okay john said you're probably gonna have to send somebody with kickers they're gonna have to cut some kickers before they get there right now so they're gonna need a handsaw machine what do you mean the kicker's the stickers that go under it no it's already banded to a pallet well it was already been into a pallet but the bands are cut and there's an uneven number of boards on there yeah in order to fill so we're trying to be delicate with those though because we're sending them back out to the customer those are going back out to the customer you're going back out yeah we're gonna try not to have to order for a third time all right all right so um so i'm trying to schedule an arrange for that yeah so yeah it's gonna have to be shrunk wrap bandit and kickers are gonna have to be cut to put
