how many people were scared I was really really scared hello everybody welcome back to my channel my name is magma this is your first time here welcome to my beauty entertainment channel sure so if you liked all my social media here is my Twitter and my Instagram enjoy yourself yes so today we're doing another installment of my everything wrong with Blanc serious I basically just take a television show and I talk about it for like an hour so I hope you have a snack because this is kind of a long one so previously I've done multiple everything wrong with before I've done victorious iCarly Glee America's Next Top Model groaning Dance Moms in Hannah Montana so yeah we do everything here in case you were wondering and today's culprit today's choice is euphoria so I told you for you because I'm pretty sure on Tuesday or Monday was the one-year anniversary and because we're not getting in season two this year because of the wretched virus outside it's okay everyone's okay I was like why not talk about season one so that's what I'm talking about first so some thing I want to talk about first is how certain elements of euphoria that aren't talked but a lot are kind of instrumental in the way the show is and what makes the way it is so first I like the terms of like it being high school I liked who thank God that it was one semester we didn't get a full year we only had there was only eight episodes so I don't know how but you know Netflix not not to hate on Netflix Netflix likes to make each like season of some show some shows a school year or like The CW makes a lot of shows a school year but they have like 30 episodes in a season I liked how they didn't feel like they needed to either rush or drag it out to make it a full school year and now let me get season two it'll be the second semester so they for that it also showed how the kids actually went to school like kids they went to school instead of a lot of teen shows that I watched they kind of at a certain point completely I mean it's only been one season but at a certain point they kind of forego the whole they actually go to school and they're actually students so I'm glad you for you didn't I guess yeah second thing is the setting this is something as I was watching the buses for the second time it is better the second time I really it really made it clear to me how important it was that it was set in the middle of nowhere because so this is like a one Motel town this is like this is orange tree count County country in California like it's like do the roller rink is your own source of entertainment isn't that kind of town that is very important I think to the story obviously this mess would happen in schools in the cities I mean let me take it happens in schools in the cities but when your only source of entertainment is like roller skating and biking that's very important to how a story played out and how few people in this town act especially the whole element of like jewels might be the jewels might be leaving brew and the whole idea that's what like Nate throws over her head at thee and in that sort of stuff so it brings you forea brings because like this is a boring town so they're bringing suspense and like heart thumping and something else into something that's seemingly boring and bland which I'll talk about more at the end when I go over overall so and this everything wrong with we're gonna be going episode by episode um I used to go character by character I'm gonna end up going character by character because each character has their own episode of but I wanted to go episode by episode because there's only eight and because it's been a year so in case you forgot so let's get started so episode 1 I guess this is ruse episode I'm not this is my thing not sure Frug unknown because she is just the narrator and like her life story was told throughout all the episodes so she doesn't really need one but I like one specifically focused on room hmm okay rue was a disaster rue is a disaster rue is a walking breathing we don't you know she's breathing at this point disaster the girl it okay here's my thing we start off the first episode learning about her battles with OCD and possible bipolar disorder so they pump a seven-year-old okay they pump a seven-year-old full of drugs here's my okay listen I forget how many drugs were in that little container that she has that there was a lot of drugs in their medication absolutely helps with stuff like that I'm not saying it doesn't but the girl was seven or eight being pumped full of drugs no comment no cop just no I don't um no comment on that Li no comment on that it's not telling me true meeting her seven-year-old self then we get to you know Mark Sloan and the jewel scene so this scene I promise you I'm not a serial killer that whole exchange made me wanted Barth robbed it really sent me into an altered to mention because I was like do first of all don't do this in real life especially if you're a minor don't do this in real life please don't this team M represents how menacing the show will therefore become little did I know what life experiences and also I'm rewashing raised at the same time that I watched me for you and a lot of the mannerisms that his name's Eric the actor used to play mark I see a lot of the same mannerisms in Nate actually they kind of act the same way it's very strange it's actually very good casting before you guys really with casting now on to me I'll see that for his episode so we also meet apparently McKay's little brothers thing 1 and thing 2 I don't know their names I don't care to know their names they're disgusting human beings anyways so we're at this party it's like McKay's like ah I'll save that for his episode so these so we barely meet kasi in this first episode and Cassie's my favorite character I'll just tell you that right now I have a bias to Cassie all of these meatheads this is how we meet these people all of these meatheads and nobodies are looking over her nudes which clearly we're not shared with her permission just shop around or whatever and they Sui start the episode with them picking apart and talking about her note waiting for a party it's I don't want to say alarming again because it is representative of what's not to happen but it's quite alarming and so Mackay from the first episode is a pushover I need to I think I need it he's supposed to be this nice guy like when him and Nate were driving and he Nate started to ridicule and cat called Jules he was like Nate don't do that he didn't really stop him he just like hey