gotta see how amazing this Buffet is hey guys Mike Chang here in Singapore right in front of the Raffles hotel and they just recently started doing this all you can eat Sunday lobster brunch that is supposed to be just absolutely mind-blowing so as a lover of Buffets I'm gonna go check it out I'll let you guys know how it is [Music] this hotel is so fancy you can't even go inside the main Hotel unless you're staying here and the buffet restaurant is right here at a stereo bar [Music] this open concept of kitchen so you can see them cooking everything right in the middle here and this is not a typical Buffet where you go up and grab food but you order what you want and they bring it to you kind of like what I did in San Francisco so this place is they call it a free float launch you can order pretty much anything on a ninja so there's three pricing tiers to this Buffet the highest if you want the best alcohol is 220 184 or about 150 bucks U.S and the cheapest option is 160 a Singapore dollars which includes Rose white wine red wine cocktails and that's about 115 us this seems like a like a Italian themed restaurant so there's a bunch of intipasti there's pasta pizza seafood desserts it's pretty much good everything so a good thing is you can order as much as your table can hold which is amazing I just got the whole antipasti section that's gonna be a fun lunch this place is so fancy there's there's certain table where I'm not sure what what this is looks like someone shrunk Aquaman's tried it probably for the Lobster in a tiny little spoon I think this is for the urchin [Music] [Music] and the first round just came to the table mesmerizing first of all bowl of freshly baked bread sourdough and Focaccia then there's beef tartar tuna tartare that's a beautiful only steamed egg with caviar on top oh my goodness this is so picturesque let's just start eating let's start with the beef tartare this is one of those times I don't know if you guys ever get this feeling like when you're when you're about to watch a movie you've been anticipating for months when it starts playing you're kind of almost already feeling the sadness because you know once it starts It's gotta end I don't understand and this is before taking a single bite first dish Black Angus beef tartar with hazel Dutch condiment and parmesan cheese again it's so pretty the colors the nuts the flowers on top what a perfect fourth Bowl this is so crazy I never eat beef tartar this could change me the tenderness of the beef it's like listening to a Sarah McLachlan song think of that beautiful Smoky nutty flavor from the roasted hazelnuts and the parmesan cheese just brings this delightful creaminess to this dish like a Cheesy waterfall linking all these ingredients together and making like a like a food landscape out of them whether you like beef tartar or not one bite this thing will make your heart flutter mix up Summer tomato Carpaccio with Buffalo mozzarella this looks beautiful I see some pine nuts on here it looks like some pesto and I think it's dry olives on top first of all this tomato is so sweet and fresh I'm just gonna go ahead and add some oh this is the Buffalo mozzarella and it's like taking a pork through a cloud with the mozzarella on [Music] I don't want to leave I want to live in Singapore I want to go get a hawker stalls on a weekdays and on weekends I want to come here and eat this oh my heavenly angel of cheese Buffalo mozzarella on its own already is just the best because it is the creamiest milkiest the upper echelon the king of all mozzarella and then to have it in this form is literally like eating a Cheesy Cloud having on top of beautiful sweet tomatoes with that crunchy olives to give it a bit more Umami and fatty flavor and the Buffalo mozzarella is so creamy but the Sweet Tomatoes just brings it down to that perfect level a sweet tart cleaning Savory nutty Bliss I've never had Buffalo mozzarella in this form before oh man that just the ultimate happiness next up grilled octopus potato foam with Mediterranean scents oh my gosh I could smell this from across the table again every dish is made exquisitely octopus sitting a little bit of a tomato sauce [Music] every single bite it feels like I'm taking a bite at some ridiculously fancy Michelin restaurant I mean this place is fancy but holy moly this is a treat the aqua's grilled to Perfection Savory and tender with a hint of sweetness potato foam tastes exactly like that light Airy mashed potatoes again with that delicious Savory bite of dried olives next up Schnitz Hearts harp with asparagus dill salad and pickled vegetables and it's all soaked in asparagus sauce this is like the ultimate refreshing dish the tuna melts in your mouth you can get that light crunch from those thin slices of asparagus and radish and I'm a sucker for dill I love Dill it's crunchy it's refreshing the tuna is just the vine and these dishes they're not heavy they're very light I feel like they're just kind of getting you ready for the main event this is a plate of Italian cold cuts Parma ham salami and fragua on toast with a side of I think big Jam [Music] put some of that on the fragua super thinly sliced salami that's such a smoky piece of salami and ham soup Chase it with this first of all this big Jam is delightful that with a Savory for Guam with a crunchy toast there's like pure sweet butter like butter than that like more flavorful deeply Rich Umami filled sweet butter this next dish is so pretty and it gives me a chance to use my little swim a sea urchins shell stuffless steamed eggs sea urchin and caviar oh wow look how light this is take a spoonful with the urchin and the caviar so I made a mistake this is not a steam deck the scrambled eggs I think it's even better the eggs have a bit of texture the scrambled eggs is Fluffy it's buttery in them it's that with the creamy sea urchin which is just pure creamy flavor Essence and then it's tiny brininess from the caviar and that adds so much Umami to this dish as well this whole thing as creamy as fluffy it's buttery rich I mean this is just the ultimate seafood and eggs there's nothing better than this I need to work my way through this menu so I can get more of this [Music] well these are Antelope oysters I think they're from Normandy a little lemon juice and some vinaigrette they're really meaty oysters a bit of brininess these are delicious that's like tasting the best part of the ocean this is the risotto with zucchini and Parmesan [Music] cheesy risotto a sweet taste of zucchini pretty good this is linguine clams with lemon scent oh this is so pretty first of all they arranged this it's kind of look like a like a linguine flower with the shells as Petals on the sides all the clams are taken out put on top there's some tomatoes look at that chilies as in here