Dutch Sheets: Prophetic Mantle/Vision

I can't believe he read that that's one thing the things I think I like about this guy so much he's so real and humble and he just told all of you that he didn't know when his own conference started and I'm not gonna throw any stones because I'm probably the least administrative person here I texted him back and said that's why God gives us administrative people around us to get us at the right place at the right time and yeah anyway I love coming to this conference every year I love the spirit here and I love the ministry of the elijahlist and also of this congregation and I like these beginning of the year gatherings where we just kind of get together and say what might the Lord be saying to us for the next year and it gives them it gives me a motivation every year to to press into that to say Lord what do you want to say to these people they're not here for just another teaching they're here because they want to receive the word of the Lord and so I enjoy it I like doing it I do like I think four or five of these now every January Chuck he always wants to be first so he backed his up to like December twenty seven eight nine if he didn't have some of us in his life I don't know where he would be because he's he gonna be here later Chuck will be here tell him I said hello will you tell him I said if he needs any help just call me and I'll give him some insights you know I'll do one for Chuck I'll do one here I do one in Michigan usually I do a couple more here and there but I enjoy these and it seems like I receive as much as I give when I come to these prophetic gatherings and it's a good season isn't it I'm adjusting my message quickly because Steve said this was going to be an encouraging gathering and not bad news but good news so I'm really stalling here so I can get a good word for you it is a different year it's a different season and hallelujah for that right so I'm gonna share eight eight things in this session that God has dropped in my heart and ten tonight this first session is probably well let me just let me start by just saying that telling you about a vision that was given to him another person for me a few weeks ago and it was on October the 6th I was speaking at Chuck's place at his head of the year conference he has two new year conference he has ahead of the year which is in October Rosh Hashanah and then he has a new year conference in December that way he gets to conferences to everybody else's one and when I was there speaking it was a it was a fascinating and interesting powerful evening I feel like we just moved into a true portal I know we throw those words around a lot but words like portal and breakthrough and but this was I mean you couldn't you couldn't stand on that stage without receiving revelation from Holy Spirit it was just a download and I preached under that and at one point I looked at Chuck and I said I knew there was an assignment for me leading up to the elections that I had not tapped into yet and I and I was desperate to hear what it was and I was not hearing it myself and sometimes we just have to have help and at one point in the message I looked at him and everybody most of the people laugh because they thought I was kidding when I looked at Chuck at one point and I just stopped my message and I said you need to get a word from God for me and everybody did just what you did because they know we clown around a lot and we're very close and but he didn't because I was serious and he knew I was serious and I saw him go and he told me later he said I got it was right when you said that just and he came up in started prophesying and he got up there and he said I can barely stand up here because of this window and the angelic activity up here and I'll tell you a little about that word later that he gave me right then but while I was speaking under that open heaven another prophet friend of mine that was in the service had a vision did not obviously was I able to tell me didn't didn't interrupt me just told me afterward he said while you were speaking to man he was he was very moved and he said I had a vision while you were speaking and I saw a vision of John Knox standing behind you John Knox was one of the Reformers of the 1500s in Scotland he was also an intercessor he's the man probably you've heard the phrase quoted give me Scotland or I die that was John Knox an intercessor really extraordinaire and even when he was in prison for his faith because in that era if you were one of the reformers part of the Reformation you were persecuted by the rulers and the Catholic Church of that day many of them were burned at the stake along with their Bibles imprisoned and Knox indeed was imprisoned for a season and they still heard him from his cell crying out daily give me Scotland or I died Queen of Scotland it was very anti Reformation it was the person that had him locked up was quoted as saying at one point I fear the prayers of John Knox more than all of the armies of Europe it's one thing to call yourself an intercessor it's another thing when the world around you fears your prayers Knox was a champion so when when the vision was this man standing behind me it it said to me he represents Reformation and he represents intercession change so I I knew we've got to contextualize whatever whatever that's the rest of this vision is not not in just general terms but also contextualize it in who was the person what did he represent that the Lord was showing us so I knew it and it was all about the prayer movement it was about it was about what we've been crying out for he's about awakening and Reformation all of these things and he said to me then he was holding up a number behind you and the number was 313 and my friend said ask the Lord what what is this number represent and the Lord said look it up Holy Spirit said look it up and he knew he meant in Strong's and in a concordance look up that number so looked up the Greek word 313 in store I'm not gonna go and he said that word I knew exactly what it meant because I've studied that word it's the word for the new birth or a new beginning a rebirth born-again ganado gennao you can almost you can hear this either word if I spelled it for you if I had it written up here you'd see the word gene or genetics GE in na oh we get the word genealogy genetics gene we get all of those words from this Greek word and so on ax makes it repetitious to do it again so it's new birth or new beginning so here's John Knox holding up a word that means new beginning new birth and then the Lord the Holy Spirit said to him look up the day of the year that is the 313 day of the year this was an October early October he began to cry he said it's November the 8th election day it's only it is the leap year that made it 313 today so the Lord was saying now I'm not I'm not leading up to saying Trump is some kind of Messiah because apart from the grace of God he scares me to death you know but even though when it came down to those two choices there wasn't a choice for me but and I'm sure you know that if you follow follow my ministry at all but but I don't believe it's about him I believe that God was saying I'm going to begin to do something new through this election you have to be blind deaf not to know something everything is changing it's all different if you don't believe me just ask CNN if you saw any of them they knew that yesterday you know that there's a new sheriff in town but what excites me is that Holy Spirit said that through the prayers through the reforming intercession through the intercession of the church I'm about to bring a Reformation and a new beginning is about to take place it was Churchill who said after d-day in World War two knowing that there were still a lot of war left to fight he said this is not the end this is not even the beginning of the end but