know what i'm saying made his own damn character i just came what character did he make oh again wow if i could hit anybody with a stick or a hammer or a broadsword or a mace it would be cisgarden [Music] drama drama she's gonna hit her with a mace drama that would be a big twist if she actually hits her with a real mace as part of and then says is part of the challenge so this goal i thought it was the challenge she could get away with it the most innovative characters and the most entertaining fight scenes will win today's challenge they will also take home the new street fighter cross tekken game and wait for it the mad cats street fighter cross second by stick the winning captain from that team will be safe from elimination everyone else will be at risk of going home sky diddy you are team street fighter j tight you are team tekken each team will have one hour to work on wardrobe and character development and one hour to work with our masters choreographing your fight scene jay tight you won the challenge earlier so you get to decide if you want your team to start with backstory or choreography which do you want to do first it's going to be learning the most i figure it's going to be tight for us to get our moves tight because we're we are basing this off a fighting game we're going to go focus on our story later you wanna do choreography all right great like a lamp to the slaughter he chooses the choreography first first team which i think is not the smartest move team street fighter you will start with wardrobe then we'll swap you know i'm like yes we get the story first bye team street fighter the choreography is big yeah but unless you have that story you're kind of you know getting shooting blind we're going to learn how to fall safely right away the wushi masters taught us different stances how to block different punches kicks like this is amazing yeah the moves that they're teaching us are good and i'm just thinking okay how are we going to synchronize these into our fighting style but yo let's get serious okay let's develop our character that should do a fatality fatality that's from street fighter doesn't get everybody together we have to come up with a story now i'll be the antagonist i'll base the character off myself we all got a different brain so i want to share my own my juices with them and they can work with me it was a boss dude that killed my father long ago so we can all come together and just create a whole new type of idea let me let you know what mine is twisted one day one man wait is the fart girl still huh yeah i for the prize it was her way or the highway you're not going to be disciplined you want to win yeah we need the choreography first right now it was more of the focus on the fight getting the combos down because that's what makes a fighting game we got like three practice runs of our fight scene so it really feels good maybe we should get a wardrobe for real though i've been talking for like a minute we're getting our stories together everything's looking awesome we get to go into wardrobe i gotta wear something that's like this craziness don't forget to um write down your stories and origins too we're on a time limit we pressed with time you got names for your characters already so we all come with good quick cool ideas that made scorpions parents abandoned me when i was five can head out to uh practice your fight choreography team tekken you will have one hour to work on character development how perfect would this be picking our costumes was quick because we already knew what we wanted to be pick what's most appropriate they're gonna green screen these guys and turn them into one of those shitty mortal kombat games and then let's use the rest of the time wisely so skyden and i go and sit down and work on our story line j titan reality go sit and they're working on theirs the whole idea was we would work on a little story they would work on their little story we would meet halfway and then marry the two because the family we belong to one day i was going to turn into a demon i'm very warm to you and only you so that's why yeah this is how game development is when you're doing this when you're doing a fighting game first you're going to want to start coming up with the characters then you start fighting each other and you start hitting each other in the head with stuff then the game is pretty much done at that point when you kill me at the end i feel like my character just comes from like the wealthiest part of america you are just kind of like you of the characters were not very balanced on the base fact that i don't think they'll look under myself as a microscope when there's other targets out there if i get sent home tonight it would feel asked to hand in your playstation badge and in your quest for the coveted position a production associate on the next playstation 3 blockbuster at the world famous santa monica studio team street fighter won the challenge and their captain sky diddy is the only gamer safe from elimination tonight the rest of you are all at risk of going home let's hear the panel's decision i'd like to start out by just saying you guys were great to watch it was really fun and entertaining however some people stood out sky diddy you gave the best performance by far i was laughing my ass off so it was great achilles i was not expecting mr military man to come in here and be our little drama queen so props and for me sue's kitten you're really the star of your team your character was obviously very well developed my hero you really showed a lot of passion for fighting games that really came through clearly for me it feels good man feels good said kevin just praised me my life has significantly improved you know i think now it's kind of like for the rest of you yeah not a good character like big stack dude losing team j type you were the captain i thought that your guys team didn't have well developed characters and as a captain specifically your character i felt was pretty underdeveloped i just wanted to be short and sweet and get to a fight because i truly believe that in a fighting game it's i guess it's nice to have a good story but it's more about the fight but the challenge also he's trying to take the story mode out of fighting games doesn't he realize that's the best part uh oh baby tooth baby tooth is getting in big trouble here whenever you play a fighting game you go okay let me look up the story mode that's the big important part here based on creativity yes i was more focused on the fighting i want to give you guys a show i forgot what the challenge was it was to be creative there's one thing that i didn't understand about it like you were baby tooth correct yes i was expecting you to like bite somebody with that you know what i'm saying like i thought that your main move would have something to do with your tubes yeah it would have really helped i think sort of flesh out the character and give you that sort of strong sense of presence if you could tie that into like one of your special moves or something like that it was just grilling me you know saying