[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] do [Music] hi friends welcome to tech trends in this video we can see how to create a electronic voting machine using lcd display and switches let's watch the video the components required for this experiment are arduino board lcd display i2c converter five switches two leds connecting os and connecting cable we have connected the five switches in the breadboard like this and also lcd display here and connect the i2c converter parallel to the lcd display as shown in the image so this i2c converter has four pins ground vcc sda and scl we need to connect the ground to ground in the arduino vcc to 5v sda2 pin a4 and scl2 pin a5 now let's connect the connecting os to the i2c converter [Music] now connect the first pin ground to the ground pin in the arduino the second one is the vcc connect the vcc to 5v and the third pin is sda connect that pin to pin a4 and the final one acl connect to a5 [Music] now we connected the i2c converter to the arduino board [Music] this is the switch the switch has two pins just connect the switch like this in the breadboard now connect the switches to the arduino board connect the switches from the pin three four five six and seven one end of the switch connect to these pins i am connecting the first pin to pin three [Music] and the second pin to pin four [Music] that pin to pin five fourth pin to pin six [Music] and the final pin to pin seven [Music] now connect the other end of the switches to ground pin for that we can connect a common ground from the arduino board to the breadboard [Music] and connect all the other pins in the switch to the ground pin [Music] now we connected the switches to the arduino board now connect the two leds to the breadboard connect the negative pin of the led to the common ground here similarly connect the negative leg of the red led to the ground pin connect the positive end of the red led to pin 13 and the positive pin of the green led to pin number 12 this is our circuit connection [Music] now connect the arduino board to the laptop and upload the program before upload the program go to tools and select the board our board is arduino you know and then select the port then click the right arrow button and upload the program [Music] now the program is uploaded and we can check the output this experiment has been set up for to calculate the vote for four parties a b c d likewise we provided four buttons for four parties and the fifth button is to calculate the result all right now i am pressing the button of a [Music] here the vote increased to one now i am pressing b and this one is c [Music] now we can check the result press this button and it is showing c wins since she has the maximum number of votes please like this video and subscribe to techtron's channel if you have any clarification please post in the comment section thank you [Music] you