perhaps it is the end of the beginning in other words we got a lot of work to do but it's yes big we've reached the point where we can have a new beginning and maybe this is the end of the beginning and that's where I believe we are and so as I process this and I'll share with you some other words that have been given to me concerning the nation and dreams tonight I'll share one more with you before finished today as far as dreams and visions but as I process this I was praying about recently Lord what is what is the new beginning I think I know because I think I know I know what you've been saying to us to ask you for I don't know all the details in particulars but big picture I think I know we're headed for a third grade Awakening and a true Reformation and the greatest influx of souls in on the planet in history and he needs America in order to do that it's not about us but we are part of it a needs America to do that so you're not finished with us you're going to bring change here so I know big picture what I think excuse me what I think some of this is but I said Lord you know details specifics talk to me and he's been doing that and the Lord gave me this word this message in a way that I don't usually think and that I don't usually I don't usually teach us we don't usually hear this way but he gave me eight words that start with the prefix re I'm about to redo some this new birth new beginning I'm going to redo some things and when I get a message and it comes to me from Holy Spirit in alliteration I know it's exceptionally not anointed you Baptists out there should have said hallelujah on that because that's the way they preach so he rattled off these words to me as fast as I could write him down knowing that I would associate them with the word studies he has given me when the Lord gave me these words he knew the the picture he knew what they would say to me and what they would represent to me so I'm going to give him to you and then obviously if I'm going to do all the eight of these we're not gonna be able to camp very long on each one we just get the big picture but the first word was repent but it wasn't in the context of being sorry for sin it wasn't in the context of remorse it was in the context of the literal meaning of this word Metanoia or Metanoia which doesn't mean sorrow that would be meant to mellow mine and it doesn't mean turn and go another direction that would be Epis truffaut this word Metanoia is the beginning of all of that and it means think differently Noah knowledge meant to after so you had this knowledge and then after that you got a new knowledge and then you can turn and go another way but not until Holy Spirit gives you a revelation enables you to begin to think differently so repentance is not always given to us in the context of sin sometimes it's just the lord saying you've been doing things a certain way thinking a certain way functioning a certain way now I need you to begin to think differently even when John the Baptist preached and said repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand he wasn't just talking about sin some of those people he was challenging them in their sin but the nation he was challenging them to think differently because Messiah was here so if you look at the literal Greek translations of Matthew three three where it says repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand it will translate it this way think differently and the tense in Greek is contained so a lot of like we stand even the amplified will translate this way think differently and keep on thinking differently because the kingdom of heaven is at hand he was saying everything we've been waiting for for 4,000 years Messiah to come God to come and fix this mess he's here now Messiah is here he is here among us the kingdom of God the root of the king of the kingdom has come to earth to fix the fault to give us a fresh start so you need to start thinking differently because everything's about to change that's what John was saying you can't stay locked in that old paradigm you can't stay locked in the Old Covenant a way of thinking you can't stay locked in the law you can't stay locked into the principles and I don't even think he understood fully what he was saying but I tell you this he knew that he was saying paradigms are about to change and then Jesus came along and he started teaching on and he started talking to them about the way they thought and he said you've been you think this and you believe this and you quote this but I say to you and he expanded on he said here's here's what here's what it really means so when the Lord said to me this word to me I knew that he was challenging me and now I'm challenging you and I'm talking to every person in the room you need to start thinking differently and you need to ask Holy Spirit what that looks like because ministries are going to change from you know emphases are about to change the way we do things is going to change people are about to come into our midst into the kingdom into the family that don't know anything we would have to start analyzing the verbage we use the government is about to change nations are about to change we are about to move into a new phase of the Kingdom so think differently the kingdom of heaven is about to be manifested in new ways now I've been trying to do that I've been saying Lord what are you about to change in Dutch sheets ministers I told her once I want to start traveling less because even though I don't look like it I'm about to turn 63 I know I don't look a day over 45 or 50 55 60 62 okay lor I'd like to travel a little less doctor you know just slow down a little and do some things differently and he started saying to me you're not gonna slow down for another year because you got to get you got to get not you but I mean the church we got to get through another we're not quite through this phase of for running so I'm not going to allow you to slow down until we get through that but then you could slow down a little bit but you are going to have to start thinking differently and preparing not only thinking differently because you need to start saying some different things to the church now but also because you need to be ready when I do tell you to shift you need to be ready to move right into it without it throwing things into chaos repent think differently because a new expression of the kingdom is coming number two he said to me the word revived well that's a no-brainer isn't it a revival awakening the word he gave me was on a success from acts 3:19 times of refreshing refreshing is the word on a success which is the root word is to blow or breathe Sukho onna is the read to do it again so the best translation of of that phrase when Peter was preaching he said if you if you if you'll think differently in turn a time of honest success will come the word means the blowing of the breath again intensely because Allah gives it repetition or intensity so Peter was saying there's another wind about to blow you saw Pentecost winds but those winds were not just for us they're for you as well and the wind that blew in the upper room can blow here right now and indeed that day five thousand people were saved so I heard him say if you will think differently and you better think differently because what do you do when you go from a church of a hundred and twenty two three thousand a hundred and twenty and then eight thousand one hundred and twenty and you don't have buildings and you don't have a structure you don't have home groups yet you don't have elders you don't have deacons you don't even know what five fold is what do you do you start thinking differently because a wind from heaven came and started changing everything and you can't wait until it's all changed you have to start thinking quickly differently quickly so that you can keep up with the