Evolving The Best Demolition Derby Vehicle! [Trailmakers]

welcome back to the channel today I'm joined by yuzi patches and JB Rider to do a Evolution style of demolition derby something I haven't done since all the damage physics has been updated on the channel uh so it's gonna be interesting to see how it goes so the rules are and the classic demo derby style uh don't like guns or weapons because we're actually gonna be hitting each other with our vehicles not with uh you know projectiles and we have 30 blocks and then three power cores and we have three minutes to add those to the build every single Generation Um and then whoever wins that round their creation gets passed on to everybody for the Next Generation to then add 30 more blocks three more power cores in another three minutes does that make sense yeah indeed yep makes sense all right uh let's get ready to build everyone choose a corner of the Arena three minutes are on the clock here we go in three two one begin anyone panicking yet a little bit absolutely already gone no I don't know if I'll make it to the end yeah uh word of advice from an experienced Evolution Builder uh just get the functional Parts down as soon as you can I want to make it look pretty yeah that's not we don't have time for that I'm out of my comfort zone I have no comfort zone I live in permanent discomfort all right well there's two minutes left a little bit more than two minutes oh no I had this genius idea and it's it's actually a really bad idea well good news is if you have a terrible idea um you only have to deal with it for one round that's that's right that's a Winner's Mantra right there yeah three two one all right timer is up you've got what you got oh no I think I may have placed the block it breaks the whole thing uh-oh my steering control so I hope I can steer it doesn't experience all let's see it oh no all right I have a tiny little build here compared to JB look at JB's that's a good that's a good that's a good bill JB I don't know why I went to wait patches are you uh huge variability in our uh in our Aesthetics here so I'm curious uh what's gonna win out I was like I'll save a wheel I'll only put three wheels on I save suspension I save a wheel that's two more blocks of armor now I can't even stare interesting did anybody use Shields no no I put shield on the front because and I have no idea how Shields respond to impact damage versus you know projectiles so I don't know if it's gonna make a difference to my durability but are you guys ready to do around here oh yeah yeah I'm excited to lose and get out of this thing what if you end up winning because we all take each other out the most unfortunate it could happen uh you know what patches why don't you count us in oh okay right uh so 15 no no three two one I will now reverse and go forwards and hopefully avoid everyone um [Laughter] that is what I was expecting [Laughter] oh my gosh I lost okay I lost all of those front pieces that were shielded so that doesn't make me feel that great man oh wait you have a boot you have a yeah you used a booster I had three power chords I used the uh the Bulldog engine and the Boost okay that's different well you can definitely get some some good speed okay oh there it goes of your build all right but you can still move huh uh only backwards and forwards if I can see you in front of me oh wow okay the entire way of mine I got a minute hang on a minute bit of a Beyblade situation all right all right well however last one moving oh boy uh you can do it scrap man [Laughter] I'm completely disconnected now you just smacked him oh baby yeah JB wins and I I'm actually kind of like when I saw JB's build I'm like why didn't I go for big wheels so I'm kind of I'm kind of okay with this can I can I tell you my biggest regret which everybody has already left in my comment section yeah what's that what oh yeah and he's an armored cockpit oh yeah well hey that's what Evolution's all about now we get to take the best of the uh the jeans here and they get passed down to our next builds that we can ruin with our next okay so for round two we get to add 30 more blocks and three more parkours right yeah right don't paint up the builds because then we can kind of see what blocks were added oh you actually only use 20 blocks uh so yeah I ran out of time okay 60 blocks is the limit for this next round and another and six power cores is your limit so keep that in mind are you ready three two one Go My Own bad decision making can't hinder me I've got somebody else's design I really am confused about what are good ramming blocks you know I've hit my block limit already wow that's fast I'm finished I am finished I am not gonna I've reached 31 blocks and that okay here we go all right a minute 13 left oh boy I just realized a huge issue uh six five four three two one all right time is up I almost did not get uh I almost did not I made a big mistake almost all right let's meet in the middle oh my seat isn't even centered dang it oh patches you do it for the similar thing of me oh okay yeah I was thinking about the