a measure sweet juicy clams the ingredient as spicy as buttery as zesty a little pop and sweetness from the tomatoes let me give this a nice mix this is a lot of good sauce on the bottom besides the butteriness the perfect Al Dente of the pasta you taste that nice brininess from the clams that nice clam Essence this clam soup they definitely cooked it into the sauce into this pasta so every bite you get that clean Taste of the ocean this beautiful dish is sea bass soaked in fish soup with saffron potatoes oh the sea bass skin is so nice and toasty on top thank you the sea bass is perfect beautiful toasty skim it's a fish soup it's thick it's Rich a little tomatoey and just really creamy becomes even more so with those velvety saffron potatoes I recommend putting that potato in your tongue and just crush it with the roof of your mouth with a little bit of soup inside yeah you'll hear some angels singing with that movement now this The Lobster fresh grilled Maine Lobster with some fennel orange salad and some bisque sauce this is definitely made with the inners of the lobster basically shellfish flavor Essence and you can see the Char marks on the lobster you get that Cheyenne lobster tail you get the claw as well look at that succulent sweet Lobster meat dunk that into the sauce [Music] your sweetness with a bit of bitterness from the Char yeah I definitely made a good choice before you even thinking about it is I ordered two more so along with that sweet suckling meat of the lobster the sauce brings so much that delicious Seafood Umami to this dish this is definitely something you want to hit the repeat button on as much as you can we have surf you definitely have to have some Turf and here grilled tenderloin with some carrots and ginger puree on some roasted red peppers this is some Steakhouse quality tenderloin so soft and beefy it's been dusting definitely puts the tender in tenderloin the ginger and cure puree is creamy brings a hand of sweetness but the roasted red pepper works so well with this filet it just adds an incredible debris of smokiness to this dish if you're telling me I'm sitting in a steakhouse he knows right now I believe you this looks awesome rack of lamb with parsnips puree and sauteed chanterelles on the bottom this is a tender cut a lamb horrifically pink in the middle look at this and then just add the sauce the lamb is beautiful again cooked to the perfect doneness the parsnip a little sweet very creamy it goes really really really well with the fat from the lamb as does the mushrooms they have a little vinegary flavor that offsets the fattiness of the lamb as well this is about as good as a piece of lamb as I've ever had in my life maybe it is the best it's so good and those of you who are afraid of the gaminess of a lamb that is not existing here don't have to worry about that one bit just pure tender flavor so that's every Savory dish on the menu now it's time for a lot of repeats getting another steak definitely some more Lobster oh [Music] actually I did forget a couple Savory dishes final two Savory dishes a couple of pizzas first of all this is the four cheese there's Gorgonzola smoked scar morza mozzarella and Toma oh look at that crushed super super Airy and thin look at that nice toasted bottom this is cooked in a wood fire brick oven look at that crushed delicious bubbly cheese all nice and toasty the cheese is 100 the highlight of this pizza it's so Smoky of course you get a nice chewy pull of the mozzarella the smoke scar morsa I think I first had that when I was in Europe it's a really subtle light Smoky cheese that's incredibly delicate just ridiculous weekend very reminiscent of a neapolitan pizza this is so so great if you're a cheese lover this piece is going to make your day this next one is organic CM horizontal Tomatoes spicy red onions arugula Buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil there's some olives on here it looks like whoa this is a really spicy Pizza completely caught me off guard also it's really really zesty and a pizza is filled with spicy and US sausage the sausage definitely dominates the flavor profile here that's really spicy it's almost kind of like eating dried chili powder I feel like these two pieces are in complete contrast to each other what is very creamy and Rich the other one very spicy zesty I think of the two pizzas was definitely my favorite dessert it's so pretty first of all olive oil ice cream with some Citrus on the bottom [Music] olive oil ice cream itself mind-blowing gentle olive oil flavor so creamy and delicious a little bit of crumble on the bottom and with the different Citrus there's a little sweet little sour little bitterness there's some orange peel here as well actually goes really well with the ice cream I think creamy and refreshing this is the Strawberry Tart look at this thing beautiful strawberry tart chopped up strawberries a little pistachio they gotta come and try this there's so much different flavors and textures going on here fresh strawberries a little strawberry mousse right above the tart shell a little pistachio crumble for some added fatty nutty flavor this is amazing so this is the signature chocolate with a buckwheat sponge cake in the Middle look how pretty it was one of the best things in a chocolate Universe you can taste the crunch of what I think are the cocoa nibs beautiful Airy chocolate covering the whole thing was made with very dark chocolate so you got that really nice bitterness to go with a sweet crunch those are my favorite thing absolutely out of this world and finally top everything off some pistachio ice cream that's a really good pistachio ice cream so let's talk about this punch this is definitely the most expensive brush Buffet I had in Asia but in my opinion 100 worth it just from the lobster alone not just a lobster you're getting Lobster you're getting oysters you're getting the delicious steak high quality steak lamb chops uni caviar plus with the cheapest package you're getting wine you're getting cocktails I think that's a really good deal this is definitely the best buffet I've had in Singapore no doubt everything is presented so beautifully from the empty pasta to the entree to the dessert the flavors are intricate the menu changes all the time this is something I will come to every single time I'm in Singapore it's about 115 US Dollars and that includes everything comparatively going to I always say this going to a Las Vegas buffet dinner buffets now are about 80 US Dollars that's excluding task excluding service charge and you're not getting nearly the quality of food so yeah highly highly recommend this place if you're ever in Singapore come to this place for Sunday brunch you're gonna love it as always on informations down below for you guys thank you all so much for