man you shouldn't have done that very pushover very wimpy very spineless that's what Mackay is and it's a constant pattern throughout the entire show Wow Wow it's now we're at this part right so Nick Maddie and Nate we just as the first time meeting them are competing for biggest dumpster fire this party and it's episode 1 it just from very me from the minute that we met Nate on Swing you kinda already knew what kind of person this man was but he seems to make it worse and it seems to make you want to hate him more even more fifty minutes later so Maddie is not having sex with the blowing man in the pool she's kind of just like dry humping him in the pool I didn't even know it was talking about to come next this this party so rude does her know walking on walls seeing Jesus Christ you know love that great the party really makes its my focus of the whole party was on cat I don't know what I'm gonna do with this girl so first of all she's show she enters first of all she's talking with Tweedledee and Tweedledum I already didn't like that because I don't like those two characters and Men shakes off her top for them which was already truly disturbing she takes off her top for a pedophile pedophile mustache and thing wanted thing - I don't like that doesn't sit right with me not in the slightest I oh my and then she had sex with pedophile mustache it's really disheartening and the reason I would reason why that was the most disturbing part cuz I mean there was other to certain parts that whole party it was because when I think about it in terms of what happened later I'm like Kat I really I just I'm just like I I don't know what to say I don't want I don't I don't know what to say at this point and then towards the end when jewels like first of all jewels is that girl when she cut herself like kind of with the knife at the end of the party I this is where this is what I knew Nick's a wimp here's the thing violent he's compensating for a lot of his feels inferior right because as soon as Jules pulled the knife Jules is also not as tells me she's not as big as Nate soon as she pulls the knife this man immediately it's like it's a light night and day immediately reacts everything he's just done he's like I don't know what you're talking about it was a joke I don't know what you're crazy hmmm-hmmm wimpy behavior and while I'm on him they moved to episode 2 which is Nate's backstory episode so I could not imagine Nate lived a not lived he's still alive for some reason he is living a very downright disturbing life he's a back story we didn't eat the things with these back stories of each other we barely got even a crumb of each of each of these people's back story it's a like whatever this is well met this is a messed up child need is a messed up individual and it doesn't excuse what he's does did and probably will do because I won't kill him off could imagine growing up like that first of all within the first two minutes Nate they tell the story of how Nate found his dad's porn collection I don't know why his dad hid his porn collection in his office um whatever also we feed that Nate this is also I look for red flags when I watched Taliban Joe with characters Nate so they go to a gun range it's literally a two-second clip but I want to bring this up they go to a gun right he goes to a gun made with his father he seems to be very good at shooting guns since it's something he's been doing all of his life Nate with a gun knows how to shoot a gun all of his life mmm this is gonna come back anything to probably and probably in the worst way we know imaginable but that was like a two-second like layover tough like crossed from one scene to another and everyone forgets about it it never sat right with me even the first time I watch the show I was like why is he so good actually either but you've been doing this since you were like seven that's what that means to me he's been shooting gun since he was like a China know his truck also speaks enough volumes to me I don't trust anybody who drives a truck like that I just don't that's just that's just me person mm but it's just me personally and then you know we meet um his standards for women um you know no body hair tiny noses full lips no body hair your classic very very classic misogynist whatever then you know we get twist football and he's like apparently really good at football this is my thing with this football team I don't know how McCain made this team apparently he's good I don't believe my earring what the hell apparently McCain made the same football team I don't know how I won't talk I won't get rude I won't get rude into that so also in this episode Jules this is something that also was crossed over when we were having the discussion the first time Jules there's a scene where she's like should you be doing drugs he just got out of rehab and the mood was like it's fine and it was like hmm from the beginning Jules kind of had an inkling of wire that why are you still doing drugs so a sense of concern 'men trite which is great great to have an a friend however where we get is not great where we get is not great so this is like their first day of school and the teacher makes in ruse like a parent I think looks like a theater class makes rue get this teacher is a gremlin makes teeth the Rue get up and share a five-minute story of her summer first of all this is a small town I know you know she went to rehab I know you know she went to rehab why are you doing this you're a messy you're messy the teacher is messy why would you ask her to get up and share a five minutes - first of all five minutes in a class of 20 people her classes aren't that long why would you that that teachers I don't like but now he did we need to open up the discussion of the teachers at the school allowing no because the principal is also useless and spineless might I also yeah we need to look into the Faculty of the school I didn't even think of Ritalin so she makes us redo that and it was ridiculous and then she looks she's thinking back to her summer the scene after she died their drive after the overdose is a hell of a seat in the car I went after the car I when her mom confronts her like aren't you still doing drugs in my house that was a hell of a scene you know they were acting acting their asses off and then one week what seemed to be cut to Nate stalking the guy Maddie had sex maybe did she do that stalking this guy and then he used breaks into this guy's house and I don't I don't understand and then it sold this euphoria does this think it'll