wind revivals coming out pouring the Holy Spirit wind is coming signs wonders miracles I know we've talked about it for years but they're coming another wave of supernatural manifestation is coming because God is going to start he's going to start verifying our message with power so this blowing of the wind is about to increase and I don't think any of us really know fully what some of that will look like but it will no longer be business as usual on a Sunday morning when this wind starts blowing and some of the things that you and I and others have tried desperately to figure out Lord how can we get this going you're not going to have to figure out anything the wind is going to get it going you say how can we reach our communities and how can we reach neighborhoods and how can we reach the poor and how can we reach the wealthy how can we do these things but it's not going to come through good ideas and methods and programs it's going to come because they're going to be borne along by the wind they're going to be blown into the kingdom because the power of God is going to come like a rushing mighty wind it's gonna blow prodigal back into the house it's going to blow dead lukewarm pastor's back into it's going to take the little bitty ember that's still burning it's going to blow it into a hot coal and finally a flame it's going to disrupt organizations and denominations it's going to disrupt our services go to disrupt the 10-year plan you thought you had on earth mile winds just came through Colorado 110 hurricane leveled to force winds in the mountains of Colorado blue semis right off the road trust me when the wind comes it changes things number three I heard him say the word refill look for another wave of emphasis on the baptism in the Holy Spirit did you know that less than half of people in charismatic churches now speak in tongues have their prayer language from probably many of you in here don't I'm not trying to criticize those people I'm saying that we've gone through a season where we've lost some of what we had a lot on Christians doing we believe it's God's gift that's available for with available for everyone they think is just available for some but that's not true it's available for all there's a and that's not all the baptism Holy Spirit is about but but that's a part of it but what I want to say to you is the command to be filled with the spirit was not was not for unbelievers it was for people who had already been baptized in Holy Spirit because in Ephesians 5:18 the word for be filled with the spirit is a word that means be filled with the spirit and continue to be filled with the spirit or be filled with the spirit and be refilled with the spirit and be refilled with the spirit and and so some of the Greek translations literal saying be filled with the spirit and keep on being filled with the spirit so there are people that that that already know him and their own fire were for God even and and and are moving in the things of the Spirit they're about to go through another immersion there are people they're going to get born again again and that's bad theology but down on the house to say it they're going to get immersed in Holy Spirit again and it's going to be just like it happened for the first time you're going to be drunk in it you're going to be overcome by it you're going to go through that season of first love again where you just want to walk around and speak in tongues all the time and prophesy to even to animals and flies and you know you just everything that moves you want to speak the Word of God to them and dreams are going to increase and visions are going to increase and the gifts of the Spirit are going to just increase words of knowledge are going to increase revelation of the word is going to increase because all of those things happen afresh and anew when we're filled with holy spirit all over again love for the word love for his presence love for prayer passion increases when this happens there was a fresh infilling coming I believe we're going to have times where we literally experience what they did in the book of Acts where buildings will shake not just the people but buildings will shake under the power of Holy Spirit and then I heard the word reconstitute that's a strange word but it wasn't to me because the word restore in the New Testament is the word a pocket estas apo que a DI SD is a Pocock estas that's close if that's not right don't be asking me spelling these other words okay don't be doing that again I didn't interrupt you and you're up there leading worship okay I love disabilities I'm lying I love these word studies because it restores a far too week of a translation the word literally means reconstitute 'catastasis Constitution constant how something is made how it's supposed to operate whether it's a human body or a government Constitution reconstitute that means something has gotten off-track out of kilter it's not working right it's not functioning the way it's supposed to and you come along and you reconstitute it hopefully there's going to be some of that going on in Washington but we all go through seasons of reconstituting whereas our paradigms change and our thinking changes then our actions begin to change and God moves us a little closer to his original pattern for the kingdom and even for us personally and he said to me I'm coming to reconstituting to change though if people think you some of you have been walking in a certain mode way of thinking since you were a child because of the way you raised the way you think the way your program and God's going to change some of that he's going to reconstitute things at a heart level he's going to do it at a spirit level he's going to do it at a soul level he's going to change the way we think and function gonna do it with individuals gonna do it with churches gonna do it with nations God is coming in this movement to reconstitute nations there will be nations that function completely differently ten years from now than they function right now some of them will do well it will be so dramatic that it will be literal they're just going to have a new constitution churches are going to go through it [Music] we're going to have to be extraordinarily pliable [Music] flexible bendable so you don't break see to me revival is a revive is to awaken reconstitute is to reform if we go through a move of holy spirit and see revival awakening signs wonders salvations deliverances you know people come into the kingdom and don't see a true reconstituting or reforming will lose the fruit of the revival I think that's going to be the difference between and reform is my next word by the way so I'm just going to move on into it this will be the difference between what God did in the 60s and 70s and what he's about to do now because in that timeframe we had awakening we had a revival but we did not have a Reformation or a restoration of things back to the way they're supposed to be we didn't disciple nations we just decided the Lord is coming soon so we don't care what happens in government we don't care what happens in education we don't care what happens in media or arts or you know any of those mountains because it doesn't really matter that's all evil anyway it's all just the world leave it alone Jesus is coming soon and he's gonna change it all when he gets back here and then it didn't happen the way we thought it would and here's the irony while we were experiencing mark 16 go get him saved and filled with the Holy Spirit and healed while we were experiencing a revival that actually swept the world called the charismatic movement and in America called the Jesus people movement also while we were experiencing that we were not doing Matthew 28 de cycling Nations but the world was so while we did mark 16 they did Matthew 28 they didn't call it that that's what they did so they