and enjoy the video foreign [Music] barbecue in Texas butterflies it's basically like a reaction now whenever I walk to a barbecue joint automatically my mouth start watering I feel this excitement like I'm going on a meaty roller coaster and I'm so excited to come to this place Crimson Creek Smokehouse really haven't been around all that long but they do something that I really never seen before smoked pork belly Burns ends oh my goodness so this is a tender piece of pork belly can see the Juiced a little pool of juice already forming below it the outside is a nice and toasty crust this is a plastic knife and it felt like I was using a heated metal knife and I was just slicing through butter oh my goodness this thing when you cut it open is just listening to juice on the pork belly is sealed in you can see all that gorgeous fat that delightful Smoke Ring just squeezing in a little bit see all the shoes has trapped in these little fatty pork nuggets you got to come and try this one there is so much flavor in these little pork nuggets first of all is just a bite of smoke it tastes a nice seasoning the hint of sweetness on the barbecue sauce I'm gonna take a gentle little bite and the whole thing just falls apart into a fatty melty Smoky delightful juicy Mash listening with juice and fat and flavor and the outside is perfectly charred with a hint of sweetness it's pretty much like eating the best bacon candy in the world make a little sandal out of this give it a little squeeze saw that nice pork fat goes into the Buns this is such a good way to enjoy these burn dents Rose a little sweets soaks in all that delicious buttery juice from the pork little refreshing palette cleansing crunch from the pickles and onions this is the most perfect little pork sandwich oh I love how beautiful it is made this goes Way Beyond your typical salt and pepper there's so much different spices in here there's so much different flavor I love the charm on the outside and that nice hint of bitterness that's inside these burnt ends this is a labor of love and you can definitely taste a couple other things I wanted to try some mac and cheese move this is so bad as well I think these mac and cheese a little peppery a little spicy baked beans sweet Rich Tangy baked beans with chunks of pork inside hmm they also got some of their smoked turkey that's a smoky tender piece of turkey and they make their own dessert peach cobbler sweet crumply buttery peach cobbler this is an awesome Texas barbecue meal especially those pork belly burnt ends gotta come down here and give it a try all right I'm gonna finish this and then go to lunch number two next stop this pizza buffet you ain't never seen a pizza buffet like this before and neither have I let's go check it out I am here at the Luca Gaucho like I said I've never seen a pizza buffet concept like this before in my life if you guys ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse before this is pretty much that except it's pizzas the process is called Rodizio and servers will bring you a rotation of the 18 different types of pieces they make here fresh in-house and they'll keep on serving you more pizzas until you're pretty much beg for mercy so of the 18 different types of pieces there's 14 our Savory four are sweet and you get unlimited amounts of the three appetizers all this for around 25 those are gonna be so much fun order my appetizers and this is the little placard that's on your table green for go maroon for stop let's do it foreign [Music] ERS has just arrived some arugula salad some homemade meatballs and lobster bisque well that's so creamy [Music] very thick very creamy lobster bisque in this place they make everything in the house including the meatballs the dough [Music] really good also all the pizza dough are fermented for over 30 hours again 18 different types of pizza I've only got four right here luckily they do cut it up from some smaller slices so you can try them all this is the spinach bacon the dough is really really light yes please chicken and Brazilian cheese and just like a Brazilian barbecue buffet the pizzas they just keep coming well the pizza dough here definitely tastes different than a typical pizza dough it's almost got a melt in your mouth quality to it between slices arugula salad next chicken tikka masala it tastes like a chicken chicken masala so I tried two so far next one sausage and barbecue sauce oh those are really good especially lots of green peppers it has a nice crunchness slush sausage grown barbecue sauce sweet and tangy again everything just tastes really good on the super light dough the sliced mushroom and vodka sauce I think overall impression of these pieces the ingredients are very solid delicious mushrooms the cheese is great it's got a nice chew to it sauce is delicious again on that super light crust this is chicken katsu piri they told me it's a Brazilian cheese with chicken and there's some herbs on here as well I think a drizzle of olive oil it's a very very nutty cheese I mean the pizzas just keep coming and coming and coming faster and faster next slice is the elote cheese and corn and some Mexican Crema sauce on top oh my suggestion eat it quickly because as soon as they give you a slice take a bite as quickly as possible the loading piece of sugar creamy pop and sweet corn also with the appetizer you can do take your crushed down kit into that marinara sauce hmm that's a really good way to eat your piece of crush this is really exciting truffle for cheese loaded with cheese hmm try my favorite so far so cheesy and truffly interesting definitely deserve a dip in the meatball sauce oh my gosh that's just the most Perfect combo next piece hot super soda this is by far my favorite the salami is so flavorful and spicy really thin with a drizzle I think of a bit of Honey on this as well so you get a nice sweet and savory flavor on the slice this is just magical this is a Brazilian Pizza buffet after all so this slice is the pecania juicy Smoky pecanha sausage for those of cheese some fresh herbs next one is the Turkish lamb some Red Onion Sauce Cheese and mint hmm just so unique this thing tastes partially like a lamb kebab and again when you're ready to cleanse your palate take a bite of your arugula salad I love dunking my crust in this over a dozen slices of