cut like it all shows you to cut back between plot lights so Nate's breaking into this guy's house and then it cuts back to ruse like backstory so Rou who was pumped full of drugs at age 7 at age 7 is now surrounded by every pill in the world because of her sick father all right so we've learned that backstory and then it's still the fritz till the first day of school not first it's like a couple of days later so now Kat her sex tape got leaked um child pornography I don't I guess it's kind of being kind of it was kids kind of ignored this whole show that is child pornography on children Nate wants to blackmail Jules then all of a sudden everyone recognizes that child pornography whatever so her sex think that leaks it's kind of irrelevant because she squashes it right away that's why cat it's kind of bad girl squash sit right away good for her but it still shouldn't have been linked to begin with then we cut what do we cut to next what scene happens in the second episode of his entire show what so rue bangs sound fezzes door demanding drugs right and then what happens what happens that little demented don't know what's the word DeMint or he comes in mister fentanyl that's who comes in this is my this isn't this just logistic thing I don't get why we couldn't have hidden in a room because she does that later in the show she hides in a room I don't know why she couldn't have hid in a room I don't know why she could have hidden in a bed pretended to be asleep I don't know why if she had some nurse clothes she could have pretended to be the nurse for the grandmother mother we don't know yet laying in the bed with the machine took up there there's a lot of things that could have happened instead of having her sit on the couch a lot of things could have happened without her having to sit on the couch and Piggy's room fresh out of rehab Roux fentanyl and the fact that he had to use a knife looks like a fishing knife to carve off a sliver as in like this sliver telling should tell you if you don't know offends analyze that to tell you all you need to know about fentanyl they need to use a knife to squeeze up a sliver to fresh out of rehab room and what is this theme sly with NATO beating blondie to a pope to a pope to a pope and then this is where things get dicey Nick then like gets in the shower afterwards so we're not really sure what exactly happened his name is Trent Tyler who cares now I wasn't sure what happened there and then we go back because they have to put these two most disturbing scenes right one after the other we go back to mouse about to assault room that's what that's what was going to happen I'm pretty sure it was clear about to assault Roo because he gave her the drugs that she said no to whatever and then Fez King was like no you're not doing that you're not doing that he spent $600 a lot of damn a lot of damn money especially when Fez seems to be not Fez just his whole thing he needs to keep money so he can I don't know live because he also doesn't you don't go to school and if that's his mother grandmother whoever that person isn't in the bed they don't have any source of income and then we cut back they rip the pay if you haven't seen this episode in a while Nate demolish this like kids that and he's got a kid he's planning to demolish Tyler's face he the it's not right his face is no longer it's no longer looks the way it wasn't it didn't look very good before but it really doesn't look good right now he he really really messed this kid's face up and while this is all happening mckay the little twerp why don't enjoy is um slut-shaming Cassie pretty much this entire show he goes back and forth from I love you you're a [ __ ] I love you you're a [ __ ] I love you stop showing your son this entire this entire season but especially this episode but if absolute ends with McKay begging begging Cassie for nudes when he just yelled at her for being a [ __ ] literally fifteen minutes prior that's McKay I'm said that for his episode episode three is cats episode here's my thing about cat I want to root for I am rooting for her because I actually want her to do well it's just not looking good it's just not looking good first off it's [ __ ] Daniel period you already knew that he's a little twerp it was [ __ ] Daniel when we didn't know who Daniel was now and who Daniel is now is very it makes sense who Daniel is now for what he did to cat when they were what 10 so cat writing Larry style writing Larry fanfiction is the moment legend what legend there and then if you remember when the show first came out Louie got so mad at that scene and I was like I don't understand the problem this is the only publicity you've gotten in the past five years take it um you should he should have taken it he should have I don't know made a song out anything this is the only publicity he's got in the past five years then he was mad about it he needs to get over it that was just that's just a little tangent really Louie Riel this is all you got in for the past five years whatever then we get a lesson on dick pics from Roux which is my I like detective rural it'll bit better but this is my second favorite scene so it was hilarious because we started this whole Jules and Tyler situation Rallo my god I'm really oh now and ah I'm in pain and pain and then rue goes um to her like in a meeting and like convinces that basically tricks the guy decide unless look a little flyer for her and then she goes up and that's like basically I've been sober for a while and Ali who I also forgot about when I was watching the show for second time I was like there's a lot of character little little characters that I had no idea still exist in whatever that's just maybe he's not that important but he kind of is so he's sitting in this pew listening to Roo talk about her story and he's like I know you're lying he said I know you're [ __ ] lying he really I don't know how he exactly knew exactly that she was lying that much but when he he read rue is a child he read through for filth and she's a child she he Wow when he said umm what why do you want to ruin your life it was a little too much it was a little too much but it was necessary I mean clearly didn't help matters because room has not gotten any better at all this entire show nothing we've seen we saw baby steps of improvements and it ended in nothing it culminated into being exactly back where we started which never said right with me so back to catch so cap had her first um Skype call the extreme kinks that was something that was something that