did they decided you go you go try to get them saved we're going to change the way they think and we're going to reform a nation we're going to reform education we're going to reform government we're going to reform media we're going to reform all of these things and they did exactly that and after experiencing the greatest probably outpouring of Holy Spirit since the cross when all was said and done in America we actually lost ground how do you experience the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit in history and lose ground you do mark 16 you don't do Matthew 28 you have awakening or revival but you don't have Reformation so God is about to mantle people whether if not get to that one in a minute but he's about to awaken gifts and put Mantle's on people that will help us go back and change and reverse the damage that has taken place over the last 40 years and it will reconstitute us back to the way things are supposed to look I don't believe Trump is I don't believe he's going to rebuild the nation he may build some things but I believe he's a wrecking ball and most of the time before you build and plant you have to tear down pluck up and overthrow Jeremiah 1 and I hope he gets some things done as far as rebuilding some things but I'll be happy with just draining the swamp wouldn't you Abby I'm if he just keeps dismantling and and and just say what is all this so much of it just needs to be and I don't know if you'll do how much of that he'll get done but I believe at least Reformation has started and a new beginning has started and it will be the fullness of that will be determined by whether or not the church continues to pray and does so with the same desperation we were praying with three months ago a senator that took me to task a few years ago he's actually a friend of mine a US senator and he told me once he said this is what it feels like to me and some of my friends you guys pray us in the office and then you say now you're on your own you get all worked up during the elections and you pray you have your prayer meetings and you put your letters out and you get things all stirred up and then when you get the results that you think you want the prayer eases up and whether you know it or not what that is saying is now you're going to have to do this in your own strength and he said we can't get it done that way and then he said this to me he said I can always tell here in Washington DC when the church is praying and she's not very I can always tell when the upswing begins to happen and people start engaging more impress diminishing I thought that was so telling and I feel like my assignment for the next year is to is to its define here the strategy of the Lord that will cause the praying church my assignment is to the remnant the praying church to to hold fast and even pick up the pace so that what God started he can finish and so I'm asking the Lord I'll be in DC at the inauguration next weekend and I'm I'm looking forward to being there because I I always start getting downloads when I'm there and I want to ask the Lord what how do we do this what does this look like because I want more than awakening I want Reformation I want to reconstitute you know I want true change that will become lasting change I want to disciple a nation so what will be mob or how can i how can I keep this moving forward and keep the level of passion taking place that's probably the hardest thing I know to do in the body of Christ is to keep people at that level of passion to where they're still crying out and they're still praying number six if you don't have six you're in trouble rhe mantle was the word he said to me I thought that was interesting he said I'm about to romantic I've gone through at least five phases in my life where what God was doing in and through me shifted and here II mantled me for the next season to me all I mean when I say a mantle or romantic is is a an importation an anointing a gifting from Holy Spirit that comes in abling me to do supernaturally what God wants me to do that I would not be able to do in my own strength it is a supernatural importation to say this is what I want you to do and here's the ability to do it that's what I mean when I say mantle I'm not saying that's theological I'm just saying that's what I mean and it has been so dramatic with me at times that it's almost as though the Lord just stopped me and and I did an about-face in fact there was a season in my life where I felt like I was sort of a spiritual schizo and I don't mean that critically I mean that literally schizophrenic guy I felt like I I thought I was this and now I think I'm this and then I thought I was this and now I think I'm this and I thought Lord I'm just I'm just unstable I'm flaky but really I've been that before too really what was happening was God was saying I had you go in this direction and I had you ministering in these ways and you're doing this that's what I wanted that's all I could do in that season of church development because you know the body of Christ wasn't even in a place where I could have given you anymore done anymore through you all of you were functioning at the level of understanding you had revelation you had this is what I had you doing but then the Lord said I began to shift things and the body of Christ was maturing and then I could begin to do some other things so I went through a season where I started out as a worship leader and I will admit that the bar was very low when I started out as a worship leader then I moved into a teaching anointing and God pulled me out of the worship leading and and I thought I don't think that's who I am and people said that's who you know you know that's where you're going to be a worship leader all your life and God had mercy on the church and that didn't happen then I started teaching and people came up to me and started saying wow you a real anointing to teach you can break down words and you can put together things in a way that I really get it and giving it giving a gift to teach and I thought well okay and then that started changing and the Lord started moving in me prophetically I mean when I first started teaching my messages were fifty minutes not 49 and not 51 because I taught in a Bible College and when the bell rang you were finished I knew where I was going to be 25 minutes into the lesson I had pages of notes words it was it was a little more like what I'm doing today and then the Lord then then a prophet came to me and said the Lord says he's gonna teach you how to preach from the river and I thought his prophets are so weird what does that mean what does that mean preach from the river I said what is that supposed to mean I'm just a friend of mine so I could talk to him that way I said what is that supposed to mean why can't you just say it why did you what do you have to throw this symbolic stuff in there like she said well you know you accept everything after everything line up online and all organizing together and you can't handle you know if that changes and oh my god only have 40 minutes time what am I gonna how am I gonna do this you know hey and God's gonna teach you how to just begin to navigate and move with Holy Spirit and you're gonna find yourself preaching messages that you didn't have any of that in your notes when you got up there and you're not gonna get finished and I thought and then the Lord this was already happening but he started putting people in my life like Chuck peers and Cindy Jacobs and a whole prophetic stream and then he actually assigned me to go to 50 states with Chuck Pierce and he said I'm not going to allow you to preach the same message twice and you have to hear what I want to say for every state and if you go and you just pull out your latest message and and preach that message I will not anoint this so I preached twice in all 50 states and