all right guys we're doing this we finally got one what am I talking about here well first off one final hurray with the Epiphone Firebird before I sent it away to the winner we haven't we haven't chosen the winner yet but the giveaway is over for this one so that will be leaving here soon but I've been on the waiting list for this item because it's been out of stock for a very long time and I finally got one a lot of people said that these aren't very good I'm here to prove them wrong because these are awesome now a year ago me and Rhett while we were at gear Fest made a video of a bunch of different fuzz pedals now this one was particularly it's hard to say interesting because it was only 29 it was the cheapest of all the fuzz pedals someone loud is walking upstairs right now now I've been waiting to get this because we made the video then they sold out of them and they haven't had any more of these so I've been on the Sweetwater waiting list and I'm so pumped up to get it so this is kind of an odd video because I bought this myself and a lot of you were like hey are you gonna make a video about it and I was like sure so I reached out to Sweetwater and said hey would you sponsor a video about this pedal so this video is sponsored by Sweetwater I'm going to link down my entire rig down below but I did buy this myself so they did not give me this I bought it because I wanted it if you would check out all the links I'm gonna have for my rig that I'm using here today that is a huge way to support the channel and it's totally free so check this out if you would right right off the bat let's just get nasty right right away okay here's here's kind of our bass tone I'll give you the signal path here in just a minute so it's got a little bit of grit going a little bit and then all of a sudden I'm like oh wait hold on I love it let me set the title up here I'll kick it on and off up here like I said this is not gonna be a real in-depth it's diode clipping it's this I don't know any of that stuff I just know that when I heard this pedal I was like 29 bucks that thing's cool so I had to get one now it has two different settings but what really intrigued me more was a friend of mine Brett said that a lot of the guys in Nashville like this boost setting on her I'm like to be honest I didn't even know it had a boost setting I literally just we used it for the fuzz I didn't know that there was a boost now the rig that I will link down below is this Epiphone Firebird into the Super Fuzz into my trusty Marshall origin and that is going into a two notes torpedo live now they don't actually make those anymore but I will link the kind of the equivalent the captor X is kind of what they're making now but basically it is a digital amp cabinet and mic system so because I don't have I can't be loud in here like that so anyways like I said we have the bass tone from the Marshall and actually I think I'll use my lust Ball Junior sitting here I'll use it here in a minute too so we can get some P90s so if you go to the Boost which does sound really good [Music] [Music] that's interesting because it loses a lot of it's it's still kind of fuzzy ish but it's different you know so right away I was like oh the Boost is cool my only drawback to this pedal and I do want to make sure I kind of throw this more in the front of the video so people know ahead of time is it is plastic the pedal is not metal I don't think this is something you want to take on tour with you or even live it's at home it's fun it's for the person who maybe doesn't really like fuzz or wants to get a fuzz pedal to see if they like fuzz this is a great way to jump into it it's not going to break the bank but also keep in mind like don't be stomping on this thing like it's a you know you know steel pedal or something it's plastic might need to be a little more gentle with it so that's the that's the whole reason why they can keep the price down on them is it's not made out of metal and all that kind of stuff that boost is nice [Music] but we ain't here for the Boost we're here for the fuzz [Music] so I will say fuzz 2 is not my favorite [Music] which I don't dislike but I really like fuzz one [Music] you gotta play a fuzzlord riff right it just sounds cool here's the um Les Paul junior with it [Music] so that's just amp boost getting turned all the way up let's maybe tame that a little bit [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] there you have it I'm not I'm not gonna you know draw this out guys if you are looking for a cool and fun fuzz pedal this is it if if they're still in stock snag one while you can because I haven't tried any of the other Behringer pedals you guys let me know if you've tried them because I'd be curious to actually try them because I'm impressed I think that this one sounds great 29 I would have been so pumped as a kid to have this I'm pumped right now as a 30 year old I'm pumped so anyways thank you to Sweetwater for sponsoring this video check these out down below if you want to snag one you can I appreciate that and uh yo get your fuzz on let's end it let's end it fuzzy on the uh on the Les Paul junior let's let's dime everything we're Diamond at all [Music] foreign [Music]