was ooh that was something so now she is a cash Pig which is great which is great and then we go back to Nate so Nate's had an issue with dicks who thinks about it was I gonna have said he didn't like being around naked people and I'm sure he has a lot of intimacy issues um with a father like that and a month er dude does nothing I'm sure he would have a lot of intimacy issues so that wasn't surprising at all so then Maddie go snooping through Matt Nate's phone and what does she find what does she find not about 70 or 80 nutzy it's like 512 pictures of ding-a-lings from other people and it's see that's why you don't snoop cuz when you snoop you find things you don't like you've had things you don't you didn't want to see and you don't like and she says gotta go then so Cassie went to go visit Mackay act this all happened in this episode it's kind of crazy Cassie went to go visit Mackay at his college and it's very telling McKay is pledging this fraternity it's disturbing nasty fraternity that's a sign that's that's a sign the fraternity event McKay is pledging so he's pledging this fraternity and they make him first of all they're thrown around every kind of slur in the book this is a sign this is this is a sign of who McKay did this is a sign of who McKay is stop so a football player in five four they make him chug a four loko and he's site for and he does it whatever whatever and in kasi because kasi is a good girlfriend Islamic a wants McKay well it'll stay with her that's how he wants a good girlfriend she drinks a goldfish for him this is why when I say I want Cassie to do better I want she cussed Cassie deserves more she doesn't deserve this Jim deserved to drink goldfish she doesn't deserve to drink goldfish for this man there's oh my god drinking a goldfish drinking a goldfish for a man you know maybe for like no no drinking a goldfish a go a live gold no for whom no no it's not worth it then we had go back to cat because this happens in the same episode so cat intercepts one has a rebrand and she basically decides I'm gonna dress different and wear different makeup and stuff I liked it I kind of really like cats I like the way cat dresses now I think actually because before she kind of does rested like dressed dressed like everybody else and euphoria makes it a point that when each character seems to have develop into their own personality they have a specific wardrobe that goes with them that's why it's like you could dress up as Maddie for Halloween you could dress up as cat for Halloween could dress up as Lexie for Halloween no unless I can do a Bob Ross then you wouldn't know she doesn't have a personality yet they think a lot of their personality comes from makeup and hair which I love about euphoria that's what I mean I really look about them then this is probably the saddest scene of this entire show for me personally so drew and Jules are fighting and then who comes up crying for forgiveness basically and it's like it don't be mad at me don't be mad at me and then kind of professes her love for her and then tries to kiss her and then Jules rejected it and my heart broke and I was like ah that heart broke luggage into a gazillion pieces and then what happens and then what happens Rou once drugs and goes to Fez and basically is banging on his door demanding stuff this is my thing this is why Fez right now I would not like to put my faith in men but Fez is a king he said no here's the thing he had to do it he knew he had to do it that's why he was having so much trouble with it that's how he is having so much trouble hearing his friend in pain he had to do it he had to do it rune was good she was already like 3/4 of the way down a dark and twisty road but if he had opened the door for her she was full throttle full throttle down a road of despair and pain he had to do it he had he had to do it and because small town this is also the element of the small town he's the only probably place you can get drugs in this entire small town cut her off excellent work excellent friend that's something a friend does Fez caretaker interesting caretaker we see mother / grandmom there also he did that when he was getting her a sponge bath caretaker we're seeing a lot of elements of caretakers in euphoria I'll go back to the inn like um two episodes I think so yeah that and it forced her to call Olly who I still forget about to this day but you see her making progress and it all culminates and [ __ ] huh isn't that interesting so now episode 4 this is about Jules I didn't really have no issues with Jules back when this show was on a lot of people were like she's a bad influence for rue she's like Rouge drug which is just true that's kind of like not really an argument she is bruised new drug they were like Jules is kind of a dick and I'm like okay I really have no issues with her we heard her backstory which is you know disturbing and messed up her little [ __ ] wat of mother whatever sending her child to a ha I don't I'm gonna throw up so Jules an interesting character I like her so this is the carnival episode if you don't remember elite content elite content so this is a chili cook-off town I need you to understand how important this is being a small town a chili cook-off is what people look forward to in this town enough said enough said so Mackay spineless meets his high school bud he's in college meets his high school bud Nate he's in college and immediately for ghosts Kathy as his girlfriend immediately says I don't know who this girl is I don't know who this girl I've never I don't know who a cat Casa Castile I don't know what that is immediately cuz he met his high school football mate whatever whatever and then so Jules is like oh my god that's the guy I hooked up with at the motel Andrew was like that's Nate's dad whoa that was crazy and so she just she didn't believe her so Jules when Jules walked past Nate's dad so Nate's dad Ari looks kind of sickly to me when Jules walked past him the man looked like he died and then woke up again it looked like he had he they had just screamed clear in in grey-sloan Memorial Hospital that's what it looked like he looked dead he already looked sick but now he looked dead and sick no no ma'am that ow whoo and then at the end towards and when he comes back this is this isn't it oh this was a parallel at the end when he comes and he was like begging and pleading Jules not to tell anyone about what what um what they did together that's a very interesting that's a that was a because he was he was like add a rock-bottom level