Chuck priest preached once because he would always make me start so he could just listen to start tuning in to what his spirit was saying so I had to go first and I'd be I'd be standing there in the worship because Allah and all these words in my back of my mind you may not do the same message to two different states you will hear for that state and I being stainer during the worship and I would not be hearing anything and I would say to Chuck maybe you're supposed to go first this time I'm not getting anything and he would say it'll come just listen and fine you know there were times there were numerous times when I gave this signal to the worship leaders and they thought I was just into the worship but I was stalling and there was a time or two when I said to chuck and my stomach was in knots and I said I you you got to go I'm not I can't I'm not hearing anything and he said would you please just be quiet and listen and it just started clicking and so I just I remember when he said that once I saw okay Lord I'm just gonna shut this sign off for a few minutes and I'm just gonna listen I just started worshipping and focus on him and here it came and I just grabbed my pen and paper and I started writing and I would have six seven eight ten points in ten and ten minutes and the Lord said teaching you to preach from the river I'll never tell that lady she was right I just and then people start saying you're a prophet nothing what I am prophetic but I don't know if I'm a prophet and then the Lord started moving me into a different vein of authority and decrees and establishing things and you just just governmental things that were more in tune with the calling of an apostle and people start saying to me you're an apostle and really what was happening was and every season the Lord was just romantic me to take me to the next level and keep me in step or what he was doing with the church and what my assignment was for that and showing me that you can't get stuck in any of those seasons and you never can assume that you've arrived or you're moving in the fullness of what he wants you to do because you can be leading the church in Antioch which was no doubt one of the greatest ministry kingdom ministry centres in the history of the church and God can say in one service get up and go I'm changing your ministry so God is about to reman to some people and enable us to do things differently and at a higher level and when I say this some of you think only in the in terms of people that do what I do full-time ministry people but you don't think that way because he's gonna he's gonna awaken gifts in you that you don't know you had he's going to able enable you to do things that you didn't know you could do I remember in the charismatic movement when something called the Full Gospel businessman Association came along and people that never thought they would ever teachers speak they were just business men and women all of a sudden are up sharing their testimony sharing a few Bible verses God starts using them and people start getting saved and healed and baptized the Holy Spirit and all of a sudden their whole life began to change because God put another mantle on [Music] hmm I'm gonna probably go into this tonight but I feel like the church is about to receive completely about to experience a a completely new level of function of understanding and function of fivefold ministry pastors are going to start thinking differently evangelists are going to start thinking differently teachers are gonna start thinking differently prophets and apostles and I think we're about to discover that we have been moving in probably a level five or six in most of these and God's about to move us up closer to the ten I don't know if we'll get there you know this outpouring or not but I think some of the missing understandings that we have been waiting to receive are about to be given to us and apostles are about to start understanding that an apostle is not just a mature pastor that is now mature enough to pastor pastors and apostles are not just those that build networks there they are those that can release the government the authority of the king kingdom authority into the earth that brings change in every area of life they are government people and they're going to start understanding that they're called not to a congregation but to a region and they're not called to build a big church they're called to increase the church and they're not called to gather as much as they are called to send and they're going to understand that if enough of us with that kind of thinking would begin to work together in a region we would extend Kingdom Authority in this region and everything would change the systems of the world would begin to change people would start getting saved marriages would start being healed and the drug addiction would decrease and violence would decrease and gangs would decrease everything would start changing because the atmosphere would be permeated with a kingdom authority because of apostolic leaders started working together and everything they every place they'd go and do that the breakthrough starts happening in that region so there is a there is a romantic that's coming that is about to change everything and it's coming to the church and the world it's coming to the church in the building and the church out there and it's Trump born again well I don't know he claims to be saved if he is saved he's a baby Christian at best but I believe he probably has had an encounter with the Lord and is born again but you know what's about to happen to him don't you he's about to be mantled if he's not already with something he doesn't even understand I kind of think he already has but I believe the man is prophetic and I believe he's apostolic I believe his ability to intuitively discern where things are in a business sense and how to make money is in a spiritual spiritual definition of that is called prophetic and he's going to at some point begin to understand that this this intuition that I have is from God and I've used it to make money but now I want to use it to be the leader he wants me to be and help change things I believe he's going to become I'm just telling you what I think prophetically no I believe he's going to become a prolific dreamer and I believe God's going to surround him with prophetic people and I'm not even sure some of them are going to know it's prophetic I think they're just going to say I had a dream last night on what to do this is kind of weird but here it is and somebody else is going to say wow I had the same dream you in dirt though this did you Thanks I believe there's going to be before he's finished his 10-year 24/7 prayer and worship in the White House I believe I believe the man is going to walk in to the Cabinet Room one morning and say this may seem a little strange but I had a dream last night and this is what we're gonna do and my prayer is that he is surrounded with the right people that can help him move through this season navigate understand advise to wear number one it's not wasted number two it doesn't become flaky and weird and is implemented with wisdom and I believe that the next president will be mantled more than anything else with an apostolic anointing to build to rebuild [Music] I think they're going to be a lot of excited people in America and a lot of angry people in America and I believe they're going to manifest in press conferences I start shouting at the president because that spirit of rebellion an antichrist thing in them literally begins to manifest and I believe that the ECLA see the praying church that understands it is called to disciple Nations that it is the legislative government of God in the earth the ekklesia is going to mature to the point that in regions of the nation and even nationally groups of believers are going to band together