like i'm a grilled cheese ouch yes think you chose the right direction baby tooth baby tooth baby tooth's in big trouble here he ain't good like uh what was that guy called the big big blanket what was he calling big stack big stack that ass the character now that's the character i'll never forget and because would you choose first choreography yeah you chose choreography was that the right decision i think it was that way we can basically work on our moves to get a nice good fighting scene type yeah man that's my dog you know one of my boys but you can't defend that choice there's sort of like an underlying theme behind every single challenge and today was really to test our creativity i thought you guys did a pretty good job at the fighting portion but it was the back story and the creativity that i thought you guys lacked in i just said that was a bad decision this time but you know next time it's not going to be a bad decision it's going to be a right one you know kind of turning it around a little bit sky diddy i wouldn't mind talking to your team there were some people's performance on your team that thought you kind of carried them one person particular you know ninja i know seth you had some input on it my feeling on it was that the character lacked sort of a clear identity so what the [ __ ] this guy's talking [ __ ] about big stick no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no this is why you know what and this is why street fighter street fighter 5 no good characters no good characters in that game because they got this guy on here they should have added big stack then that would have would have been a good game the story wandered a little bit i thought and frankly seemed a little bit incoherent so i was just wondering what your take on it this guy doesn't get big stick this guy doesn't get it he doesn't get he doesn't get character design that's why he doesn't understand big stick wasn't what you were thinking oh what i was thinking is he babbles he's random but i told my story within my sayings like yes and that's where he comes in he saw the psychosis and and the just design of sickness and wanted that with him because he has that hence the you know the whole etc i think hearing you talk about it right now i'll be honest i still don't understand it what the hell that's too advanced it's too advanced of a character for these guys big stack is like a deep storyline it goes way over their heads you know these guys all they get is like they don't they don't get this kind of stuff this is too advanced for them they're like they're the kind of people that watch like um what's the dumbest fighting game they played the simpsons wrestling what are you seeing that i'm not seeing i'm trying to explain my way through it and and it just seems to have no effect like she was in an alleyway getting you know chased after by a guy i was that guy i'm glad it makes sense to you you're in a burger shop but you met achilles i basically didn't get what i wanted so turn to the dark side but i didn't get that and you were the very first one out of the gates with the story so you sort of set the tone how you gonna come down that big stick that's how you know nobody on none of these judges have ever played a game when you're coming down on big stack that you just you don't get it i was playing that game and ninja was the first character in the story i don't want to know what the rest is this is boring turned off i thought i remember you saying you don't know nothing everybody now now we're seeing their true colors now we're seeing their true colors come out now we're seeing all the all the people that don't know about games now they're starting to show their true colors and only the big stack fans remain about how you love backstory yes and so i guess i would would have expected you to come out of the gate and kind of break that down a little bit more you know i think before we eliminate anybody jay todd i want to hear from you today was your date of shine your story was probably the weakest in the character base you have anything to say about that i just feel that if i can have a chance to do it all over again and trust and believe it'll be different this time ninja what about you i felt i was strong within my team and we succeeded because of it ninja you came out as the weakest player on a strong team you've stated that creativity is your strong point today's challenge was all about creativity we didn't see that stand out that's the best character that's everybody's favorite character look at these guys out here talking [ __ ] on big stick they don't know good characters this is the guys that came up with the characters for fortnite or your presentation of the character sometimes the challenge in the course of a game is to find that clarity understand jay tight not only did you have the advantage you were also a team captain and to me your character came across as the weakest you know you said trust me i'll do better next time and i think we're kind of at a point now where i don't really have the option to give second chances so with that said truly sorry jay tight your game is here hey i won the first challenge it's like you know what out of thousands and thousands of thousands of gamers killable h.a titan right here event in the loft is the a gamer's dream it's just like breakup games sleep games games so going back to reality yes it kind of sucks by the same time i miss my family when i get back i just can't wait to hug and squeeze and spend some quality time with my with my kids because that's what i really truly miss the most i'm gonna get rid of baby twos this competition is getting harder and harder and we need everybody to step up each and every challenge we are out what was what was fart girl's character how are they gonna come down on big stack when fart fart girl's character was that she was nine that was all she said she said i'm nine and that was it that's all we saw and now they're coming down a big stack this show is rigged this is a rigged show the second chances so ninja i'm sorry your game also ends here you what what it's cool that's cool doesn't mean they're butch coming back thank you ninja they're butchering this show you're turning your badge they're butchering this [ __ ] so bad there's not even words that could describe it i mean i made it pretty far i'm proud of myself and i'm i'm still going to keep on kicking i ain't going to stop going for a playstation job better believe it they kicked that big stick it sucked it was it was it was too hard to watch it broke my heart the rest of you are one step closer to santa monica studios and the 2012 ford focus titanium in this competition the gloves are now off don't get knocked out good night i got that feeling that the judges weren't playing from last week's elimination and that just goes to show that from this point on oh they weren't playing they weren't playing any games ever in their entire lives any weakness that you show they smell blood and they're gonna go for it this is the place where it's time to be serious next [ __ ] [ __ ] scam show it's a