of desperation he was like please I'm begging you with all of my heart please don't tell which I'll come back to in a second so then Madan Castillo doing Molly okay let mean Ethan and Kat we might eat them like a couple episodes ago he sat next to her and I guess the biology room it was so cute so listen I'm refusing to put any trust into a man I say this again but I like Ethan I'm gonna regret saying I'm gonna regret saying that I mean I like Ethan he's so um this is the thing I don't like calling people nice I don't think that's a very good word to need to describe someone it usually means fake in some sort of way but he's like so V I'm gonna regret that I'm gonna regret that immediately I might even cut that out so this is my thing with this scene this is my thing with Kat so Ethan is talking to his blonde girl right and Kat is like this is hmm we have to look at Kat deeper issues her episode really it kind of like scratch a lot of with most of these backstories just scratch the surface of their issues but cats especially didn't even get into like anything really really important about her issues with self-worth all right so he/she sees Ethan just talking to this blonde girl and immediately creates a scenario in her head which is also a thing and what does she immediately go and do she finds this deadbeet peaked in high school clown and has sex with him on top of a car I don't know what else you want me to say and then you know she says she's 16 man's don't care and he's at least probably 25 well she does have psyche with them and then she says at the end when he asks is like did you come just like no creates her power move complex not an issue to have at all but this she's now adding like notches to her belt of like oh I'm exerting power over men not a bad thing to do but in term when you pair it with terrible self-worth it's not looking good it's not looking good so that's something that the worst thing having accessible so Maggie pushes off Molly goes and pushes over the chili it was a cultural reset whatever and then you have it then it leads to physical abuse physical a bit I don't know if you haven't seen this show he the imprint he left on Maddie's neck because you know he's already so much bigger covered her entire neck it was bright red and then it's scabbed that's how deep she grabbed her neck it's scabbed please pay attention please pay attention to that and then so Maddie's that's what Maddie did off Mollie Cassie off molly went onto a carousel and it was basically masturbating on a carousel basically with the horse because she's high as a kite and she did this after Mackay basically uh I hate the man after he like forgave um forget her as a girlfriend and she went with the Daniel to do that then Tweedledee and Tweedledum are trying to mess with Gia they do this multiple times throughout the show why we haven't learned anything yet I will never understand I will never understand and they're also [ __ ] cuz in this episode they were like hmm um why are you a [ __ ] now rue is it because you overdose oh I wish she would have grabbed them by the hair and throw them on the ground cuz you really could those evil tiny ugly little boys oh my god and then how does this episode at the carnival upset if you don't remember so Jules goes to meet Tyler yep yep that's this episode carnival what a what an episode this is a what an episode she goes to meet Tyler and it's Nate but we knew that you and I knew that but like Nate is a disgrace to this planet let me explain to you this is the name in his episode and we need to get into me you used this relationship that you've built with Jules yourself and that's a facade cheese you don't want to deal with your real issues and you decide to blackmail her because of us you decided to show once again exactly what kind of person you are and what kind of values you uphold I don't trust you Jules I don't trust you Jules you're so broken inside Hakeem and trust yourself reverse the camera reverse the camera Nate seem like they're just seemed like they're describing yourself a bit of projection a bit of projection a parallel cuz this have been like right after Nate's dad was going in begging and pleading Jules not to say anything we have two different paths Nate's dad goes oh please I'm Tony buddy Nate goes blackmail that's what we get from these two people hmm meaning his dad the parallels between them something continued in season two I would like to see more of it that's actually very interesting to see how different yet similar they are because it's based on the same thing but the choices that they choose to make are like in total opposite directions she's threatening on with the news that she sent to him and he's like she's like well you have chop and run from your phone and he's like well Tyler doesn't really exist okay that's whatever yeah whatever and then the final line that she tells him cut deep you know it's hilarious it was so funny so like now at the very end episode Jules goes and runs through after that whole situation which was aloof yeah she didn't see that so here's my thing with rules it's a codependent relationship it's a toxic I've learned this throws that word around nowadays but it's a toxic relationship really not the best thing for either of them and I like both those characters so I need this to stop just so I need it to stop so they can become better individual people right okay now episode 5 is Maddie's episode so um I have no real issue okay I have issue with Maddie but not anything like substantial I've just kind of like I'm very indifferent toward I'm rooting for characters before I root for her if that makes sense so Matt it was a pageant girl and then you know the pageantry ended because of you know I'm pedophile and then she's like um I want to do nothing and I was like that's kind of a mood she's like I just kind of want to do nothing and I'm kind of happy with it so before we can get into what happened in this episode because this is when she's like [ __ ] really hit the fan it's episode I want you cuz I talked about just rules and jewels like a couple of seconds ago the relationships started with them getting a lip tattoo with rules on it that's I'm just gonna put that out there the relationship started with a tattoo I'm gonna put that out there and you're gonna sit with it for a little bit until we talk about it again so she goes to school with the turtleneck and my hoodie trying to cover up cuz neat oh I don't you need to look up a picture I might put picture up here it's no no no no no