Empires SMP: New Students at the Magic Academy!

today's the day everyone i'm very excited very excited indeed hello everyone and welcome to the empire's smp where today the academy will be officially opened it's finished well uh finished enough nobody saw that there may be a few details still to work out with the dorm rooms but the classrooms are ready to go which means it's time for me to invite my very first student this is a huge decision everyone who am i going to invite i've got a lot of magical potential here on empires but i know exactly the person who deserves to receive an invite today dear ocean queen i would like to formally invite you to attend the crystal cliffs academy of wizardry lizzy shall be the official first crystal cliff student the invitation is prepared everyone let's deliver it to the ocean queen here it is the ocean kingdom i just know there's magic here look at it it's magical for sure just plop a purple delivery right there she'll notice her right mission accomplished now let's hope she accepts the invite i have chosen lizzie to come to the academy because i can sense that she possesses a great skill i sent something the other day and i had a feeling but then i heard news that lizzie attempted a transformation and she did it successfully albeit it took a couple tries but still it's a lot of unharnessed skill that we could own at the academy one of the lessons that i would like to offer at my academy is a flight class because we have dragons here and i regularly fly with them at the academy so i figure it's only right that i make all members of the academy pass a mandatory flight class i'll have the class start over here and travel through loops that are all around the empire earning points as they do should be simple for the very skilled flyers we have on empire smp these rings are such a cool challenge honestly i should have built them forever ago they go all around my base towards the mountains and i'm not even done yet they're a little tricky but hopefully not too much i'm fine with everything complete it's time to accept our first student oh gosh i hope our first student accepts this is a big moment for the academy if i could successfully help one of the empires with their magic that'd be a big deal look there she is the ocean queen ow very graceful hello i need to work on that hello headmistress hello ocean queen i received your letter oh did you good good hand it here then [Music] so to accept the invitation of course yes please i would like to study wizardry this yes will become your official book of study here at the academy okay it's very important to keep this safe and you take good notes my grandma welcome to the academy come on in now while you're a student here there are a few challenges and classes that you'll need to take and complete if you would like to excel at our academy of course i am ready to learn yeah yeah you'll be able to master them no problem at all no problem so you can make use of any of the classrooms that we have here we have one on that end for writing and then we have one over on this end for potions oh potions right your very first lesson i need you to discover a amethyst crystal of each size and presented here okay i'm on it i wonder how long this is going to take her hopefully not too long maybe i should have brought a snack i i have all my crystals you do oh wonder i would like to present them to you yes please please a small amethyst bud medium amethyst bird large amethyst bird and an amethyst cluster wonderful oh these are and for extra credit an end crystal oh you can't even replace it uh um ocean queen are you trying to assassinate me what no i've just tried mysteries i just i just you know you said a crystal of every size and this is the best crystal of all all right extra extra credit you know i'm just a bit on edge okay oh thanks are you okay are you in trouble no i'm great you know what that's fantastic you're perfect to be a really good student now are you ready for your next challenge yes so in our next lesson you must learn to behead a beast and that beast is a wither skeleton can you do it oh my gosh i i have never done it before but i'll do it now for you headmistress wonderful wonderful now your next task a little bit more uh soft and fun right your next task every good wizard needs a familiar okay why i need you to go out and get yourself a friend of magic to bring with you everywhere and to help you you know i have one named gandalf it's a cat they're very helpful okay a small magical creature got it i know just the perfect type yep i definitely should helpful as well yep ocean queen okay all right okay this one's a challenge um right for your next challenge follow me to the potions laboratory okay for your next challenge you must create a potion for each potion effect can you do that oh yes you continue with your studies i'll be back when you're finished all right okay what a wonderful young student we have in there i'll just do a little bit of work in the apothecary while lizzy is busy inside brewing her potions do have some organizing to do in here what do you think linda do you think she's done by now let's go see hello ocean queen furious cocktail you know what you have mastered the potions mastered them i've never seen a student and there were no explosions now wonderful oh here uh emergency milk bucket oh thank you very much i was wondering how to stop that pace yes as head matches i always have one on hand just just in case good good oh so cool that was fantastic you know you've excelled at every class i've given you i only have one left oh okay are you ready for it it's very important yes anything i could do anything come with me come with me now you may have noticed at the crystal cliffs one of the things that we do here is we fly with dragons oh that explains the dragons yep there's dragons right up there dragons wow so one of the things i need you to do is show me that you can master your skills of flight ah which now that i can't do but based on your entrance to the academy i think uh