and have such understanding of what I just said to you that they're going to say we're going to legislate on this issue before they do in Washington and we're going to say this is forbidden and this is allowed and at some point government is going to know it's happening and say I fear the prayers of that group of people more than I do the armies of Europe I haven't even looked at the clock I suppose it's time to stop but I have two more we good for another five or ten minutes I'm sorry for my voice I don't know what's going on with it but I promise to take authority over it with an Allegro before tonight I just had a cough drop and I can't talk as well with it so I don't think I want to do another one right now thank you though so there's a word and this will be number seven there's a word in Ephesians chapter two verse 10 where it says we are his workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works which he prepared for us ahead of time or beforehand and workmanship is a fascinating word that means a master craftsman or craft person takes create something it could be a poem the word is actually poema you get the word poet and poem from it it's the issue is not what they make it's that this is a master craftsman making something so it's not only the word for a poem or a poet but it's the word for a seamstress or tailor that makes a garment and that's the context really that's used here in Greek because when he gets to the rest of the verse which he said when he says which he prepared for us ahead of time it's the word Pro at though Amazo and that word in greek means to measure in advance it's it's what happens when you go to a seamstress or tailor and they are going to measure you so you can have a tailor made perfectly fitting garment to wear in the context of this verse it is saying that no God knowing what he wanted to do with you through you measured you in advance knowing the garment he wanted to mantle you with he prepared he created you in such a way that you would have this personality these gifts these abilities so that you would be perfectly suited for the garment he wanted to mantle you so if you're gonna be a pastor gift you love to help hurting people you love to Shepherd them you love to feed them some of us are not pastor gifts you know my my motivation is not my motivation is to help people get free and mature and be healed if they're hurting but my motivation is not to do it I'm more of a general but I know we need a medic and a hospital if we're gonna win the war we gotta be able to take care of people but that's not my motivation my motivation is to look at the big picture and say how do we kill these enemies and win this war and so we all are measured differently so the word for this one is the Lord said to me remeasure refit because he knows the mantle he's about to put on you he's measured you for it and now he's he's going to realign you that the particular prophetic teaching anointing that I'm moving in right now I know that I'm talking to leaders in the body of Christ pastors teachers apostolic prophetic leaders I can literally see it in the spirit God pulling Mantle's off of you and putting a different mantel on you because the old one won't fit anymore he measured you differently for this season and now he's going to put that new mantle on you and some of you two years from now you're not even gonna recognize you're gonna think Who am I I thought I was this and now I'm this some of you have prophetic words from the Lord that you have completely given up on because somebody prophesied to you and said thus saith the Lord I'm going to do this this this this through you in your life and through you and nothing about your life so far looks like that's going to could ever happen and the Lord is just is saying to you you you need to get that Hope deferred off of you because they were just seeing twenty years in the future they may not have even known that they may have even aired a little and made it sound light because they interpreted it as this is about to start happening in you and they just they just got a little bit of the soul into the word but I'm telling you if that bore witness to you and it touched something deep inside of you and you felt this is a word from God and there's a passion in me to do this and be this and I knew it was from God I'm here to say to you get that Hope deferred off of you and get ready because you were measured for that and he's about to mantle you for that which he measured you for and don't ever think that he can't take an 80 year old man and deliver a nation or a hundred year old man and birth one and you may so you may be so far down the road of unbelief and Hope deferred that when when he comes to you and says I'm ready to start doing this you may argue with the Lord and say I'm not I'm too old or I I'm not cut out for this anymore I can't do it but the Lord is just gonna he's just gonna put his finger right on that place inside of you and say you are going to do this there are people in this room right now you've never cast out a demon a year from now you be casting out demons there are people in this room you've never let a person to Jesus but a year from now you will let more than one person to Jesus there are people that have never stood in front of a crowd of people and shared your testimony but a year two three from now you will be doing that and people will be impacted and God will start to redeem what you walk through 20 years ago and he'll show you how he can use it there are healers in the room that don't know it there are delivers that don't know it there are probably teachers that don't know it there are people that are gifted to disciple 20 brand-new baby Christians and you could never stand on the stage and do what I'm doing right now but you could get in the life of a young believer and share with them the basic principles of the kingdom that changed your life and you could show them how to get in the word and how to how the worship and how to start a prayer life and God's going to use you as a disciple because you're not called to do what I'm do but you are called to help people come alongside them and transform them and you can do what I can't do and you've been measured for this and he's going to he's going to realign ree-ree fit you and romantic and then I heard the Lord say this he said the word revisit and he didn't mean when he said this to me he did not mean I am about to revisit the context in which he said it to me was he was going to cause us to revisit some things like when he led Abraham back to Bethel or he led Isaac to Beersheba because that was a place of covenant that God had met with his daddy Abraham where he called on everlasting God and planted the evergreen tree or when he takes Jacob on this journey from Bethel where he receives the promise and the covenant the the the promise that what I promised your dad your grandfather and your dad I'm going to do it through you gave him the same covenant promise then he had to take him through 20 years of preparation which ended at padule Bethel means house of God padule means face of God and you're not ready for that destiny calling just because you've been to Bethel you're not ready until you've been to pannu because that's where the transformation takes place but after he gets him to Peniel where he's transformed him from Jacob to Israel he says go back to Bethel and live there now I can take you back to the promise I made and the covenant purpose for your life the destiny that you were born with but your nature resisted and tried to steal that destiny and abort it but I've worked in you and I've dealt with that stuff and I've transformed you at padule now you can go back and pick up the destiny that I offered you at Bethel so God's going to start reminding people of what he promised them ten 20 years ago and he's going