so of course she faints because it's a high school and they don't have AC so she faints any no mandatory reporting and they called me in and they call its parents in also Nate's dad thinks that Jules reported him and he comes and looking sweaty not the man needs an antacid like he looks constantly nauseous I'm not sure what's going on just take pepto bit what's going on okay whatever so they come in and do that and this cut they cut away to a different scene whatever Cassie and Daniel start I don't really I don't want to speak about Daniel because I'm gonna get really upset and I don't want to get upset on camera guys right so cats full rear end has happened now she's fully ignoring Ethan based off of what a made-up scenario in her head so I like cats rebrand I said this before but it has no it does the foundation of where the rear end came from is what is very worrisome to me which will lead me to believe that we're gonna see these same issues again in season two if we don't get a therapist on the phone all right the foundation probably been drunk before but she really jumped into alcohol and this night and red flag red red flag and in the pool jumps in the pool this also resulted as a result of Nate which we didn't find out until the end of this episode Jules can't share stuff with Drew and fear of like breaking Roo or causing Roo to do things she might regret which is another issue with their relationship because like Roo didn't even understand why Jules was getting she just thought Rouge was getting pissy drunk out of nowhere she did couldn't even she didn't even tell her at first that it was about Nate okay this is the Halloween episode it's Daniel who's having this Halloween party Daniel dressing up as Ted Bundy for Halloween is a red flag if a man dresses up as if anyone dresses up as a serial killer for Halloween that's a red flag Ted Bundy I do not care I don't care if it's Halloween I don't care if it's fake someone choosing to dress up as a serial killer for Halloween told me all I need to know being a white fraternity and this goes back to what his father said about you have to take it up and bottle up your rage until you explode up absolute nightmare because he when he was in the bathroom in Cass's like are you okay and then he comes out he's like why he had your shirt little things not little little things grow grow until you can control them anymore okay now we have the parallel stream so then Casta comes back home that was like a flashback so Cassie's at home now at the Halloween party now we have Cassie and Daniel and Kat and Ethan parallels right now colossal nightmare so evil purposes drew is how much like thought had to go into this plan a lot of [ __ ] thought had to go into this plan it's eat so he like goes back to Tyler's house he gets back I don't know why I didn't change the locks got back into his house salt in the plan he's like you option A or option B he involved Jules Tyler and Maddie for all good god and then these cops are idiots but what else is new we already knew that and then to walk into the Halloween party in a prisoner costume was something else was really some okay I need to move on that was something else that was such a like I'm evil and I'm proud of it very very very alarming now we had episode 7 which is Cassie's episode I loved Cassie this is my favorite character the little Cassie kid like the younger Cassie casting was euphoria's best they look exactly the little girl who played her what she was like seven look they look exactly the same so but from a from I liked how they hinted at this issue with Cassie and her body and being pretty and stuff in the last episode who tell where it came from and this one Cassie's mom is a little bit of a menace a lot of projection from Cassie's mom Cassie's dad is a master manipulator and evil little thug and it killed when he came back to their house to steal [ __ ] to pawn left the man left her broken and now look where we are now look where we are I need her and Lexi's relationship please see little hints of it I need it flushed out in the lexi episode that I am expecting in season 2 in I don't a that's no longer an ask it's no longer a question it's no longer a suggestion it's demand let's see in the shadows Lexi as caretaker she's always taking care of everyone from Cassie to Roo to her mother to her mother and with the Ruth thing you know I see you see it you see it feelings night might not be coming from Roo but they're certainly coming from Lexi array there we're gonna need to unpack that a little bit in the Lexi episode right maybe have a his size may be infest didn't even flinch she was like mmm Neal's really trying to get a rise out of him and I was like no I'm doing this with my friend for my family it's a good man that's a good man so now we have a roundtable discussion that Cassie called like a friend meeting and this is when Kat and Matty went tit for tat and that was a nightmare it was a dragon that both the girls have really needed but I don't know why Kat letting Matty get in the last word because Maddie throws on the c-word like it's nothing so it almost loses meaning coming from her like she calls everyone the c-word and I'm like I don't know why that stopped doin your tracks but whatever so I see this is what I was talking about before I've seen issue of Kat and Maddie Kat always being there for Maddie and Maddie turning around and always like um expected her to do stuff but in the first episode when the world star white girl with the black sand was like making fun of Kat she was like why are you why are you being all the way always being a dick that kind of stuff but she was saying that because she was making fun of Kat when they all were kind of making fun of Katarina virgin she was the only one who stepped to cats defense so it seems like they've had maybe the clue may be the longest relationship of mating Maddie and Cassie are the closest I would like to see this more unpacked okay all right so then Kat um lets Maddie get in the last word and then she walks back crying because Maddie really got her in the jugular I mean like you changed but not in a good way right and this leads to Lexie talking about how she's never had two guys interested in her and Cassie just chalks up to her being shy which is like how about you listen to your sister when she's trying to get advice from you instead of just like burning bet it back to what seems to be a common pattern of what she does to Lexie Lexie in the shadows Lexie being shy when she's really not it's really not that