same oh everybody I like this I like scrap metal I wanted to add more Wheels yeah you know what you actually inspired me that I heard you say the word redundancy and I'm like that's a good idea and I I didn't know what you were referring to but uh I went with more Wheels see I'm always wondering like I feel like wedge blocks are more breakable so I'm like are do they make good ramming things or are they just worse and then patches went with a bunch of just uh rods a bunch of pipes yeah I was like yeah that's gonna be strong right I don't know I'm not sure but I don't think I don't think let's just work in this game do they oh many times as long as it's not good for me you know okay uh there's some debris in the field which I don't know adds a little bit of spice right okay all right three one go one go see their patches oh scrap man oh what what was that oh it has to be the Springs oh oh scrap oh all right you took off two of my wheels already yeah he has redundancies so is patches upside down oh wow okay yes yes wait what is this oh boy what oh oh okay all right you're moving you're moving my back like a turtle over like a monster truck man all right and uh yeah patches is just upside down and not mobile at all so I think that's a that's a DQ there as well that was yeah survived quite well if I didn't flip yeah I mean your vehicle did you know I'm kind of this is risky but like I kind of want to see if I can I don't get yeah there we go there we go there we go I think that's a that's a disabled there yeah so one point for JB one point for scrap man and uh we've got a handful of generations left to go so here you guys go all right so the new limit is 90 blocks and nine power cores three minutes on the clock three two one go all right not sure about those but I'm Gonna Keep Them There we go did I say 90. we're gonna be at 90. yeah 90. wow okay that went by really fast I can see how this can go by less fast we have 27 seconds left and I am one block over the limit what am I gonna delete I'll just I'll just delete those all right five four three two one there we go all right okay let's see these upgrades all right did is your oh no no one of my blocks moved it by accident I couldn't literally spawn in so I've just been down yeah oh no or does it wait what does it do just a rotating server I wanted to like a full rotation but so it just turns it does it just turn with yeah yeah [Laughter] it looks promising last time I didn't get to live its full life so uh this time okay all right me and you actually had really similar ideas here with going around the wheels going around the wheels a little bit more and adding some pointy things all right here we go three two one go oh quick hand down oh patches are you heading for me I am super ready Maybe not maybe not we're so slow on my way oh I'm getting sandwiched [Laughter] oh I'm out oh that's my wheels wow what oh man I'm running out of uh run out of bits to hit with I'm gonna take out I'm gonna take out JB real quick what are you doing what you just from there okay well yeah I also don't have any more Protective Services please give me a little nudge okay okay these wheels still touch the grounds okay you're still you're still mobile I now have like a functional Advantage but that could go away in an instant when I contact you all right need more speed I'm out of Wheels wait I am well saying I yeah I'm not even I don't have any attachment anymore I think that is a tie between me and patches should we should we do it a death batch between like just one on one for that spot all right this is the tie breaker gentlemen I want a fair match three two one go all right here we go all right done that was not a good strategy oh it worked wait what all right now now you look like me yeah yeah the same thing oh oh you're probably at an advantage here oh there we go there we go yeah I'm coming after you I can do it I'll take off all your wheels look at that there's two already no okay all right that's oh there's nothing there's no one too oh look at that all right look look just I'm just gonna get some look I just kicked your seat across wow I can't believe that actually works that is a perfectly functional vehicle perfectly functional nothing wrong with it at all uh what generation are we moving we're moving on to generation four now aren't we I think so yeah that was the a dramatic turn of events there so 12 power cores 120 block limits another three minutes on the clock three two one go [Music] this time I'm gonna start with adding my power chords oh I don't forget I have a really weird idea two minutes left I think one of my favorite thoughts about this is we can see all the different blocks that people have placed from the yeah the different colors unless you end up doing a duplicate of another block which happened to me last time I duplicated most of yours so it was all still the same color this might look bizarre what I'm doing guys but trust me I have a valid reason I am actually scared of that this might be fine oh time is up forgot to count down Gen 4 Evolutions what do they look like