Grew up skiing. I’ve been just as scared and out of breath skiing terrain at the edge of my ability. Just at altitudes about 8,000 feet lower and a lot less steep. Looked like another planet.

Probably better in r/skiing but worth a watch. Would have been really tough to climb that high carrying skis and other gear. Impressive. But I bet those other climbers were pissed as hell when he was coming down throwing snow all over them and causing avalanche conditions.