I was just kind of quiet maybe shy and quiet are two different things if you didn't know so then rule meets her mother's new boyfriend butterface whatever he is nosy and his voice is weird I don't like him I wasn't on the same thing never a little bit rude but like it was needed all right it's very interesting what I like about you for you not only with her wardrobe and hair and makeup and stuff the tradition between her manic and depressive episodes with music and with the scene in the room that Wow Amy Wow excellent the seam of the room is a transition between the manic and depressive episode it's a really incredible scene so Roo is now in her depressive love Island no peeing state and jewels are somewhere else they're old school friends and bootleg ruined guests and that's something for me Jules says you remind me of Rue whatever what I think whatever Anna's her name and I guessed she helped Jules break through that hole why do you need a guy to help you conquer your femininity with some mint apparently not apparently not I'll never know peace so that happens and then she shuts the camera and yeah people were speculating they're like it's probably Ethan and I'm like good lord good lord and then we with that scene we have a layover we were layover after that scene we now have Jules at the rape andrew's bladder exploding Jules at a rave Andrews bladder exploding right so at Jule's at the rape the hallucinations of Nate that was an absolute nightmare Andrews bladder it's exploding and she has a kidney infection just the usual and the episode endeth what Nate being a little punk and calling the police to a rated fezzes house fans didn't even really threaten him really he was just like Roos my family I really like her and you know I want the best for her and like he didn't really threaten that do you really didn't threaten Nate but Nate insecurities and also an abuse of power he just likes to abuse its power call the police on him causing Fez so what have to throw out all the drugs right and lose all his money and mouse guy with the with the you know fishing knife and the fentanyl he now lost all his drugs said he didn't even want to buy in the first place because he only sells drugs in this tiny little highschool town and he had it like a lot hmm interesting so now we're on those season finale episode 8 it's a winter formal this isn't anybody's episode um whatever so rue was in the hospital with no responsibilities and shot that at the beginning and she's like at the hospital is a place where I can do kind of whatever I want I don't have to actually do anything and that was a cute scene it was kind of fun to hear Roo sort of happy for us so now the finale episode had the best hair the best makeup the best clothes I thought they'd been killing it all seasons but the culmination was just absolutely ridiculous Maddie's look for the winter formal was one for the books I needs to be an Ashley book somewhere it's beautiful like a round of applause the styling team will top of them more in like a second this person that Nate takes the winter formal what an irrelevant character apparently she was on the cheerleading team but whatever she's again adding to image his dad has made it very clear from episode one that image is the most important thing and Maddie is bad for image the main stick like five foot ten blonde girl her entire ass was out I would like to just don't want to discuss but I think I had I know it stink listen imagine having your ass in a high school gym your entire ass out in a high school gym I mean could you imagine the odor but didn't have to come to what actually happened what happened in this steam I mean they kissed and like they were like I like you whatever could have happened at the carnival this could have happened at the carnival the kiss could have happen at the ferris feel but why didn't it creating fake scenarios in your head it doesn't work out it never works out never works no creating fake scenarios in your running the play by himself but once we get home he won in the game he won the game for this team because he did the last play by himself because his teammates couldn't do anything right he won the game but broke up the team he became he focused on himself he focused on himself rather than his his image as football captain and this leads to one of the scariest scenes on the show we need the Emmy Jacob oh lordy the name around his last name we need the Emmy that seen him banging his head on the floor we need the Emmy there's were past nominations we need vme handed to him he was act King you the ice-skating scene which is it's one of my favorite makeup looks that she's done it's very interesting ice skating representing Cassie it's something pure clean ice in Cassie hmm I like that then ruin jewels for some reason think it's a good room things is a good idea for them to run away together could you imagine if that's actually happened because you imagine if fruit actually went through with it and ran away with jewels the two of them are already a disaster under their parents roofs imagine if they'd to live by themselves no very very glad you had the sense to get off the train very glad rue had the sense to get off the train oh it would have been a disaster and then we got some flashbacks to like a little bit more of Roos background was back on a sprinkle throughout the entire show her mother is kind of rude has had some really choice words for her daughter and some of the hardest times of her life and it took gia the little child in the house and be like this isn't helping calling her Roo all types of name isn't gonna help situation took her she was like what like twelve or something man that wasn't really that was I don't like his mom okay no and throughout this whole time what's been happening feds been breaking into somebody's house peace is not a thing while watching you for you it's really not so he's broke into somebody's house or robbed this doctor and this dummy reaches for a gun until Fez has to do what he has to do do do do listen listen so there was a child's watching and that's not good however this is my thing Fez had a very averse reaction to seeing the child he all had a very averse react because not only did fancy the child but the doctor also saw the child he had a very like emotional reaction to seem a kid I'm thinking look they could find out why in his episode but again I'm demanding which will be handed to me immediately in season two hopefully and like episode 2 because can't give him you can't give it to us off the bat