to say you remember when I gave you that word revisit it start praying into that again there are promises to apostolic leaders one of them is sitting on the front row I'm trying not to be too specific that you could never have accomplished what God told you he was going to do through you when he told you he was going to do it but he's about to say revisit what I said go back to Bethel because the earth is ready the church is ready and you're ready and now I'm going to ream antal you and you're going to step into the fullness of what I said to you thirty years ago there are things that I'm starting to move in in my ministry that God spoke to me thirty years ago there are some things I'm starting to move into that he spoke to me in September of 1973 somebody do the math forty some years 44 43 I thought I was going to move into it in four years not 44 then then I started thinking this wasn't a word from God this was just me and I went beyond what Mary did I didn't just ponder these things I put it on the shelf I buried it and then all of a sudden you know it just starts coming back and God said go back to Bethel remember what I said to you back there I'm getting ready to do it there our prodigal 'he's right now away from god who over the next year too will come back to the Lord go back to Bethel and God will mantle them for what he intended to do through them and they'll step into destiny there are people shooting up right now that two or three years from now we'll be delivering people shooting up there are abused people struggling with mindsets wounds from their abuse that two or three years from now they'll be healing abuse people there are books and people right now that they don't know are in them there are miracles and there are I ball Xand somebody's hand in this room right now is you're going to lay your hand on a person that's blind and they're gonna see God is about to say go back to Bethel I can do this now God's going to say to some of you resign your congregation you're not doing what you're supposed to be doing now I've changed things God may do with you what he did for me with me he may move you geographically thank God I'm back in Colorado everybody ought to have to live in Dallas for a couple of years this isn't live on the web is it Dallas a wonderful place I was just kidding I do like the people in Dallas I just don't like big cities very well especially Dallas never longer now I like Dallas uh so my best friends are in Dallas they haven't been delivered yet I love Colorado what can I say when the Lord brought us full circle we were just almost in disbelief that God would let us go back to Colorado we love it there you should love where you're supposed to be so Lord you're about to change everything and John is finishing his ministry of for running and the Ministry of the Lord is about to come and say you can stop playing the dirge the bridegroom is here go ahead and dance what you've been crying out for is here start thinking differently [Applause] I'm gonna restructure reconstitute revisit reshaped reform romantic so go ahead and revisit the promises revisit the dream revisit the prophecy the enemy thought he could kill you thought he could abort your dream and your your belief in the prophetic your belief in you and your your own destiny and purpose he thought he could steal that from you but if you're still breathing that means you still you can still move into it he has it one so what I'm really I asked you to refill even this weekend baptize us in holy spirits power anointing the river all over again come into these sessions and literally begin to fill us with your spirit all over again Holy Spirit come and immerse us in who you are and put yourself in us at a different level until we are ready for this new season [Music] bring the church to a fullness of Christ's ministry bring us to a fullness of anointing bring us to a place where we we have the gift of faith manifesting in us on a regular basis bring us to a point where revelation is so strong in us that we don't we are never at a point where we don't know what to do other than just Lord when the assignment starts and we're just looking to you say and I don't know what to do but but we have that faith in us that knows you're going to speak and we're confident you're going to speak and you're going to do whatever you want to do through us Lord I break off of people that Hope deferred thing I break off of them the Jacob thing I break off of them the Abraham I'm too old thing I break off of them the Moses I made too big a mistake thing I don't talk good I break all of that I break off that Apostle Peter thing that just said I'm going back to the old I don't know how to do this anymore I break all of that off of them and I just say we are you are well able to move into the next season with strength with victory with revelation with wisdom with understanding you are going to be mantled with a new mantel to accomplish everything he has called you to do you will move in the fullness of what he has planned for you in this new season the best days of the church are not behind us they are ahead of us we are moving into the greatest hour in church history we will accomplish everything he has called us to do this is our finest hour [Music] I'm asking you Lord for this increase of the prophetic anointing that will enable us to hear clearly which will give us dreams and visions I'm asking you Holy Spirit to remind us of what you said 30 years ago 40 years ago 44 years ago I'm asking you to to give us the strategies that you would not give us 10 years ago because it just wasn't time but you are saying to us now what you said when you came to Abraham a year before Isaac was born and you said now is the time a year from now old man and a woman you will give birth to this son that I promised you and so I say over you that is a word from the Lord and a year from now you're going to begin to give birth to Isaac's all over the North West because the time has come the opportunity is at hand that which we have ploughed and prevailed for is now the the atmosphere is now pregnant with it and that which God has been doing behind the scenes will begin to manifest and I just hear the Lord saying the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit that had before this region is not in your past the greatest outpouring of my spirit is in your present and future and learn the lessons of the past but do not live there live in the now what I'm saying to you now and open your mind to change open your would you please be quiet and just listen Chuck beers it's what the Lord is saying to some of you right now don't try to figure it out don't try to understand how just be quiet and listen and something is going to start happening in you that has not been able to take place yet but you're gonna start moving in it and now and the pioneer spirit that is on this region that has never yet fully manifested in the church will manifest in this season and you will find yourself going from new to new - new from glory to glory to glory from light to light to light as the light of Revelation gets brighter and brighter to the full day from faith to faith as faith increases from the revelation from strength to strength you will go from strength to strength from glory to glory from power and counter to power encounter I will begin to do what you cannot do but I will do it through the power of my Holy Spirit [Music] I hear the word pause Chuck said be quiet and listen I hear the word pause just pause and listen I will talk to you the Lord says I will show you and I hear the Lord saying some of you are going to go through an uncomfortable season as he begins to change the paradigm the way you think some of you are going to begin to question yourself question the way you've done things you're going to have to be honest enough when he does this