Dyson Airwrap Tutorial Review for Short Hair | Love, Olia

all right so to begin i like to pre-dry my hair with one of their stylers um i usually gravitate towards the round brush or this straight brush i'm going to just use this one because it goes really fast um i just style it to be about 80 percent dry and i turn it on to either the highest setting or medium heat setting um depending how i feel like i want to blow dry my hair the lowest strength is what i prefer and then um that's it so i'm just gonna start drying it and then i'll show you guys when it's done [Music] uh [Music] okay so for the next part i like to separate my hair into two sections clip this section up so i'm gonna go ahead and start with a smaller barrel remove this attachment put this one on basically each um barrel has arrows on them so that's the way that the air is going to flow and how you want your curls to go so if you want them towards your face or away from your face this one i want to go away from my face on this side so i'm going to grab this one the air is going to flow away and then i'm going to do this side then i'm going to switch on to the other barrel do this side and then we'll go on to the top grab a piece of hair and then see how it just wraps sometimes i just grab them [Music] and then you can turn it off and then when you let it go you have like a little ringlet type of [Music] [Applause] [Music] curl all right so now i'm gonna go on to the top section and i'm basically going to do the exact same thing this is going to give me a little bit more of a curl just because the pieces are a little bit longer up top so um i'm going to do the exact same thing and i'll show you guys um how it looks after [Music] all right so i pretty much finished up as you guys can see i have pretty tight curls and then what i do is i take a wide tooth comb and then i just brush through it it's going to get rid of the curls but it's going to keep a lot of the volume brush through and then i also just use my fingers fluff it up it gives me a ton of volume compared to what it was when i just brushed it um through with the straight styler and then just take one side and flip it over for like a side part and then i get even more volume on the side so you can see there's like a ton of volume there i do a little tuck behind the ear [Music] and you just get like a really different look so this is my preferred way of styling my hair these days i'm able to get a lot of volume which i couldn't get before without going to a salon or something so i absolutely love the dyson air wrap if i just want to do a really fast blow dry or something i will usually just use the round brush or the straight brush that i showed you guys at the beginning and then i can just do my blow drying in like five minutes or something um i can't get as much volume as i do by using this barrel attachment but it is a great way to just get a really quick nice blow dry um so if you guys have any questions please let me know i will do my best to answer because i haven't gotten too much time to play around with this but i think i kind of have the hang of it so i can do my best to answer all the questions you have and if you guys have um your own tips i would love to hear them so please leave me comments let me know i hope you guys enjoyed this and i will see you in the next video you
