and stuff yeah yeah this is a pro stick last car yeah cool race car I don't imagine when the fox bodies were new like this place was probably filled with really good stuff this is the one I sold the fender off oh yeah that is what I want to line yeah so that's not a centurion made though so this is a magnum one but Centurion also made a four-door Econoline pickup truck limos yeah dude you look good in that there's a guy on Instagram my father that has one that's on dually wheels and he put like a velvet couch in the back oh they're big yeah that one's cool and then this 69 or 70. cool on the back I mean it's rough oh yeah got some cancer that's a good roof look better from over there yeah I don't know how easy it is to swap a roof on these like this it's probably pretty hard because you gotta go all the way to the trunk yeah I guess if he had one of those rotted looking for a original Mach One oh yeah that's a good deck plate and trim well that is what is in the back of the yard here and then there's a bunch of newer stuff but on the other side of the yard there's some other cool stuff that isn't really Mustangs but other kind of brand brand Ford stuff so take a look at that stuff also look at this thing it like bent in half it's still rotted looking at this thing I think it would run if we could get it to spin it would 100 run wouldn't that be crazy it's hard to show you how bent this car is but it's literally been half that would be so funny and this massive junkyard if we could get this running I think we could do it comment below if you want to see us get something out of this yard running I think we could do it I think it'd be kind of fun yep this one actually isn't terrible I mean it's bad oh no though you could I would drive did you just get that running yeah drive it out of here and then park it right back oh factory AC car I wonder is the ones that like caught on fire where the fire department like lifts it up is that why they're all bent on the hood possibly oh oh dude it was in there it's complete it's a c code so it's a it's a uh 289 yeah probably 289 air conditioning also because it says oh yeah 289 air conditioning automatic six I don't know all the the things I just know like they have a code C code I think this would be a good candidate to try to get running I think that'll be a cool video let me know down below if you guys want to see us get this running that would be such a cool video you get it running and then you go and it gets stuck and then it just pulls apart the back stays the front yeah well I think it'd be cool just to try to get it running let me know what you guys think all right so now we're gonna go around the back side a lot and see some of the other cars that they have back there this is pretty much primarily just Mustangs so they have a little bit of other different kind of stuff around back all right here we go there's some cool trucks I want to show you guys this one's sweet my dad used to have a 49. and the wheels on that are so cool bad Circle it is really rusted but that's pretty cool I always like these there's some old tow trucks there's a little dense side 73 4. right is that right I don't know oh no it's red another Ford trucks you might need a transmission oh yeah man all the trans and a lot more Mustangs this one looks pretty good this one yeah damn you know what we're not gonna get any fresh air then we've got some muscle yeah blocked that's a pretty good Mach One oh it's a mock none it's always call this thing on fire that's probably why it's here dude that one's probably the best like solid car here come on she's a little crispy in there dude I've been seeing some of these online lately you see the one with the Duramax in it yeah did you oh we can get this out of here oh yeah they pretty much had one of these remember they had Lincoln will it turn oh I don't want to pull the fans like clutches are the tendency of being shot that battery boxes first yeah dude this stuff oh yeah she'll buff there's a really cool Thunderbird chilling man I love this year that's super cool this might be the coolest thing here model something on the back of this rollback cab over truck is super cool I guess it was kind of gonna be a rollback cab over truck look at that that is super awesome man I would like to have a setup like that if it was nice I guess they swapped the back onto it and then they're gonna have to shorten the frame or something here not sure I guess they just put the cab on it because it's just sitting there with some blocks but that's neat that's pretty cool [Music] another Mustang another Mustang another Mustang and a Galaxy and a Fairlane there's Lance's old falcon and the one that is slightly body damaged this one's got a little bit of damage right here this is the one that I wanted this one you can just hammer out this is my favorite year 63 with the sport roof I will get one of these one day well there's a uh Torino Fairlane something another convertible I was a Torino it's a Torino Fairlane this to Reno this actually isn't too bad I mean it's bad but for everything else here another falcon oh this one's sick too bad it's all beaten up this is what I want 63 with the sport roof man that is cool [Applause] we go fire department right next door so sorry for all the sirens man too bad that's all beat up there's some other fastbacks I'm pretty sure that when I came here that was the Fastback that we were looking at and it didn't really look like that when I came here yeah yeah when I was little this little yard used to be a lot bigger and I came here and this car was here and I really wanted it obviously I was little but they wanted pretty decent money for it and obviously I didn't buy it and it was pretty complete but now many years later this is what it looks like I guess nobody else wanted it either but pretty cool it's still here I guess probably a good parts car there's some sweet RX-7 Wheels some BBS kind of Mazda Wheels those are pretty sweet yeah there's some good cabs somebody's having a bonfire there's a mint lift yeah if you want a patina car if you're putting a lift to go with it holy crap look all the way back there there's even more stuff I don't know my bike so I don't know what that means that's probably like worth the most in this whole place and we were like just like oh yeah there's a bike it's a GMC Hood what's that doing here and a bunch more trucks and stuff back here look at these somebody cut it off and they're like yeah I've changed my mind half a Mustang or something all your doors here oh wow yeah some more Mustangs are cut up that's what I want if I had a Fastback it would just be this low say slam but the wheel would be like up in the fender look at all the yeah trim City for that car a bunch of Volvos here too wow this is a really cool comment [Music] come on clears brother kind of the same style too I got a grill one those are cool yeah yeah that's cool and it's got all the trim on it all right here's the cool row of stuff another Ranchero and there's this really cool Torino that I want I used to have a 7D one this was a cobra so that one's really cool and it doesn't it actually looks pretty solid like out of all the cars here man I would this would be super super cool on this one though yeah this has insane patina look at the hood think that Hood's the same yeah taller but still that's it the roof's starting to rot but damn and it's like the Fastback style roof too that's what that Mike has yeah that's cool this should be a 63. this one will do a run and dry video on it sure that's mint oh yeah there's extra lubrication yeah yep too bad they ruined that fairly there's also another one that one sweet yeah and this cool wagon actually yeah this one's really cool yeah that glass is probably really hard to find yeah I know it would be cool if I could take the Rambler but oh well yep and then this wheelie Pinto and this is the special version the Runabout oh yeah they were I forgot what they had they were like I just had a cool name run about yeah and then some other cars some other Falcons or referral lanes and Torinos and Mustangs and that's pretty much it all right as you can see this is a huge facility and there's so much stuff to look at I couldn't stop at every single car I know I missed a few that are really cool and I'm not too familiar with every single trim code and stuff like that that a lot of these guys are but it's just really neat to see all these cars here in one spot I've never really been to a huge junkyard kind of collection of like this but it was really neat to see especially in our area there's not a lot of things like this so I wanted to bring you guys along to show you some cool old cars that you normally don't see every day so I want to give a thanks to Mike's Mustangs for letting
