Food is so yummy, I like when I get to eat it. We're here in Nichelle's kitchen, is it adorable? I mean, it's a bit of a mess, but it's fun to have you here. And, I just wanna tell you guys, first of all, about some of my favorite kitchen gadgets. I got them all from Jane. Really? Yes! I get everything from there. My lemon juicer, my herb scissors, my pickle picker. What's a pickle picker? It's like a stick that you put into the jar so you don't have to touch the pickle with your finger. Oh, like Peter Parker picked a pickle picker piper. Yeah exactly. That's so, Jane sell's more than just clothes it also sells things like home decor and kitchenware. Yeah. (laughing) Oh my gosh were so funny I know like guys I'm just like in a goofy mood today. It's like, look out I'm the funny one remember though. You're gonna wanna stay tuned cause will be sharing our fav recipes for cheat days, and every days, and more. First off, the most common question we get is how do we look the way we do, especially after having kids? Yes, every day, every five minutes, Constantly people are asking me these questions all the time, always, and I'm always like shh, and I don't say anything cause I don't want anyone to look as good as me. Wait, really? I'm honestly, like, not on a diet. Like, I know it's crazy, What? but like I'm doing this new thing called intermittent fasting. It means that basically I can eat whatever I want. What? That's the crazy part. That's crazy. It's literally whatever I want. I can just only eat for thirty minutes every six days. That's easy. Right! That's like really sustainable. No, like anyone could do it. Even you. I just do a crossover of keto, paleo, and vegetarian. Which essentially means, I just eat avocados. Well we hope those tips and tricks were super helpful for you. Now were going to move on to our favorite everday recipes. ♪Ohh ♪ Were so fun. Just because you don't eat beans, dairy, tortillas, or grains of any kind, doesn't mean that you can't have a delicious burrito. Here's your paper that I just watered down, it's just a piece of office paper. Then you've got some meat, just some fake meat. Mmmm, on goes the cheese, yummy. Next, let's add some spice to it, muy caliente. Then we're going to finish it up with this bird seed, because birds need nutrition too. Then you just roll it up, so perfectly. ♪Taadaa ♪ Ay, caramba. Now this is two servings right? Mhmm This is actually four servings. Oh my goodness, Yes. Thank goodness, I was like, that's like... This will feed your whole family. Mhmm So I absolutely love chia sludge. Some people say they prefer a smoothie, but I think the sludge really stays in your digestive tract a bit more. Like I can eat chia sludge and then be full for like fifty days after. Like this was the diet Gandhi should've been on, and then six steps later ♪taadaa you have your chia sludge. Oh, defies gravity. It's like eating a snail that makes you skinny. Mmmm Like a magic potion snail. Wow. Cute. This is, a go to in my house, because my kids love it so much. Instead of a red sauce on these mini pizza's we do seaweed, a little ham. You know just imagine that these are real Italian ingredients. See it's a very similar consistency, when you really think about it there's not a huge difference. Then we have our tofu. Which is, you know, I feel like it's not really meat, it's not really cheese, it's not really anything. It's just there. Add the broccoli, and then for a finishing touch wild cultivated rice. ♪Vwah-lah You have a delicious meal for the whole family that everyone will eat. Mmm, just like regular pizza. It's completely like regular pizza, it look amazing. It really gives you the pizza experience. (orchestra music) One more recipe for everyday, we all make the same post workout smoothie, and it is absolutely scrumptchy. Okay so your gonna start with some ice, some kale for your hammies, some coconut yogurt for your tum-tum, and some flaxseed for your boot. You're so bad. I know I'm just being sassy. And then remember our secret ingredient, batteries. Alright lets blend it up, yummy! Bon appétit! Mmm, that battery acid has a great zing to it. So, now were sharing our favorite cheat meals. This is a go to party favorite for me. As you know I've thrown a lot of parties. Yeah, that's why we call her the party thrower. It's an inside joke. (laughs) This is my go to cheat meal, grilled butternut squash. Oh my gosh, yum! Ohh-- I could just like num on squash all day long. Oh yeah, but you can't. Like I have a sweet tooth though. You can't though, the carbs and the cals in butternut squash. Well yeah, like not like all day long but... That's why it's called a cheat meal. Yeah. Squash is a cheat meal. For sure. Cantaloupe is never, grapes are never, pineapple never. Potato never. Never. Carrots never. Carrots never. Apples never. Mmm mm. Kale sure, sure. As you can see this is squash. It's very good. Orange. Sometimes yellow. There's like some white parts, and if you just grill it, (snap) the perfect party food. Delicious and nutritious, but indulgent. Mmm, what a treat. Ah, it's so sweet. It's almost too sweet, that's why I prefer lentils. Uh, lentils are my weakness. I just want to like keep snacking at it. Nuh-- no no. I have to smell it. It's just for treat time. I'm tempted to push my cheat day back a year. Oh, be strong. Yeah, I will. Stay strong. Okay, so my favorite cheat meal of all time, and how I stay so slim is something that I like to call smell foods, It will make you feel like you just had your Thanksgiving dinner. Mainly, this is what I do instead of eating Thanksgiving dinner. So, for smell foods you just combine like whatever you can find around the house. Anything that you want to smell, and then you just mix it up, and then it becomes your smell food. See that beautiful color? Mmmm, delicious. All you do is you take off the lid and you do one big inhale, and that's seriously enough, like I'm so full, it's super rich. Wow. Oh my gosh that's amazing. I know right, and that's all.