you got it get that [ __ ] wet first like of course but I'm hoping we'll find out why it had such such an emotional reaction to seeing the kid and the second the dad wanted to like protect the kid he immediately went to bat [ __ ] on the dad I'm very interested into seeing why that happened may just me and then you know he gets the money doesn't see the pint of blood all over the cash when when I'm sitting here in pain and they just cut away from that scene and we go back to ruh doing a line again peace is not a thing while watching this show it's really not a thing anymore I will never know happiness so like once that episode aired everyone turned into a scriptwriter on Twitter and was like people like she died and the first and their first season is her telling the story from like but this is a look this is way dark this is a lot more dark heavy nearing cult-like with all those people in the red and like the representative like her hoodie her dad's hoodie is very very interesting for me to watch right so that's all the episodes now Noah the Wardrobe so I know the common person not perception common thought is that Maddie is the best wardrobe I'm gonna say I want Cassie's wardrobe more me personally I would want minds I'm a I'm confident enough to wear that stuff yet but I'm working on it but her makeup Oh is beautiful Maddie's makeup is so so beautiful and yeah I like half his war job the best I think Cassie is that stress in my opinion however Cassie dresses like a regular person like there's nothing I do like I do like the stuff that she wears the most but she does dress like a regular person everyone else on the show like I talked about before at the beginning has an individualized style think I have probably some of Cassie's pieces in here I don't have Maddie's that's something that's very interesting to me I like how they made everything like certain characters became super super their personalities showed through their clothes and their makeup in their hair and then others are not and it showed in different ways like how rudest like Seth Rogen that is also an extreme selling of who she is on the inside kind of a mess right right clothes are use in this show to prove a point it's very very interesting so you for you as a show is kind of like um I don't want to call it a movement because that's not the right word but it's kind of a big deal it wouldn't be as big as it is if things weren't completely individualized that show because ridiculous messy horny teenagers on drugs is not new but adding in the super Beckett recognizable aspects of each character and each girl got a certain look like how I said you could dress as some of them for Halloween and you would immediately recognize the character it's something that this show does very very well so I'm sure I mean Halloween's canceled this year but even the last year people dress up as Maddie for Halloween Maddie's carnival episode that's a gorgeous outfit by the way it's recognizable it's something that you foria and has done very very well they were able to tap into exactly what Jen Z wants to see in a show like that and it became it looks like a cult roping and people watched right so this is what I require consistent to UM I know Fleming got cut short cuz not even sure they film for like a day cuz the virus but I need you know Lexi episode says episode I would like to know more about Nate's dad actually I'm intrigued I want to know more about Gia as well I don't know give her a whole episode cuz she kind of is just their butts Lexi's also kind of just I want more from both of them right Ethan I'm simply nervous I don't know what to think or feel I'm just nervous Kat and him give me a headache a headache and I just want it to go well but we haven't really addressed the deep-rooted issues between the two of them then just making up in the finale was like alright but we didn't have a conversation I mean Kat kind of was like when I saw them you talking to that blonde girl I was kind of like I wanted to hurt you as much as you hurt me that was a good start we needed to delve a little bit deeper it's just making me nervous and then when they added in the black screen it made me it's making me even more nervous all right I would never want to see McKay again I want Nate to die a painful death I don't want him to die but I whoo I can't the dark you just be happy there's at least a black person on the show that was half my grown ish video that was half of the comment section why can't you guys just be happy there's at least one black person on this show it's disheartening to have a show that basically prides itself on diversity and shaking the table and talking about real issues and showing what life is like for our generation and you don't see yourself on the show that's it that's basically that's the reasoning behind it there's no it's not a very hard thing to understand on a very hard thing to grasp you have a show that is being rewarded and being critically acclaimed for talking about real fundamental issues and you don't see yourself on the show that's that's like any of these characters could have been a dark skinned black girl any of these I mean you had to you had miss world star in there before a dark-skinned black girl Ana people are like well people like myth miss world star exists in towns like that and I'm like I get that but like can I get something anything please any of these characters could have been a dark-skinned black girl any of them could have been like having it also having a dark-skinned black guy is not the same thing you guys need to do the reading do the reading do the reading if you want to know why it's not the same it's not it's not it doesn't give me anything debit our skin black eye on the show it doesn't that's it so yeah that's the major issue with euphoria it's a good show it is better the second time you watch it I like the first time when I was watching it like a live week by week II was already good but the second time once you know everything that's gonna happen kind of and you can like pinpoint and relate back and see where things actually come from and you can make a little analysis ones like that it gets a lot better it is it it's a lot better if you watched it another time so yeah that's it this was long I don't know how I love the idea of revisiting popular tv shows while they are still on the air. I think nostalgia makes us remember things with a skewed perspective, like HIMYM, so rewatching a show while it’s still airing keeps you always reevaluating it and it’s “worth”