this one's particularly important yeah we might need a little work i've set up a flight course for you this is like a field trip the academy the final test you take off from here and you go through each of the loops that you see and you land back on this landing pad when you come through the final loop which is behind the academy here it's a big circle oh okay yeah i can i i can try yeah fish can fly right you got it no no not normally oh uh slight oversight on my part i'll be sure to study that better good luck okay wish me luck oh look at her go she's doing fantastic oh oh yeah good uh yeah uh she's doing great she's i'm i'm sure she's doing she's doing great she's got it she can fly with jag we'll give her an exception because she's a fish it's okay it's all right yes go lizzy yes you did it ow that was fantastic a few injuries i only lost three hearts good good you know for a 10 foot fish i think you did fantastic with the dragons they weren't even scared of you yeah those hoops were very small yeah sorry i made them wizard scaled [Laughter] well all the graduates of this semester please come forward that's me good i've gotten one student that's good that's good hello ocean queen hello i am honored to have completed my studies thank you for your wisdom training all five classes wonderful wonderful you are ready to become a wizard where's your hat my hat please put that on oh my gosh wonderful on you i love it good good now please hand me your bow and your elytra there you go it's a very magical process here that has to go on first queen lizzy ocean queen 10 foot tall uh goddess fish that's me here are your new magical items you are officially a graduate of this academy and a professor here whoa thank you so much for the training this you look fantastic oh good good i'm so glad this worked out whoa oh good yeah i've taught you to control your your chaos definitely yep i feel very prepared to go out into the world and use my new skills good good good good yeah we only use them for good right right thank you very much goodbye goodbye oh she'll do great look at her look at her very skilled she's a very skilled wizard yep we've definitely honed in her chaos yeah yeah i i know it i can feel it we did it oh i nearly forgot there's been another emperor catherine's in charge of things now and she likes flowers so let's go see what the new rule is hello oh hi hello welcome to the underground i'm your new ruler ah nice crown thank you thank you thank you you didn't kill anybody to become emperor right no it was actually just given to me it was very peaceful good okay what's your rule um so if you would come press one of these buttons you'll get a flower that you'll have to make a garden for okay oh i got a lilac cute that's nice they're purple that fits that fits your theme perfectly i like it what's the yeah what's the that's this oh yeah yeah yeah that's that's just the consequence if you don't make the garden uh-huh it's the danger flower right okay well i'm i'm gonna go get to work then uh thank you garden lady uh-huh bye goodbye it's a weird rule but i'll accept it i like lilacs they're actually one of my favorite flowers i think the purple goes fantastic with my hair this is gonna fit into my empire absolutely perfectly so one of the things i've been neglecting while working on the academy is well the rest of my empire i have so much space here for activities and i think i can do a lilac garden and kind of tie it in with some of the other cliff builds that i want to do in this area so let's get to work on that shall we look already some lilacs right here it's perfect let's do it first things first we gotta get some building materials for our brand new lilac garden okay supplies acquired and luckily i've had an idea for a while now we've had our sheep and also our cows in a very uh unorganized manner so i thought we could take this opportunity to build up a lilac stables for all of our animals to live in i feel like it's only right that the crystal cliffs would treat their animals with the utmost respect okay terraforming complete now for the actual stable portion which i think will have a middle section like that and then set back one and over five we'll do the side sections and then just to match all of the other structures of course the roof will be dark oak and amethyst why has the ocean queen overrun my empire with turtles hello oh my goodness right let's focus back to work back to work i've done this style of stable before it's just one that has really simple kind of sides leaning in like so yep that looks good this is going well so far i really like all the purple so i'm using crimson on the sides and then amethyst at the top what's cute i think okay now all i need is some fencing to keep everybody safe and inside there we go some final details and honestly i think the stables looks awesome it's just not very lilac yet okay now before we do anything else i feel like it's very important to get all of our lovely animals inside the stables let's start with the cows so i feel like this is going to be the most difficult part yep come okay all right okay yeah yeah this is good this is good it's not very far everyone yeah okay you're doing so well oh look at them i think this is the smartest group of cows i've ever seen not a single cow was lost oh it's perfect hello sheeps hello yes come with me come on come on now right in here that's it that's it oh that was a lot easier than i thought it would be now it's time to clean everything up and make sure there's enough lilacs around for our empress oh this looks so much cleaner now we have so much more room for activities with the animals stored away now in order to most impress the empress we have to do a lot more gardening so i feel like some leaves could really help the situation around here with the greenery then also on this side across from the lilac stables i'm just going to do a bunch more lilacs and we'll mix them in with some chorus plants oh look how beautiful this area is now with all the lilacs the perper plants and the