pizza down I still feel pretty good next piece this looks awesome a little curled up cups of pepperoni with that spicy oil inside look how crispy and toasty and nice this is this pizza is just loaded with pepperoni hmm super it's toasty spicy pepperoni oh that thing is charredstone actually each piece also has a nice Smoky flavor because they use wood charcoal in the oven as well that crust is also super flaky too it's definitely hard to keep up with the speed that they bring to pizzas I think I tried almost the 14 Savory slices margarita hmm it tastes way more of that light sweet tomato sauce and a nice cheese they're eating too much you want to take a little break eat a margarita pizza First Slice of the dessert series Jose de leche uh-huh this is awesome yeah banana please thank you oh this is so good creamy with toasted coconut on Top This dough is so light it's almost like a toasted crepe next up Nutella with sweet Mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar on top oh this is so chocolatey and nice look how thin the crust is I think maybe they make the dessert pizza crust even thinner than a regular pizza I'm not sure but this is amazing three of the third of the four dessert pizzas banana flambe I think that's caramelized sugar on top of this pizza hmm cheese with caramelized sugar on top yeah that's delicious finally guava pizza with mascarpone cheese oh my gosh I think it's like a guava jam it's underneath the cheese three Savory and fruity try out every single Pizza they offer here overall quality of the pizza the dough is very different from other pizza places very light I should be extremely extremely full right now I feel okay spicy Supra SATA that was my favorite love the pepperoni love the pecanha the Truffle for cheese also every single one of the dessert pizzas amazing this place if you are a pizza lover if you are a Brazilian steakhouse lover if you just love to see Pizza magically appearing next to you endlessly you gotta check this place out also everyone extremely friendly this place must try if you're ever in Texas such a fun meal fortunately I think that's the end for me [Music] dinner is at Asian fusion this is one of the hottest Asian restaurants in the Austin area and this restaurant serves a fusion between Vietnamese Thailand Singapore and Chinese dishes so there's dishes like tom yum soup lemongrass duck skewers there's also a dim sum menu Pad Thai pepper steak and it has been bought as one of the top 100 restaurants in America for the last three years first of all got a couple of their Refreshers one is a dragon fruit with homemade rose syrup oh this is so good it's so Rosy also got a lemongrass Tangerine drink oh this is yummy as well I feel like the roast one better first dish a basket of soup dumplings soup dumplings in yellow wrapper and these things are filled with soup look at that oh no no no no no why do bad things happen to good dumplings a lot of oh my gosh the soup keeps spilling out there's a ton of soup in these dumplings wow so good these are some of the tortillas dumplings I've ever tried give it a little nibble skin is nice and light add some vinegar some chili oil that is a really good pork soup dumpling and it tastes really different from a typical soup dumpling we're trying to figure out what the difference is the only way I can describe this I feel like the pork in this is porkier like in a really good way really clean Porky flavor well the pork and the soup dumpling it feels like it's much richer more collageny it has a superb soup dumpling you can't really pinpoint what they did to make it taste like this but it tastes really different than all the other soup dumplings I've had before just better so am I super thin skin with a really Snappy pork and shrimp filling that's a very good show of mine finally a basket of hagao and the reason why the wrapper is Red is because it's infused with passion fruit oh that's delicious chewy mochius wrapper nice and snappy filling that's what a great hot should tastes like [Music] they serve a giant short rib fur and there's a saibo of uh with an egg yolk inside so people usually do is let the egg yolk for 60 seconds into seed it like that or you can mix it and make the broth richer I'm gonna do a little bit of both give me some of the egg and mix it with the broth so the broth becomes richer look at this giant Bowl oh my gosh oh that that is tender wow I've had a lot of short ribs huh I don't think I've ever had anything fall off the ball so easily before inside the broth there's slices of filet mignon whiter fun noodles some scallions onions cilantro first of all the broth really really beefy so good so good so good of course this being Texas the short rib are you kidding me with this stuff those are the most ridiculous bowl of short ribfo I've ever had in my life look at that look at this fall out of the bone tender the meat is basically melting your mouth to us oh my goodness that Smoky flavor there is so much delicious Smoky taste in this rib I've been to many fun places where they serve a short rib for their phob it's never been this tender not even close I mean this is on a whole different Stratosphere when it comes to tenderness and flavor oh you barely bite down this meat just falls apart filet mignon like it's from a steakhouse and the most unbelievable thing about this 22 dollars for this ball far I guess it's not surprising this being Texas Meats just taste all around better here but this is unreal how good this is you gotta come and get this noodles are springy and good I'm so impressed by this finally had to try this this is their Hanoi coffee they make a cream out of egg yolk and then espresso is poured on making this all nice and foamy oh that's so creamy and good sure with a little wiper this is absolutely delicious [Music] lasting a flaming cheesecake liquor 43 is lit on fire and then drizzled on top of this cheesecake with cinnamon causing a pretty much a delightful fireworks display the top of the cheesecake is Brew late and then finally coconut pineapple ice cream is added on top it's basically a creme brulee cheesecake with delicious ice cream cheesecake is delicious very cinnamony everything I had here if you like hold so definitely do yourselves a favor do not miss out on this place if you ever come to Austin [Music] foreign