to even look at your recent past and say I really was stuck in a rut and the paradigms of my past were controlling me but if you will humble yourself and open your heart to Revelation you won't be beat up with that you will be liberated from that and you will say I see it I see the new I understand how to change this now just just lift your hands there's a lot of grace in this room right now there's a lot of mercy fresh just wind there's breath here there's there's blessing here there's not condemnation there's not there's not even conviction there's just there's what Steve said earlier they're just just impartation there's blessing there's there's there's the word is take take it just take it just receive from me Lord fill us with your spirit afresh and anew just begin in this first session baptize us a fresh and new with Holy Spirit power and anointing descend on us now and begin to fill our hearts with your presence I speak over you impartation I speak over you grace I speak anointing I speak romantic I speak reminding a bethel I speak to you the ability to change to listen to adjust to be restored to be reconstituted I speak over you over you that death to the Hope deferred and the evil that tried to overtake you and I speak to you the blessing of life and freedom and faith and the ability to dream again I say to you you are free to dream again you are free to believe that there really is a new season and you're supposed to be a part of it and you don't have to be left behind you don't have to be late you have to be struggling you are free to be blessed you are free to be joyful I break off of you oppression and fear and discouragement I say you are now free to walk in the joy of the Lord and the peace of God I break the spirit of fear off of you the fear of failure the fear of lack the fear of rejection the fear of betrayal the fear that would cause you to have low self-esteem I break all of that off of you and I say the freedom of the Lord is now coming into your life to enable you to believe in him and to find your identity in him not in who you think you are but in the Jesus in you and you will find yourself saying greater is He that is in me than he that's in the world and I really can do all things through Christ who strengthens me you will be one of those crazy in him I live and move and have my being Christians and I speak over you first love anointing and impartation that the joy of your salvation is coming back to you and the passion that you had when you first stepped into the kingdom and he came into your life it's coming back to you it won't be the same but it because it will be a more mature love but it will be just as strong as it ever was and the fire will burn just as hotly just as strongly as it ever burned inside of you you are about to move into a fresh new season of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in your life you're going to think about him when you go to sleep he's going to be on your mind when you wake up you're going to get up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep because you can't stop thinking about him you're going to journal your love and you're gonna join journal prophetic words you're gonna get up and read the word for hours some of you and because you cannot get enough of who he is and it will not be by might or power or will be human willpower it will be by my spirit I will create that hunger in you I will create that passion in you I will give you the hunger and I will fill the hunger because I am in you to will and do my good pleasure thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord come on just let him some of you want to touch your bringing your soul your thinking he's gonna cause something to shift so that you can think differently what wired you the pain that wired you the words that wired you he's gonna break that off of you and he's gonna say but this is what I say about you every word curse he's gonna break the power of that off of you and give you the ability to believe you are who he says you are and you can do what he says you can do and you'll take insecure people like me it was so insecure I couldn't stand in front of ten people and talk without losing my entire memory and my mind would go completely blank I was so insecure but he rewired my brain [Music] Lord healed bodies this weekend heal disease this weekend in this place or people watching heal this week break Baroness off this week adjust glands the chemical makeup of bodies and the hormones the Lord the balance of the human body's adjusted this weekend take organs and change them to lead out of bodies I don't know where that came from but I believe that was that's Holy Spirit take defilement out of bodies that are causing them to be ill go back into the DNA and heal people of the wiring in their body that says you have to have this disease and rewire them and say you don't have to have that disease I took it for you heal box heal lungs heal hearts remove blockages heal joints heal Lord diabetes he'll the root of Alzheimer's that which is in the genetic code that happened to mom and dad but Lord break that curse now off of them and say it stops you don't have to do that you don't have to go that way cancer remove it from cells thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord but they have finished take the hand of the person next to you and begin to pray over them a blessing something God's talking to you about through this message or pray that there's any sickness or disease in them that it would be eradicated that God will bring them into the fullness of everything he has promised them you don't have to be eloquent about it you don't have to be you know passionate and loud you just have to just pray a blessing if you don't know what else to do just say I release the anointing of the Holy Spirit to give you whatever you need Lord let the body function as the body now administer your life one to another in this room go get in a hurry just can take 30 seconds more a minute just take your time release your faith decree over them destiny they will accomplish everything he planned for them come on thank you lord thank you lord reawaken the dream Lord break off the fear break off the disease break off the past [Music] release strategy to them Lord show them what to do for the next season send the right dream or vision profit into them or brother or sister to begin to say the right things to them calls them to hear the right sermon read the right verse hear what it's saying to them Lord come on Lord do this for everyone in the room right now break off of us everything that would hold us back thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord thank you lord lord I speak over people watching us on the web right now that they will be they will receive everything you're doing in this room that whether they're alone or with someone you're going to minister to them right where they are and their faith is rising strength is coming thank you lord Amen I Amen I I felt extremely at home and relaxed I hope I didn't go too long because of that I really felt like I was I really did feel like I was following the flow of Holy Spirit and and I felt like the attention span was still strong and you guys were still with me so thank you for all of that I was supposed to go sign some books right now kind of struggling wouldn't there whether to do that now or wait till tonight I guess I'll go do I'll go to the table and then and I'll do it tonight also how's that and that way if you need to get out of here quickly to go eat you can catch me later tonight but I'll go out to the table for a few minutes and do have a new book called the way back this is how America it used to be the pioneer spirit I've changed it made it better and called the way back because it talks about what it's going to take to see America restored but I'll be