stables i actually really like it i think it fixed up this corner quite well i'm proud of it now it's time to see if catherine likes it you should be here any minute now oh hello empress catherine hello hello hello are you here to see the garden yes i'm here to enforce my rule make sure you know everyone's following well luckily for me i'm not scared of with the roses but i have worked with the lilac ooh come on come on so i've decided to do a little different twist on it and i've decided to make the lilac stables oh so there's stables with sheep a raptor and a cow and also lilacs oh cute oh my god where did you find such a fine specimen it found me this is great gem i love it good i'm glad that it meets your standards working very hard on it along with the academy have you been there by the way um i may have been there um while i was sent on a treasure hunt but i haven't officially been given a tour oh come come come see it it's just opened recently and we teach lots and lots of classes very excited about it oh it's beautiful does your um does your academy have an herbology class eh well no i i haven't been so interested in urbology but i did find a book recently i'll show you guys here is the textbook see if there's anything you recognize oh welcome to herbology this is a whole class about the topic yeah this is cool are you gonna are you gonna teach it here i i wasn't gonna but if you're interested maybe you could be a professor oh that would be fun i i do know a little bit about flowers since you know i come from the overgrown you know i know you've you've cured me before i i think it would go well but you know if you're going to be a professor at the academy you've got to prove that you're magical oh yeah okay what do i have to do well first i think you should show me one of your magical abilities okay um hmm you do have magical abilities right well i i think i think i might it turns out that catherine did in fact have magical abilities and she showed me how wonderful she was at growing flowers and hermology in general so i had her do a few other tasks around the academy to prove that she could be a professor for our class the flight course of course is mandatory but she's a fairy so she aced it then she picked out her own familiar which she chose a b i thought it was a fantastic chore and then we were left with just one challenge okay here goes nothing hey wow that looks much better in my opinion yeah it's cleaner your study of herbology seems so good already you know what i think you could be a professor really you'd be our first empress professor um do you have a classroom for herbology well exactly maybe you could build one oh i could how about you build it in the village like off of this path right here oh we're in the spot that could be good yeah i could build a little greenhouse for people to learn about plants yeah you get to work on the greenhouse and i'm gonna go invite some students for you okay okay the crystal cliffs academy now has two professors oh it's wonderful one from the ocean and one from the flower fields very magical they're covering completely different areas of study from what i know which is perfect as for the invites i've prepared two invitations and i have just the boys in mind who need to get some studying done there they are students catherine it's our students what are they doing over there i don't know but look they're on their way are they they look like they're arguing are they arguing they're always arguing right or something oh hello hello hello hello hello hi do we get a wizard hats now can i get a wizard hat please no are you here to accept your invitation yes okay yeah yeah yeah we thought the invite came with the complimentary wizard hats no it doesn't come up the stairs please we're here for school we're here for school take this wonderful giveaway good good i'm sure it got lost in the mail but it it finally arrived finally right forever jim i don't know what happened it wasn't yeah the academy opened today you you got your invitation completely on time this is our new professor catherine hello hi professor and as your headmistress i will welcome you into the academy and let you know your schedule for classes okay now it's very important that you two learn to focus on your studies so i've given you these grimoires can use them to take notes write things down okay now come come inside the academy we'll do a quick tour and then you'll start on your very first class yay uh-huh these are your fellow students uh they're they're working on things yeah yeah our over on this side we have our potions wing this is where you'll learn all about potions right in through here oh perfect i'll sit here wonderful wonderful and then on the other side come on oh you have another student in here you have another student come on come on he's a new story for the next class he's here he's too early the other wing we've been studying beasts lately but this is just a general classroom nice okay study a beast i'll stand right here this will be my seat no it won't be actually your first class is in herbology so catherine will take it from here have fun hi kevin follow me to the greenhouse good luck boys uh and catherine i'm sure you'll have a great first day i'm sure they're going to be fantastic students they've always been very well behaved look at them in their learning oh this is making all of my wizarding dreams come true teaching people at an academy hiring professors having students here the place feels so alive already i love it truly a dream come true now i've been super busy teaching everyone else about their magic i think it's time that i actually learned something about mine while they're learning down there i'll finally have some time to study up here in my office and learn more about the moon the dragons the egg and everything else that's been going on there's a lot to do but i'm excited for it for now though everyone while i'm studying up here and my students are hard at work down below i think that's going to be it for this episode thank you so