oh JB has completed the Spinners the windmill yeah have you tried it yet does it work um oh I made a mistake again yeah yeah oh my God I've like filled in all the holes and you might notice I have some large hinges on the outside I heard that the large hinges um can pack a punch a serious punch take a lot of damage so I'm here to test that interesting can you tell what difference I've made here more clearing Wheels more Wheels I have a second set of wheels that oh yeah I should oh no the back ones might be too high or yeah too high but yeah I should have a small wheel version of this by the end uh if all goes to plan all right you boys ready yes okay three two one go all right I need to pick up some oh my use is demonstrated oh yeah all right everyone's in a circle oh I took his seat off I completely disconnected you did yeah I'm scared of using those hinges I don't know drive into me they protected you completely oh boy here we go oh Shield block uh-oh your wheels are falling oh your cabin oh hello oh no okay I've only got rear wheels now it's meant to look oh wait are you're like your wheels inside I can only strafe all right I guess it's up to me this is gonna be ridiculous oh my God why did I do that oh rip oh I cannot I got I've been getting so lucky with this fifth generation is usually the final generation so this is the last build that's gonna get ridiculous here I need to do something big here I haven't won a single round JB's in second place right now with uh with one win all right well our new limits are 15 power cores 150 blocks and still three minutes on the clock everyone ready yep yeah I think so three two one go all right now what what do I do now oh I don't I don't know what to do with this one guys I know it's like what do you like are you adding good things or not what do I add what do you add to Perfection this is the evolutionary Perfection believe it or not this is what Peak Performance is yes 150 right 150 blocks a lot of production going on around this area oh I didn't even add my extra power cores all right three oh God two one and time is up wow they're going through so much concentration mode I don't think I said a word during the whole thing I am apparently much heavier I'm dragging I can't go very fast wait are we all dragging across the ground now yeah oh no patches looks good patches looks good one of my boxes all of my suspension I did not slip in this one well don't worry once you guys take some blocks off I'm sure I'll be fine you're really going for the Beyblade weapons baby he's trying I'm still not sure if he succeeded at it but uh we'll see I guess all right Final Round Here in three two one go okay I'm charging Full Speed Ahead right now yeah Peak Performance right here all of these are Peak Performance there we go oh it's just like the phrase usually I can't even believe that fell within the complexity limit with all those Wheels I'm so scared of attack you're like hopping around the battlefield away from me they don't have enough power oh dude we're so slow we're not even doing all right I'm getting faster I'm getting faster now yeah yes I'm faster as well thank you all right let's just grab my like this is the kill shot oh no oh no one there use his uh chilling I know everyone can go after years he's trying to he's trying to hang back you're not supposed to notice come on I got I got my prong right where I wanted it and it did nothing I've gotta find oh actually that's something I'm getting blocks thrown at me oh that was some good oh my good progress regretting hanging back now I was pretty devastating for both of us yeah no I just tore myself up on something on the ground I'm down to one wheel again don't worry this is my this is when I do my best when I'm down to one wheel all right let's see I'll head in this direction I actually have like kind of control of where I want to go I feel like I'm in the best position to attack but also that's not a good angle that way yeah that's why I'm facing it towards you oh patches you you're the most functional right now oh that disconnected me oh no how did my seat get my seat is disconnected somehow even though it's still such an anti-climber I know either patches is gonna tie for third place or JB is gonna just further secure his second place position I need I need this place I need the angle I want to fight on my terms or tie for second place actually not third place there we go okay falls off oh no I'm surprised nobody added like pots around the seats my latest build actually has parts around the seat and it got disconnected within those parts like those were still there wow that's true yeah so of the five rounds we got I had three points JB had two points and then uh using him patches had zero one so you both came in third place congratulations yeah on the podium all right and uh so JB had the final build here so I guess this this is what Peak Performance does look like a whole bunch all right well that was uh pretty much just as ridiculous as as expected it to be so and if people want to see some more multiplayer challenges they should
