Entitled millennial snowflake gets owned by hotel owner

well a Dublin hotel has hid out after being flooded with one star reviews and abusive comments by YouTube vloggers after refusing to give a social-media influencer a free stay o social-media influencer after an online rao the exasperated owner Paul Stenson said all bloggers are now banned from the venue the white moves cafe posted an anonymized email from a 22 year old who has over 80,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel in it she asked for a free stay for her and her boyfriend in exchange for posts about the hotel on her social media channels poor ol snowflake elder B who has 87 thousand YouTube subscribers and 76 thousand Instagram followers identified herself and posted a tearful video telling her followers about the hotel's treatment of her calling the owner malicious my broken Angels this one's my broken angel why thank you this one is for anybody who is or aspiring to be a social-media influencer a social-media influencer you guys know I never ever feed into drama except today it's not sort of person I am I'm so bad at confrontation but this morning something happened which absolutely infuriated me oh my god what what infuriated you was it small children from right around the world who were dying from starvation it is it the children that have been stolen from their families to become part of the sex trade oh my god tell me what's infuriated you so much they look fantastic I would be absolutely honored to stay that than the emails and then me and my friend went shopping that would be my friend and I we went to Primark when I was in Primark I checked my phone and I had loads and loads of Twitter notifications nothing what do you mean that's weed you're a social-media influencer that would be normal wouldn't it like loads and loads of Twitter feeds and I saw on Twitter somebody had sent me my email somebody had sent a screenshot of my email to me on Twitter and the screenshot from the original hotels Facebook page I had numerous tweets calling me a freeloader disgusting skanky what was the word bitch silenced out oh I didn't know which is like I guess normal that's normal for me to have comments so now it's normal before it was weird now it's normal from random people that I've never heard of in my life my email was screenshotted on one of these posts with an absolutely savage caption oh my god absolutely Savage absolutely savage o-m-g she's not 22 all because I had gone to this certain hotel and emailed them politely offering them a business idea a business proposal a collaboration idea with nothing but the purest intentions there we have it nothing with the purest intention I want to stay in your hotel for free that's the purest intention that I have nothing they then decided to take that email which I've written to them in confidentiality but firstly it's not written to them in confidentiality it's written to them in confidence and secondly you didn't write to them in confidence or in confidentiality because you started your email with hi there which we know what you did you copied and pasted that and sent it out to about 15 or 20 different hotels hoping that one of them would respond to you with a favorable response but you didn't get that what you got was the truth I'm over social media pages with nothing but malicious intent they posted that email but I had written to them with thousands of likes of followers whoever basically saying I was an awful person for even suggesting that I get to stay there maybe a discount or free D social influencer I know your name but apparently it's not important to use names thank you for your email looking for free accommodation in return for exposure it takes a lot of balls to send an email like that if not much self-respect and dignity if I let you stay here in return for a feature in a video who's going to pay the staff to look after you who is going to pay the house keepers to clean your room the waiters who serve you breakfast the receptionist who checks you in who is going to pay for the light and heat you use during your stay maybe I should tell my staff that they will be featured in your video in lieu of receiving payment for work carried out while you're in residence lucky for us we do have a significant social media following we have one hundred and eighty six thousand followers on our to Facebook pages an estimated 80,000 on our snapchat thirty-two thousand on Instagram and a paltry 12,000 on our Twitter but Jesus Christ I would never in a million years ask anyone for anything for free I also blog a bit which as far as I'm aware is another way of saying write stuff on the Internet the above stats do not make me any better than anyone else or afford me the right to not pay for something everyone else has to pay for in future I'd advise you to offer to pay your way like everyone else and if the hotel in question believes your courage will help them maybe they will give you a complimentary upgrade to a suite this no so which is that did you ask for a discount or did you ask for it for free we just have to explain a few things to you you cannot have your heart literally sink to the bottom of your stomach because that would be like heart sink bottomless stomach dead one thing when you run a blog a social media page whatever is you do and you put yourself out because you're in control of the content that the people on the other end of the screen are seeing but when something of you is is taken from a confidential message to a business business with a fully grown man running this business and then blasted over their social media pages I don't even know they wanted they wanted they wanted that posted blow up I don't Marina I don't really know what their intent was no there no their intent was to say to you hey if you want to come and stay in our hotel it would be a probably a good idea that you pay for it because we have costs that we need to pay for like staff and elevators and the restaurants and people trying to feed you hatin heating and lighting that's what his intent was you just want it for free it was just malicious and nasty and it didn't come from a good place I cannot be fair enough that that post was literally aimed for people to be like what the hell oh my god what like I disgust him freeloader like who does she think she is she's so up herself she thinks she's God's gift man I have to stop there for a moment what the hell happened to your eye man you have really burst the vessel in there didn't you like seriously this has got you over the moon like you've just gone and literally a blood vessel burst in your eye that's literally my Instagram and I had hundreds of comments on my most recent Instagram posts people tagging their friends and this is the girl oh my god what a disgusting freeloader pay your own way you're nothing special babe like all of these I guess degrading comments literally all Bakr's a group of people who don't necessarily understand the social media world like can I just say something sure go ahead I'm listening these were all people that I saw what over the age of like 30 years plus 30 years plus literally literally literally internet bullying 22 year old literally internet bullying Oh hashtag me too here we have it this is where it starts one of those little snowflakes that will now go on and say hashtag me too because she asked for something for free and which is politely told no go who is trying to do nothing but run her own business try and succeed in something she loves well then run your own business try and succeed in something that you do love without asking other people for handouts raise awareness about what appear to be an absolutely stunning hotel in Dublin I mean asking brands for free stuff in exchange for retweets doesn't often work but sometimes the attempts are just hilarious case in point but if you have something of value that others want you may be asked more than just a few times from people who want something from you in exchange for well nothing let's say for example they want your advice and they want you to speak at their event all they want you to review something or even want you just to teach them how to do your stuff so what do you say when someone asks you for your business in return for something that you don't see as equal value do you think she deserves
